CE-IO1600 User Manual
1 Product Introduction
CE-IO series products are Ethernet I/O module using standard Modbus RTU/TCP protocol,
integrates DO (digital output), DI (digital input), AI (analog input).
The communication method supports Ethernet networking, 7~40V wide voltage power
supply, and supports functions such as logic control between analog acquisition and relay
output.
Widely used in farms, agricultural greenhouses, IoT terminals, water conservancy,
electricity, gas collection and control and other application scenarios, its unique logic control
function can easily realize automatic water supply, fertilization, start and stop valves It is an ideal
device for small automatic control scenes.
1.1 Features
◆DC 7-40V wide voltage power supply, support anti-reverse connection;
◆16* DO contact isolation, normally ON and normally OFF, 10A 250VAC / 10A 30VDC;
◆LED indication, 1 for power and working status; 16 leds for DO status;
◆SupportsRS485+EthernetCommunicationinterface,powerisolationplussignalisolation,reliable
communication;
◆Communication baud rate: 300bps~38400bps (, It is 9600 by default and can be
modified by software);
◆Supportstandard ModbusRTU/TCPprotocol,readand write by registeraddress;
◆Support input and output linkage, such as local linkage or dual-computer linkage, which is
convenient for multi-terminal control;
◆Support flash ON flash OFF;
◆Supporting setting software for setting parameters and IO control;
◆Support software and hardware customization.

network cable
3.1.1 Direct mode
Open [Network and Sharing Center]---->[Change Adapter Settings]---->[Local Area Connection]--
-->[Properties]---->[IPV4], modify the computer IP to static IP: 192.168.1.10;
(Because the default IP of io is 192.168.1.232, when modifying its parameters, the io IP must be
in the same network segment as the computer IP.

Check to make sure that the computer network and the router/switch connected to io are in
the same network.
Note: generally, there are multi-level networks in the enterprise. When the computer is
connected to the wireless network and the io is connected to the router through a network
cable, it must be confirmed that the router connected to the io is the same as the wireless
WIFI router.
