User’s Guide - Copier
This guide describes an outline of the machine and copy operations.
Please refer to this guide for safety information, turning on/off the machine,
paper supply, dealing with machine trouble such as paper jam, and copy
operation available on the machine.
User’s Guide - POD Administrator's Reference <This book>
This guide provides you with detailed information about the machine
management and how to customize the machine according to your daily use.
Please refer to this guide for a setup and management of the machine
including registration of copy paper, tray setting, and a network setup.
User’s Guide - Network Scanner
This guide describes the operation of the network scanner function equipped
for the machine as standard.
Please refer to this guide for full information on reading data or storing data
(Scan to HDD, Scan to E-mail, Scan to FTP, Scan to SMB).

This guide describes the operation of the printer function equipped for the
machine.
Please refer to this guide for how to use Plug-in driver in user mode.
To operate safely, be sure to read "Section 1: Precautions for Installation and
Use" in User’s Guide - Copier before using the machine.

1.2 Outline of Machine Status Screen Settings
The [Paper Setting], [Custom Size Reg.], [Adjustment], and [Controller] keys
are located at the bottom of the Machine Status Screen to display each
setting screen.
[Paper Setting] key: Displays the Paper Setting Screen.
Make settings for each paper source tray by using predefined options.
This operation is also available by touching [Paper Setting] on the Copy
Screen; however, accessed from the Machine Status Screen, this screen
provides additional functions such as registering/deleting paper type/weight
entries and changing detectable sizes for upper and lower trays of the op-
tional post inserter.
After completing the settings, touch [Close] to exit the Paper Setting mode.

[Custom Size Reg.] key: Displays the Custom Size Regist Screen.
Use this function to register frequently used custom sizes to be recalled in
Size Setting.
After completing the settings, touch [Close] to exit the Custom Size Regist
mode.
[Adjustment] key: Displays the Adjustment Menu Screen.
Make adjustments concerning image control and finishing options.
After completing the adjustments, touch [Exit] to exit the Adjustment mode.

[Controller] key: Displays the Controller Setting Menu Screen.
Make settings concerning an optional print controller.
After completing the settings, touch the [MACHINE] tab to return to the
Machine Status Screen.
