1. SPEAKER SYNC SET UP PERIOD IS LIMITED TO 90 SECONDS
AFTER TURNING THE FIRST SPEAKER ON.
Whether you are syncing a small or large number of speakers you may
not be able to sync all your speakers within the 90 second time period.
If this happens, follow these steps to continue syncing:
(i) Press the sync button on the first speaker until sync light goes off
(ii) Follow steps 3 and 4 on Page 7 to continue syncing speakers
(iii) Press the sync button on any synced speakers that became unlinked

1. When speaker is powered ON for the first time, speaker enters Bluetooth
pairing mode automatically (approximately 5 seconds after powering speaker ON)
(if Bluetooth light does not flash quickly 5 seconds after powering speaker ON,
press and hold BLUETOOTH button until it starts flashing quickly)
2. Enable Bluetooth in your device settings and select “Nuvelon FLARE”
3. Upon pairing, a chime will sound and the indicator light will remain lit

D.WAKE UP BLUETOOTH FROM SLEEP MODE
To save power, the Bluetooth connection will automatically go into sleep mode if
your device stays out of Bluetooth range for more than 5 minutes.
To reconnect when your device is back within range, press the BLUETOOTH
button to cancel sleep mode and re-establish pairing connection.
B. ESTABLISHING A NEW PAIRING (2 or more synced speakers)
Pair with the first speaker you turned on (transmitting light will be solid- see Page 7.)
Press BLUETOOTH button on first speaker until it flashes quickly, and follow steps
2 - 3 in section A. (ESTABLISHING A NEW PAIRING)
NOTE: After syncing and pairing, when speakers are powered ON again, pairing will
automatically be established with the first speaker, but can take up to 60 seconds
IV. BLUETOOTH PAIRING (speaker must be powered ON,
and Bluetooth must be enabled on your device)

V. AUXILIARY INPUT
If your device has a 3.5mm audio jack, or is not Bluetooth enabled, you may use the
included auxiliary cable to use the speaker without Bluetooth. When used this way,
Bluetooth will be disabled, but speaker sync features remain fully functional.
1. Plug one end of the auxiliary cable into the speaker auxiliary port
2. Plug the other end of the auxiliary cable into your device audio jack
(ensure audio jack is not obstructed by any protective case or accessories)
3. When auxiliary cable is plugged into speaker you will hear an audible chime
and the auxiliary indicator will illuminate.

By default, the lantern will turn off after 2 hours to extend run time. If you wish the
lantern to illuminate for longer, please set the timer (see Section D. on page 11)
A. LANTERN ON/OFF AND BRIGHTNESS CONTROL
1. Press the LIGHT SHOW button to turn the lantern feature ON
2. Press again to turn lantern feature OFF
3. Each time you press the button again, the brightness of the light increases
4. Press button a total of 5 times to reach maximum brightness, then press
again to turn lantern feature OFF
(Brightness level settings correspond to 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%)

B. LIGHT SHOW COLOR SELECTION (single speaker)
Lantern feature must be on to change light show color selections. See A. Above.
1. Press and release the COLOR/TIMER button to select the next light color
Light shows are arranged in the following sequence:
1. Red

Limited Warranty
Model NF15A1-BTM
This Nuvelon-branded product, marketed only as new in its original carton to the original purchaser (“Product”), is
warranted by Forever Gifts, INC against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a limited warranty
period of Ninety (90) Days for Labor and One (1) year for Parts. This Limited Warranty is conditional upon use of the
Product as set out in this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to store demonstration products, products“marked down” for sale, in “as is”
condition, “close outs”, “liquidation and clearance sales”, “open box”, products missing accessories, or no fault found.
Proof of purchase in the form of a Bill of Sale, Receipt or Receipted Invoice is required to certify the Product is within
the Limited Warranty period. The Bill of Sale, Receipt or Receipted Invoice must be produced in order to obtain Limited
Warranty service.
This Limited Warranty commences on the original date of purchase and is valid only on Products purchased through
authorized dealers and used in United States territories by the original Purchaser. To receive warranty service, the
Purchaser must first contact Forever Gifts, INC for problem identification and service procedures. The original dated
Bill of Sale, Receipt or Receipted Invoice must be produced upon request as proof of purchase.
We will repair your product,or if repairs cannot be made we will replace (at our sole discretion) with product of same
or similar value. If the Product defect(s) as specified in this Limited Warranty occurred during the Limited Warranty
period, we reserve the right to use new or re-manufactured parts to repair the Product. All replaced parts and
Products become our property and must be returned to us. Replacement parts and Products assume the remaining
original Limited Warranty, or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
When returning your Product,freight must be prepaid by you, the original Purchaser,and Product must be shipped in
its original packaging,or packaging which affords an equal degree of protection. We will not be responsible for, nor
obligated to replace damaged Products shipped in unsuitable packaging.
If the Product is received damaged, it is your responsibility as the consumer to file a claim against the carrier. We will
only store the damaged Product for 30 days and reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to dispose of the damaged
Product or ship it back to you at your expense after 30 days.
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, and
except to the extent otherwise expressly provided for in this statement, noncommercial use of this Product, and shall
not apply to the following, including, but not limited to: Damage which occurs in shipment; delivery and installation;
applications and uses for which this Product was not intended; altered Product or serial numbers; cosmetic damage or
exterior finish; accidents, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; use of products, equipment,
systems, utilities, services, hardware, supplies, accessories, applications, installations, repairs, external wiring or
connectors not supplied or authorized by us or the manufacturer, which damage this Product or result in service
problems; incorrect electrical line voltage, fluctuations and surges; customer adjustments and failure to follow
operating instructions, cleaning, maintenance and environmental instructions that are covered and prescribed in the
instruction book; reception problems and distortion related to noise, echo, interference or other signal transmission
and delivery problems. Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Product is not warranted.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED AND DESCRIBED ABOVE,
AND NO WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY AFTER THE
EXPRESS WARRANTY PERIODS STATED ABOVE, AND NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE GIVEN
