Safety instructions
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
• To prevent fire, electric
shock and injury, do not
place cord, plug, or base
in water or other liquid.
• To reduce the risk of fire
or electric shock, do not
remove bottom cover from
base. Repair should be
done by authorized
service personnel only.
• Supervision is required
when the appliance is
used by or near children.
• To protect against
electric shock, always
unplug the device from
mains outlet when not in
use, and before cleaning.
• To disconnect the
device, remove power
plug from outlet. Do not
yank on cord as it may
damage cord and
eventually cause electric
shock.

Handle it carefully.
• Do not process hot foods
or hot liquids. Allow hot
ingredients to cool before
processing.

for short time usage. Use
the appliance for
maximum 1 minute, and if
it is harder types of food
for maximum 10 seconds.
• Keep hands, hair,
clothing, as well as
utensils out of container
while processing to
reduce the risk of severe
injury to persons or
damage to the appliance.
A scraper may be used
but only when the
appliance is off.
• Do not eject beaters or
dough hooks when the
appliance is in operation.

First time usage
• Remove any packaging.
• Clean the dough hooks, beaters.
Usage
• Set speed selector to “0” position.
• Assemble dough hooks or beaters.
• Connect to power outlet.
• Hold the mixer in the bowl with ingredients.
• Set speed to desired speed.
• When you are done, set speed selector to “0” position and
disconnect power cord.
Cleaning
• Unplug the appliance and wait for it to completely cool down
before cleaning.
CAUTION: The mixer can not be immersed into water or other
liquid.
• Wipe the outside surface with a damp cloth and polish it with
a soft dry cloth.
• Wipe away any excess food particles from the power cord.
• Wash the beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and
wipe them with a dry cloth. The beaters and dough hooks may
be washed in the dishwasher.
Tips
• Refrigerated ingredients, i.e., butter and eggs should be at
room temperature before mixing is started.
• To eliminate the possibility of shells or deteriorated eggs in
your recipe, break the eggs into a separate container first, then
add them to the mixture.
• Do not over-mix. Only mix/blend mixtures according to the
recommendations in your recipe.
• Climatic conditions, seasonal temperature changes,
temperature of ingredients and their texture variation from area
to area. All of those above mentioned affect the required mixing
time and the results achieved.
• Always start mixing at slow speeds. Gradually increase the
speed to the recommended speed as stated in the recipe.
• When mixing liquids, especially hot liquid, add small
quantities at a time to reduce spillage.
• Ingredients should be added to the mixing bowl as they are
specified in the recipe.
• Should an object, such as a spatula, fall into the bowl while
the mixer is operating, set the speed selector to the “0” setting
immediately, then remove the object.
