designed to fit and be used with
the Neptune, Neptune Max, DVR
XP and 1624-44 woodlathes.
Use of the Neptune Max Stand on
other lathes could cause a
malfunction and risk of serious
injury, if you are unsure of the use
or the application of this
accessory, contact the technical
support department of Teknatool
International or your reseller.

Assembly Instructions:
Step 1:
Lay the bed face down on a flat clean surface. It is recommended that
a piece of cardboard is placed between the bed and the floor to
protect the surface of the bed.
Step 2:
Align one of the legs (Part 9) with the mounting holes on the bed.
Fasten in place using Parts 1, 2 & 3 respectively.
DON’T FULLY TIGHTEN AT THIS STAGE.
Repeat this process for the remaining three legs.
Step 3:
Align the cross plate (Part 8) with the holes on the inside of the legs.
Fasten in place using Parts 5, 6 & 4 respectively.
DON’T OVER TIGHTEN AT THIS STAGE.
Step 4:
Align the tool tray (Part 11) with the holes on the outside of the legs.
Fasten in place using Parts 5, 6 & 7 respectively.
DON’T OVER TIGHTEN AT THIS STAGE.
Step 5:
Fully tighten the M12 cap screws (Part 3) assembled in Step 2,
followed by the M6 cap screws (Part 4) and the M6 button head cap
screws (Part 7) assembled in Step 3 and Step 4 respectively.
Step 6:
Attach the feet (Part 12) to the base of the legs.
Step 7:
Flip the stand over onto its feet so that it is right side up.
WARNING: Due to the weight of the stand, it is recommended that a
second person helps lift the stand.
Step 8:
Align the cover plate (Part 10) with the holes on the side of the stand.
Fasten in place using Parts 5, 6 & 7 respectively.
Step 9:
To balance the stand, adjust the feet accordingly by
screwing/unscrewing the feet from the base of the stand. Secure in
place by fastening the nut tightly against the base of the leg.
