Unpacking and safety Please unpack your new product carefully. Your product should reach you in perfect condition. Please check
that no damage has occurred during transit. If any damage is found or there are any missing pieces from the packing list, please
contact the retailer you purchased it from immediately. Do not attempt to assemble it unless you have everything listed below.

Assembly
Step 1(diagram A)
Ensure that you have everything listed in the above packing list and that you have enough space around you to assemble the unit.
Lay out the pieces on the ground as per diagram A and ensure that ALL beams have the hook-and-loop fastener strips facing inwards,
towards the centre of each panel (as shown below). During assembly it is vital that you keep the hook-and-loop fastener strips facing the
same direction at all times.
Step 2 (diagram B)
Each joining bracket may need to be loosened to allow you to insert them into the cross beams (for instructions on how to loosen the
brackets, see diagram D on the following page). Do not force the brackets into the beams. Begin assembly by inserting the first
horizontal cross beam (B) into the bracket of one of the vertical end beams (C). Next insert one of the vertical dual central beam (D)
brackets into the first horizontal cross beam (B). Next insert the second cross beam (B) into the bracket of the first vertical dual central
beam (C). Repeat this procedure with all of the cross beams at the top and bottom until you have completed the outer frame.
Step 3 (diagram C)
Check that all hook-and-loop fastener strips are facing the same direction before proceeding. If any beams have the hook-and-loop
fastener strips facing in in the opposite direction, remove that particular beam and reverse it so the hook-and-loop fastener strip faces
the same direction as all of the other beams. The frame should now look like diagram C below.

Step 4 (diagram D)
The next step is to tighten all the connectors so that the frame will stay securely together. Insert the supplied allen (hex) key (E) into the
hole on the outside of the first of the vertical end beams (C). Turn the allen (hex) key (E) clockwise to tighten the connection (the bracket
will expand and ensure a strong joint). Do not over-tighten this connection – as you feel the bolt start to grip and tighten, that will be
sufficient force to hold the frame in place. Should you ever need to loosen the connection for dis-assembly, simply turn the key in the
opposite direction (anticlockwise) until the joint can separate easily. To access the holes on the 3 x vertical dual central beams (D),
simple angle the frame joint as per the diagram below.
Step 5 (diagram E)
Now that the frame is complete, it is time to attach the scrims to each panel. Begin by attaching the top and bottom left corners of the
first scrim to the left hand side of the frame with the hook-and-loop fastener strips facing each other. When you have secured the first
two corners, continue by stretching the scrim across to the right hand side of the frame. Keep the scrim taught as you attach it to the
frame. The hook-and-loop strips will stick to each other and secure the scrim. Smooth out any wrinkles and repeat for each panel.
Your Novopro DJS2 is now ready for use. By angling the four frames, the unit will be sufficiently stable but due diligence and appropriate
safety measures must be implemented and adhered to within public areas. It is the user’s responsibility to use the product in a safe
manner and within current Health and Safety Guidelines.
Maintenance
The scrims can be wiped down with a damp cloth or hand/machine washed at a maximum of 30 degrees. They are treated with a
fire retardant finish, which must be re-applied after washing. A suitable fire retardant spray/treatment is available online or from
your local supplier.
