Note: Right side of the assembly shown in detail, Left side is opposite of it.
1. Bolt Base (1) and Rear Upright (6) using the Base Rear Brace (2) and bolting as shown.
2. Bolt Base (1) and Front Upright-Right ((5.2) - Make sure the orientation of the part is as shown
in the figure) using the Base Front Brace (4), Base Front Pulley Brace-Right ((3.2) - Make sure the orientation
of the part is as shown in the figure) and bolting as shown.
3. Slide the Adjustable Pulley Assembly – (Adjustable Pulley Bracket (11) and Dual Swivel Pulley Bracket (12)
Assembly as shown in the figure) from the top of the Front Upright-Right (5.2).

4. Like the same way, make the left side assembly using Base (1), Base Rear Brace (2), Rear Upright (6), Front
Upright-Left (5.1), Base Front Brace (4), Base Front Pulley Brace-Left (3.1) and Adjustable Pulley Assembly –
(Adjustable Pulley Bracket (11) and Dual Swivel Pulley Bracket (12) Assembly) as shown in the figure.
5. Bolt the Rear connector (7) to both the Rear Upright (6) as shown.
6. Place 4x Rubber Bumpers (17) over the holes in Base Assembly (1) and slide Guide Rods (16) into them.
NOTE: For improved performance, we recommend you apply a silicone lubricant to the Guide Rods prior
to their installation.
7. Leaning Guide Rods (16) toward you, slide fifteen 10lb Weight Stack (S) & Selector Shaft (14)
onto the Guide Rods (16) as shown.
8. Slide the Shaft Collars (18) onto the Guide Rods (16) as shown.
9. Install the U-Bracket, Pulley (15) to the Selector Shaft (14) using the Jam Nut (K) to tighten it in position.
Note: Right side of the assembly shown in detail, Left side is opposite of it.
10. Positon the Guide Rods (16) in to the Top Beam-Right ((8.2) - Make sure the
orientation of the part is as shown in the figure) and bolt it to the Rear Upright (6).
11. Make the left side assembly using the Top Beam-Left ((8.1) - Make sure the orientation of the part is as
shown in the figure)
12. Bolt the chin up (19) to both the Top Beam-Right (8.2) & Top Beam-Left (8.1) using Top Front Brace (13) as
shown.

13. Install the pulleys (P) and Cable (AU) with the Double Pulley Cable Retainer(9), Single Pulley Cable Retainer
(10), and Nylon Spacers (N & O) using the bolting as shown. Start the installation from Start 1 to Finish 8 , take
care to keep the cable in the pulley groove.
14. Clip in the Cable Handle (L) using the Carabiner (M).

Northern Lights Fitness Products Inc. offers its
customers a lifetime warranty against broken
welds and manufacturer defects on all products.
Simply return the defective part, insured and
prepaid to Northern Lights and we will replace it
at no charge. This warranty is for original product
owners and does not cover damage resulting
from product alterations, misuse, abuse,
improper assembly, normal wear and tear or
other conditions, which are beyond our control.
No other express warranty has been made or
will be made on behalf of Northern Lights with
respect to any Northern Lights product or the
operation, repair or replacement of any Northern
Lights product. Northern Lights shall not be
responsible for injury, loss of use of the product,
inconvenience, loss or damage to personal
property, whether direct or indirect. This
warranty does not include any implied warranties
or liability for incidental or consequential
damages created by any provincial or state law.

defective, please contact our parts department at

IMPORTANT
Be sure to have all pull-pins locked
and tightened in place, BEFORE
using your equipment.
