IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
Make sure the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your local mains voltage.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
WARNING: Do not immerse appliance in water. Danger of electric shock.
Only use the appliance with the accessories provided. Otherwise, they could constitute a danger
to the user and risk to damage the appliance
Switch off the appliance before installation/ moving accessories and tools, adding ingredients,
scraping dough from bowl, after use and before clean the appliance.
Switch the appliance off and disconnect the plug from the mains when not in use.
Keep your fingers away from moving parts and fitted attachments.
Always place the appliance and its accessories on a dry, flat and stable surface.
Do not use this appliance outdoors or for commercial purposes. This unit is intended for
household use only.
Do not touch with wet hands.
Regularly check if the supply cord, appliance or extension cable are defective. If found defective,
do not put appliance into operation. Immediately pull the plug.
Place the supply cord or any extension cord in a way that pulling or tripping over it is impossible.
Do not allow the supply cord to hang down within easy reach.
Never carry or pull the appliance by the supply cord. Do not pull the supply cord over sharp
edges. Do not jam or bend it.
Do not operate the appliance by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
The stand, supply cord and plug must not come in contact with water. Should this happen,
disconnect the plug immediately.
Never put the appliance or supply cord on hot surfaces or near open flames.
Do not leave the appliance unattended while turned on or plugged in.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions,
or has been damaged in any manner, return appliance to the nearest authorized service agent,
for examination, repair or adjudgement.

Never exceed the maximum capacities states in this manual.
Only use the appliance for its intended domestic use. The manufacturer will not accept any
liability if the appliance is subject to improper use or failure to comply with these instructions.
If the supplier cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Always operate the appliance with splashguard in place.
Before Use:
Carefully read the instruction manual;
Remove all packaging;
Check if the supply cord, appliance or accessories are defective. If found defective, do not use it,
return it to retailer.

The mixing tools and some of their uses
Beater – For making cakes, biscuits, pastry, icing, filings, éclairs and mashed potato.
Whisk – For eggs, cream, batters, fatless sponges, meringues, cheesecakes, mousses and soufflé.
Don’t use the whisk for heavy mixtures (e.g. creaming fat and sugar) you could damage it.
Dough hook – For yeast mixtures.
Installation of Tools/Accessories
1. Raise Mixer Head – Lift the head by pressing the Head Release Button and at the same time lift
the head until it locks in the raised position.
2. To Attach Accessory – Place the mixing tool (Beater / Whisk / Dough hook) into the Accessory
Power Port. Turn counterclockwise until it locks.
Turn clockwise to remove.
3. Place Bowl on Base – Press down and turn clockwise to lock.
4. Lower Mixer Head – Press the release button again and fully lower the mixer head.

5. To Attach Splashguard – Before attaching any accessory, raise stand mixer head and push the
splashguard onto the rim above the accessory power port until it fully snaps into place; then
turn clockwise to lock it in place.
To Remove: Raise the stand mixer head, turn counterclockwise and slide splashguard off rim.
Note: You do not need to remove splashguard to change the mixing accessories.
Hints:
Switch off and scrape the bowl with a spatula when necessary.
Eggs at room temperature are best for whisking.
Before whisking egg whites, make sure there is no grease or egg yolk on the whisk or
bowl.
Use cold ingredients for pasty unless your recipe state otherwise.
When creaming fat and sugar for cake mixes, always use the fat at room temperature or
soften it first.
During mixing, ingredients can be added directly to the bowl via the window of the
splashguard.
Notes for bread making
Never exceed the maximum capacities in below table, otherwise you will overload the machine
and damage it, or cause hazards.
To protect the life of the machine, always allow a rest of 20 minutes before another operation.
If you hear the machine over loading, switch off, remove half the dough, cool down the machine
for 30 minutes and do each half separately.
The ingredients mix best if you put the liquid in first.
Only when the machine is stopped you can scrape the mixture off the dough hook.
Different batches of flour vary considerably in the quantities of liquid required, the stickiness of
the dough can have a marked effect on the load imposed on the machine. You are advised to
keep the machine under observation whilst the dough is being mixed.
The operations should take no longer than 15 minutes.

Speed Switch
The speed switch can be set from 1 to 8; the speed increases from 1 to 8.
0: Off
1: lowest speed
8: highest speed
The belows are general guide only and may vary depending upon the quantity of mix in the bowl and the
ingredients being mixed.
Beater
Creaming fat and sugar – start on “Low”, gradually increasing to a higher speed.
Beating eggs into creamed mixtures – “Mid” to “High” speed.
Folding in flour, fruit etc. – “Low” speed.
All in one cakes – start on “Low”, gradually increase to “High”
Rubbing fat into flour – “Low” to 2 steps higher.
Whisk
Start on “Low”, gradually increase to “High” speed.
Dough Hook
Start on “Low”, gradually increase to one step higher.
Troubleshooting

Care and Cleaning
Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
Mixer body: wipe with a damp cloth, then dry. Never use abrasives or immerse in water.
Bowl: wash by hand, then dry thoroughly or wash in the dishwasher. Never use a wire brush,
steel wool or bleach.
Tools: wash by hand and dry thoroughly
Splashguard: top rack dishwasher-safe; can also wash by hand and dry thoroughly
Keep away from heat (cooker tops, ovens, microwaves)
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household
wastes. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from
uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse
of material resources. To return your used device, please use the return and
collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They
can take this product for environmental safe recycling.

Thường xuyên kiểm tra xem dây nguồn, máy hoặc dây nối kéo dài có bịhỏng hay không. Nếu

Không bao giờđược xách hoặc kéo máy bằng dây cấp nguồn. Không được kéo dây cấp nguồn
qua các rìa sắc. Không được kẹp chặt hoặc uốn cong sản phẩm.
Không vận hành máy bằng các thiết hẹn giờbên ngoài hoặc hệthống điều khiển từxa riêng
biệt.
Giá đỡ, dây cấp nguồn và phích cắm không đượcđểếp xúc với nước. Nếuđiều này xảyra,
rút phích cắm ra ngay lập tức.
Không bao giờđượcđặt máy hoặc dây cấp nguồn lên các bềmặt nóng hoặc gần các ngọn lửa
mở.

Không được đểmáy ngoài tầm giám sát khi máy đang được bật hoặc đang cắm nguồn.

Chỉdùng máy này với mục đích sửdụng trong nhà nhưthiết kế. Nhà sản xuất sẽkhông chịu
trách nhiệm nếu sản phẩm không được sửdụng phù hợp hoặc không tuân thủnhững hướng
