IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precauons should always be followed,
including the following:
1. Read all instrucons.
2. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before cleaning or
handling, pung on or taking o parts.
3. Use handles, or knobs. Do not touch hot surfaces.
4. To protect against electrical shock, do not place any part of the Air Fryer Oven in water or other
liquids. See instrucons for cleaning per page 3.
5. This appliance should not be used by or near children or individuals with certain disabilies.
6. Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug. Do not use the oven if it has
malfunconed, been dropped, is damaged in any way or is not operang properly.
Return the Air Fryer Oven to the store or retailer where purchased for examinaon, repair,
or adjustment.
7. The use of aachments not sold by or recommended by NutriMill may cause re, electrical shock
or other injury.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over the edge of the table or countertop, or touch hot surfaces.
10. Do not place Air Fryer Oven on or near a hot gas, electric burner, or in a heated oven.
11. Do not use this Air Fryer Oven for anything other than its intended purpose.
12. Use only oven-safe dishware in the Air Fryer Oven.
13. Use extreme cauon when removing Air Fryer Oven accessories or disposing of hot grease.
14. When not in use, always unplug the unit. Do not store any materials other than NutriMill’s
recommended oven proof accessories in this Air Fryer Oven.
15. Do not place any of the following materials in the Air Fryer Oven: paper, cardboard, plasc and
similar products.
16. Do not cover Crumb Tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause over heang of
the oven.
17. Oversized foods, metal foil packages, and utensils must not be inserted in the Air Fryer Oven, as
they may create a risk of re or electric shock.
18. A re may occur if the Air Fryer Oven is covered or touching ammable materials such as
curtains, draperies or walls, when in operaon. Do not store any items on top of the appliance
when in operaon. Do not to operate under wall cabinets.
19. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break o the pad and touch electrical parts,
involving a risk of electric shock.
20. Do not aempt to dislodge food when the Air Fryer Oven is plugged into electrical outlet.
21. Warning: To avoid possibility of re, NEVER leave Air Fryer Oven unaended during use.
22. Use recommended temperature sengs for all cooking/baking, roasng, and air frying.
23. Do not rest anything on glass door.
24. To turn o the Air Fryer Oven turn the ON/OFF Timer dial to the OFF posion.
25. Do not operate your appliance in an appliance garage or under a wall cabinet. When storing in
an appliance garage, always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet. Not doing so could create
a risk of re, especially if the appliance touches the walls of the garage or the door touches the
unit as it closes.
26. Extreme cauon must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
27. To disconnect, turn the ON/OFF Timer dial to the OFF posion, and remove plug from wall outlet
28. Never operate the oven without the Removable Crumb Tray in place.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Please read and keep these instrucons handy. These instrucons will help you use your Air Fryer
Oven to its fullest so that you will achieve consistent, professional results.
SPECIAL CORD SET INSTRUCTIONS
A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulng from becoming entangled in or
tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their
use. If an extension cord is used, the marked electrical rang of the extension cord must be at least
as great as the electrical rang of the appliance, and the longer cord should be arranged so that it
will not drape over the countertop or tabletop, where it can be tripped over unintenonally or pulled
on by children.
NOTICE
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other), as a safety feature. This plug
will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not t fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If
it sll does not t, contact a qualied electrician. Do not aempt to alter this safety feature.
WARNING
The back and top of the oven will get hot. Do not store anything on top of the oven. Use hot pads
and oven mits when opening the oven and removing cooked foods.
Care & Cleaning
• Unplug your Air Fryer Oven and allow it to completely cool before cleaning. Do not use abrasive
cleaners, as they will damage the nish. Simply wipe the exterior with a clean, damp cloth and
dry thoroughly. Apply any cleaning agent to the cloth, not directly onto the Air Fryer Oven. Do
not use excess pressure when cleaning the area of the control panel as it could cause the text to
be removed over me.
• To clean the interior walls and boom of the oven (remove the Removable Crumb Tray rst) use
a damp soapy cloth or sponge. Never use harsh abrasives or corrosive products including oven
cleaner sprays. These could damage the oven surface. Never use steel wool pads on the Air Fryer
Oven or accessories.
• The Wire Rack, Baking/Drip Pan, Air Fryer Basket and Removable Crumb Tray should be
hand-washed in hot, sudsy water, use a nylon scouring pad or nylon brush. These parts are not
dishwasher safe.
• Always clean the Removable Crumb Tray aer each use. Excess food parcles could cause
smoking and will be hard to remove from tray. To remove baked-on grease or burnt food
parcles you can soak the Removable Crumb Tray in hot, sudsy water or use nonabrasive
cleaners. Never operate the oven without the Removable Crumb Tray in place.
• The Rosserie Spit, Forks, Screws, and Removal Tool can be cleaned with a cloth or sponge in
hot, sudsy water. For stubborn stains soak them in hot sudsy water.
• The top interior of the Air Fryer Oven should be cleaned to remove excess grease that may
accumulate aer cooking greasy foods or aer using the rosserie funcon. Doing so will prevent
smoking in the oven during subsequent uses.

The Air Fryer Basket is grated to allow air to pass through the basket for even
cooking. The Air Fryer Basket should be placed in the middle rack posion
unless a recipe states otherwise.

The Removable Crumb Tray slides out from the boom front of the Air Fryer
Oven for easy cleaning. The Removable Crumb Tray should always be placed
underneath the boom heang elements whenever the oven is being used.

BeforeUsing
Unpack the Air Fryer Oven and remove all packaging materials.
Clean the Air Fryer Oven according to the Care & Cleaning secon on page 3.
Place the Air Fryer Oven, on a at, stable, level surface. Keepoven2-4inches
awayfromthewalloranyotherobjects.
We recommend performing a trial run of your Air Fryer Oven to eliminate any
protecve substance from the heang elements. Conduct the trial run in a
well-venlated area as a small amount of smoke and odor may be detected. This
is normal and should be expected.
OperangyourOven
l. Turn the On/O Timer Dial to adjust the me. The mer can be set to 0-60
minutes. The light in the oven will turn on while the oven is in use. A clear
ring will be heard at the end of cooking me, and the lighng in the oven
chamber will turn o.
2. As a safety feature the air fryer oven will only run for 60 minutes. For foods
requiring more than 60 minutes, run the oven for the full 60 minutes then
add addional me as needed.
3. Trytoavoidfrequentposiveandnegaverotaonofmer.
Note: When the baking me is set to less than 20 minutes, please turn the
On/O Timer Dial to more than 20 minutes, and then turn it to the required
me. Do not leave the air fryer oven unaended while in use.
4. Turn the Temperature Dial to adjust the temperature. The temperature can
be set from warm to 450°F.
5. Select the desired funcon.
Warm
Set the Funcon Dial to Warm. Set the Temperature Dial to warm. Then turn
the On/O Timer Dial to the desired warming me to start the oven and
begin warming. The power light will illuminate. The mer will ring once when
the cycle is complete and the oven will power o when the me expires. To
manually stop warming, turn the On/O Timer Dial to the OFF posion.

Toast
Fit Oven Rack into Posion 2 (middle slot). If toasng two items, center them
in the middle of the Oven Rack. Four items should be evenly spaced: two in
front & two in back.
Set the Funcon Dial to Toast. Set the Temperature Dial to 350°F. Set
On/O Timer Dial to desired me. The oven power light will illuminate.
When completed, the mer will ring and turn o.
Broil
Set the Funcon Dial to Broil. Set Temperature Dial to 450°F. Then turn the
On/O Timer Dial to the desired cooking me to turn on the oven and begin
broiling. The power light will illuminate. The mer will ring once when the
cycle is complete and the oven will power o when the me expires. To man-
ually stop broiling, turn the On/O Timer Dial to the OFF posion.
Tips:Neveruseglassovendishestobroil. Be sure to keep an eye on food,
items can get dark or burn quickly while broiling.

AirFry
Place the Air Fryer Basket onto the Baking Pan or Oven Rack. Air Fry in rack
Posion 2.
Set the Funcon Dial to Air Fry. Set Temperature Dial to desired temperature.
Then turn the On/O Timer Dial to the desired cooking me to turn on the
oven and begin Air Frying. The oven power light will illuminate. The mer will
ring once when the cycle is complete and the oven will power o when the
me expires. To stop Air Frying, turn the Timer Dial to the OFF posion.

Bake or Bake
Place the pan in Posion 2 for baking. For chicken or other large items, the
pan can be in Posion 1.
Set the funcon to Bake or Bake. Set the Temperature Dial to desired tem-
perature. Turn the On/O Timer Dial to the desired cooking me to start the
oven and begin baking. (It is recommended to preheat oven for 5 minutes
prior to baking. Incorporate this into the total baking me). The power light
will turn on. The mer will ring once when the cycle is complete and the
oven will power o when the me expires. To stop operaon, turn the
On/O Timer Dial to the OFF posion.

Rosserie
Set the Funcon Dial to Rosserie. Set Temperature Dial to desired

the oven, the rosserie will start to turn. The oven power light will illuminate.
The mer will ring once when the cycle is complete and the oven will power
o when the me expires. To stop the rosserie, turn the On/O Timer Dial
to the OFF posion.

spit into the groove of the rosserie notch on the le side of the oven.

Use the Rosserie Removal Tool to remove the hot cooked food and Rosserie
Spit Assembly. Have a plaer placed nearby to receive the food. Always use cau-
on when working with a hot oven. Hot pads are recommended.

Use care when opening the oven door, oven,
accessory, and food will be hot. Posion the

SimpleRosserieChicken
1. Truss and skewer (3 lb.) whole chicken.
2. Coat generously with preferred dry rub.
3. Cook on the rosserie seng at 350°F for 18-22 minutes per
pound (approximately 1 hr). The chicken should reach an internal
temperature of 165°F.
4. Carefully remove from oven, following direcons on page 13.
5. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
BrazilianRosseriePineapple
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 whole pineapple, peeled
• 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1. Skewer the pineapple.
2. Whisk together sugar and cinnamon.
3. Roll pineapple in the cinnamon sugar mixture, coang well.
4. Place skewered pineapple in the oven according to the direcons
on page 12.
5. Cook on rosserie seng at 350°F unl golden brown and aromac,
20-30 minutes.
6. Carefully remove from oven, slice thinly and serve immediately.
