Prima di collegare ed utilizzare questo prodotto, leggere attentamente
le istruzioni contenute in questo manuale, il quale è da conservare
per riferimenti futuri.
Il presente manuale costituisce parte integrante del prodotto e deve
accompagnare quest’ultimo anche nei passaggi di proprietà, per
permettere al nuovo proprietario di conoscere le modalità
d’installazione e di utilizzo e le avvertenze per la sicurezza.
L’installazione e l’utilizzo errati del prodotto esimono la NOVA
ELECTRONICS da ogni responsabilità.
ATTENZIONE: Per prevenire rischi di fiamme o scosse elettriche, non
esporre il prodotto a quantità di segnale audio amplificato superiore al
limite massimo dichiarato nel presente manuale.
AVVERTENZE PER LA SICUREZZA
1. Tutte le avvertenze, in particolare quelle relative alla sicurezza,
devono essere lette con attenzione, in quanto contengono importanti
informazioni.
2. REB-25 è un diffusore ad incasso progettato per una diffusione a
trasmissione meccanica ed è resistente all’umidità.
3. Assicurarsi che tutte le connessioni siano corrette.
4. Non eseguire sul prodotto interventi / modifiche / riparazioni.
Contattare i centri assistenza autorizzati, la casa madre o personale
altamente qualificato quando:
- REB-25 non funziona (o funziona in modo anomalo)
- REB-25 non è più integro (a causa di urti / incendio)
5. REB-25 non deve essere utilizzato a diretto contatto con l’acqua
6. REB-25 viene fornito con terminazioni audio dotate di connettore a
crimpare
7. Nel caso che dalle parti che compongono REB-25 provengano odori
e/o rumori anomali oppure fumo, scollegarlo dopo aver
immediatamente spento il sistema.
8. Non collegare REB-25 ad apparecchi ed accessori non previsti.
Verificare l’idoneità del supporto (parete, struttura, ecc.) e dei
componenti utilizzati per il fissaggio che devono garantire la sicurezza
dell’impianto / installazione nel tempo, anche considerando, ad
esempio, vibrazioni meccaniche normalmente generate dai diffusori
acustici.
9. REB-25 è un dispositivo di diffusione sonora internamente sigillato e
waterproof quindi, presenza di acqua in quantità modesta all’interno
del proprio guscio non danneggia l’apparato.

10. La NOVA ELECTRONICS raccomanda vivamente che l’installazione
di questo prodotto sia eseguita solamente da installatori professionali
qualificati (oppure da ditte specializzate) in grado di farla
correttamente e certificarla in accordo con le normative vigenti. Tutto il
sistema audio dovrà essere conforme con le norme e leggi vigenti in
materia di impianti elettrici.
11. Perdita dell’udito
L’esposizione ad elevati livelli sonori può provocare la perdita
permanente dell’udito. Il livello di pressione acustica pericolosa per
l’udito varia sensibilmente da persona a persona e dipende dalla
durata dell’esposizione. Per evitare un’esposizione potenzialmente
pericolosa ad elevati livelli di pressione scustica, è necessario che
chiunque sia sottoposto a tali livelli utilizzi delle adeguate protezioni;
quando si fa funzionare un trasduttore in grado di produrre elevati
livelli sonori è necessario utilizzare tappi o cuffie protettive.
12. Per evitare che fenomeni induttivi diano luogo a ronzii, disturbi e
compromettano il buon funzionamento dell’impianto, il cavo audio non
dovrebbe essere posto vicino a campi elettromagnetici.
13. Collocare REB-25 lontano da fonti di calore.
14. Non usare solventi, alcool, benzina o altre sostanze volatili per la
pulizia delle parti esterne.
ATTENZIONE
Ogni utilizzo di REB-25 al di fuori delle indicazioni fornite nel
presente manuale d’uso (modifiche elettriche, smontaggi,
collegamenti ad amplificatori di altre marche e/o con
potenze non conformi al nostro prodotto oppure
apparecchi funzionanti a tensione di rete) potrebbe
danneggiare irreparabilmente il diffusore.
Malfunzionamenti o rotture causati appunto, da utilizzo
non consigliato, comportano il decadimento delle condizioni
di garanzia del nostro prodotto. Nova Electronics non sarà
in alcun modo responsabile di danneggiamenti a cose e/o
persone dovute ad incuria ed utilizzi errati non contemplati
nel presente documento.

L’AFFIDABILITA’ E PRESTAZIONI ELEVATE
REB-25 è un diffusore acustico che utilizza una tecnologia a
trasmissione meccanica per generare il suono. Il suo principio di
funzionamento è efficace se viene fissato saldamente a superfici
solide e/o pareti di spessori e pesi adeguati.
Più grande è la superfice, più bassa sarà la frequenza di risonanza di
REB-25 con conseguente aumento della risposta in frequenza verso i
20 Hz. Se utilizzato privo di superfici di contatto, REB-25, non suonerà
correttamente emettendo soltanto frequenze medio-acute.
REB-25 è stato progettato per soddisfare quelle installazioni in cui è
necessario avere diffusione sonora nascosta e dove non è possibile
eseguire fori per l’applicazione di diffusori acustici di tipo marino.
ESEMPI DI APPLICAZIONI PRATICHE:
 Box Doccia con strutture in cartongesso.
 Bagni Turchi, Bagni Romani (Tepidarium) con pareti in
vetroresina e mosaico.
 Saune con pareti in legno.
 Imbarcazioni.
 Aree Relax e/o Living con soffitti in cartongesso.
 Pareti e/o soffitti realizzato non in muratura.
Le piccole dimensioni di REB-25 permettono l’utilizzo in strutture con
limitate dimensioni e/o spessori.

PUNTI DI FISSAGGIO:
REB-25 è predisposto con 4 fori di fissaggio M4 su un raggio di 110,0 mm
(vedi figura). Tali fori sono già filettati.
REB-25 è incluso di:
 4 Viti M4x60 Testa Svasata Piana con esagono incassato
UNI 5933 DIN 7991-A in Acciaio INOX A2
 4 Dadi Flangiati M4 DIN 6923 in Acciaio INOX
Riferimenti di fissaggio VITI DIN 7991-A
PROCEDURA DI MONTAGGIO:
1. Eseguire la tracciatura sulla superfice rispettando i
riferimenti indicati dei fori.
2. Forare la superficie con punta da 4,5 mm.
3. Realizzare le sedi per le teste delle viti DIN 7991-A con
svasatore da 8,3 mm. Tale sede dovrà avrere una
profondità tale da ospitare l’intera testa della vite e
consentirne la stuccatura.
4. Appoggiare REB-25 in corrispondenza dei fori realizzati al
Punto 2.
5. Avvitare le 4 viti M4x60 DIN 7991-A.
6. Applicare i 4 dadi flangiati M4 DIN 6923.
7. Collegare REB-25 all’unità amplificatrice rispettando la
polarità dello stesso.

Vista con elementi di fissaggio
ATTENZIONE: Per sonorizzare interamente ed uniformemente un
ambiente, un singolo REB-25 non è sufficiente per l’effetto stereo. Si
consigli l’utilizzo di almeno due unità.
REB-25 è adatto per rendere attiva una superfice di 10 metri quadrati.

REB-25 è corredato di cavi di collegamento da 30 cm terminati con
connettori a crimpare. I colori sono:
 ROSSO – POLO POSITIVO +
 NERO – POLO NEGATIVO –
I connettori sono adatti per l’utilizzo di cavo fino a sezione di 2,5 mm.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. All warnings, in particular those relating to safety, should be read
carefully as they contain important information.
2. REB-25 has a built-in speaker designed to spread a mechanical
transmission and is resistant to moisture.
3. Make sure that all connections are correct.
4. Do not carry out any operations / modifications / repairs. Contact
the authorized service centers, the parent or qualified personnel
when:
- REB-25 does not work (or works in an anomalous way)
- REB-25 has been damaged (due to shock / fire)
5. REB-25 should not be used in direct contact with the water
6. REB-25 comes with endings audio connector with crimp
7. In the event that the parties that make up REB-25 come odors and /
or unusual noise or smoke, unplug it immediately after turning the
system off.
8. Do not connect REB-25 to equipment or accessories not foreseen.
Check the suitability of the support (wall, structure, etc.) And
components used for fastening which must guarantee the security
of the system / installation over time, also considering, for example,
the mechanical vibrations normally generated by loudspeakers.
9. REB-25 is a device for sound diffusion internally sealed and

10. NOVA ELECTRONICS strongly recommended that the installation of
this product is only made by professional qualified installers (or
specialized firms) are able to ensure correct installation and certify it
according to local regulations. The entire audio system must comply
with the current laws and regulations relating to electrical installations.
11. Hearing Loss
Exposure to high sound levels can cause permanent hearing loss.
The level of acoustic pressure for the hearing loss is different from
person to person and depends on the duration of exposure. To
prevent potentially dangerous exposure to high levels of pressure
scustica, it is necessary that everyone is exposed to these levels
should use adequate protection when operating a transducer

HIGH PERFORMANCE
REB-25 is a loudspeaker that uses a technology in mechanical
transmission to generate the sound. Its principle of operation is
effective if it is firmly attached to solid surfaces and / or walls of
thicknesses and weights appropriate.
The larger the surface, the lower the resonant frequency of REB-25
resulting in an increase of the frequency response to 20 Hz. If used
without contact surfaces, REB-25, will not play properly emitting
frequencies only medium-high .
REB-25 is designed to meet those installations where it is necessary
to have public address hidden and where it is not possible to make
holes for the application of marine loudspeakers.
EXAMPLES OF PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS:
 Box Shower facilities with plasterboard.
 Turkish Baths, Roman Baths (tepidarium) with fiberglass
walls and mosaic.
 Saunas with wooden walls.
 Imba.
 Relaxation Areas and / or Living with plasterboard ceilings.
 Walls and / or ceilings made no masonry.
The small size of REB-25 allow the use in structures with limited sizes
and / or thicknesses.

FIXING POINTS:
REB-25 is equipped with 4 mounting holes M4 on a radius of 110.0 mm (see
figure). These holes are already threaded.
REB-25 is included in:
 4 screws M4x60 countersunk flat head hex socket UNI 5933
DIN 7991-A in stainless steel A2
 4 Flanged Nuts M4 DIN 6923 in stainless steel
References fastening SCREWS DIN 7991-A
ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE:
1. Run tracing on the surface respecting the references indicated holes.
2. Drill holes in the surface with the tip of 4.5 mm.
3. Make the seats for the heads of the screws DIN 7991-A with
countersink from 8.3 mm. This seat will avrere deep enough to
accommodate the entire head of the screw and allow grouting.
4. Place REB-25 at the holes made in Step 2.
5. Screw the 4 screws M4x60 DIN 7991-A.
6. Apply the 4 flanged nuts M4 DIN 6923.
7. Connect REB-25 amplifier unit according to the polarity of the same.

WARNING: To sonorize entirely and uniformly environment, a single
REB-25 is not enough for the stereo effect. Recommendations is the
use of at least two units.
REB-25 is suitable to make an active area of 10 square meters.

REB-25 comes with connecting 30 cm wires terminated with crimp
connectors. The colors are:
 RED – POSITIVE +
 BLACK – NEGATIVE -
The connectors are suitable for the use of the cable up to the section
of 2.5 mm.
