E. POWER SWITCH – Turns the amplifier on-off as indicated by the jewel unit.
F. STANDBY – When the amplifier is on, Standby will mute all audio output from the amplifier.
Use Standby during short breaks to avoid the tube warm up delay.
Select Standby for the first 60 seconds when switching the amplifier ON to extend tube life.
G. 36/18W SWITCH – Selects 18W or 36W mode. Refer to C for impedance settings.
H. JEWEL UNIT – Indicating power on
I. MASTER VOLUME – For clean sounds set the Master volume to 12. For crunchier sounds at low
volumes, set the Channel 1 or 2 Volume high, and lower the Master. To get the maximum
distortion at lower levels, select MIX mode and set both volumes to 12 and then use the master
volume to control the output level.
J. DEEP CUT – Decreases the low frequencies and tightens the bass response.
K. REVERB – Sets the amount of reverb
L. TONE 2 – Adjusts the tone characteristics of the amplifier for channel 2
M. VOLUME 2– Adjusts the volume of channel 2. Channel 2 is the brightest channel.
N. TONE 1 – Adjusts the tone characteristics of the amplifier for channel 1
O. VOLUME 1 – Adjusts the volume of channel 1. Channel 1 is a darker channel.
P. CHANNEL SWITCH – Selects input channel. Select channel 2 or MIX when using the
footswitch. When Channel 2 at the front panel is selected the footswitch will change between
Channel 1 and 2. When Channel MIX is selected at the front panel the footswitch will change
between Channel 1 and MIX.
