Line 1 and Line 2 Status Lights
Green ––––––– Active call. Red ––––––– Call on hold.
Making Calls
Using the speed dial keys Pick up the handset or press the SPEAKER key.
Press the key assigned to speed dial your contact.
To an internal extension Pick up the handset or press the SPEAKER key.
Dial the extension number.
To an external phone number Pick up the handset or press the SPEAKER key.
Dial the domestic number.
To an international phone number Pick up the handset or press the SPEAKER key. Dial 011,
then the country code and phone number.
To emergency services Pick up the handset or press the SPEAKER key. Dial 911.
Receiving Calls
Answering a call Pick up the handset or press the SPEAKER key when it rings.
Answering call-waiting Press the corresponding non-lit LINE key when you hear the
call waiting beep.
Stopping ring or call waiting Press the IGNORE CALL key. You may still answer the call on other devices.
Toggling Do Not Disturb Press the DND key to toggle Do Not Disturb on and off.
When the key is lit green, Do Not Disturb is on.
Ending Calls
One active call If the call is active, hang up the handset or press the END CALL
or SPEAKER key.
If the call is on hold, press the red LINE key to retrieve it,
then hang up the handset or press the END CALL or SPEAKER key.
Two active calls If the call you wish to end is active, press the END CALL key.
If the call to end is on hold, press its red LINE key to retrieve it.
Then press the END CALL key.
Placing Calls on Hold
Putting a call on hold Press a green LINE key to place the active call on hold. The LINE key
will be lit red slowly when the call is put on hold.
Placing a new call when a call is active Press a non-lit LINE key to automatically put the active call on hold,
and switch to the available line. Dial the new phone number.
Retrieving a call on hold Press the red LINE key to retrieve the held call.
Switching between held calls Press the LINE key that is red to retrieve the held call.
The current call will be put on hold.
View details of calls in progress View the phone numbers and call durations for each currently active
or held call on the display screen. A held call is displayed in grey,
and an active call is displayed in black.
Three-Way Conferencing
One active call and one held Press the CONFERENCE key to start the three-way conference.
Stopping a conference call Hang up the handset, press the SPEAKER key (if in speaker mode)
to terminate all calls, or press the CONFERENCE key to break the
conference into one active call and one held call.
Transferring Calls (to internal extensions)
Call transfer Press the TRANSFER key to place the current call on hold. Dial the
extension number to transfer to.
Transfering to voicemail Press the TRANSFER key, then dial **and then the extension number.
Call Forwarding
Turn on call forwarding Pick up the handset and dial *72#. Follow the voice prompt instructions.
Disable call forwarding Pick up the handset and dial *73#. Wait for the conrmation prompt.
Accessing and Updating Voicemail
Listening to voicemail Press the Voicemail key.
Recording/updating your greeting Select Option 5 from the Voicemail menu, then select Option 1
Recording/updating your name Select Option 5 from the Voicemail menu, then select Option 2.
Changing your PIN Select Option 5 from the Voicemail menu, then select Option 3.

Faire des appels
En utilisant les touches raccourcis Décrochez le combiné ou appuyez sur SPEAKER.
Appuyez sur la touche assignée à votre contact.
Vers un poste interne Décrochez le combiné ou appuyez sur SPEAKER.
Composez le numéro de poste.
Vers un numéro national Décrochez le combiné ou appuyez sur SPEAKER.
Composez le numéro national.
Vers un numéro international Décrochez le combiné ou appuyez sur SPEAKER.
Composez le 011 puis le code pays et le numéro.
Vers les services d’urgence Décrochez le combiné ou appuyez sur SPEAKER.
Composez le 911.
Recevoir des appels
Répondre à un appel Décrochez le combiné ou appuyez sur SPEAKER quand ça sonne.
Répondre à un appel en attente Appuyez sur LINE non allumée quand vous entendez les bips sonores.
Arrêter la sonnerie ou l’appel en attente Appuyez sur IGNORE CALL. Vous pouvez toujours répondre avec
d’autres appareils.
Ne pas déranger Appuyez sur DND pour activer ou désactiver cette fonction.
Touche allumée verte : “Ne pas déranger” est active.
Terminer les appels
Un appel en cours Appel actif : raccrochez le combiné ou appuyez sur SPEAKER.
Appel mis en attente : appuyez sur LINE rouge pour le reprendre,
raccrochez le combiné ou appuyez sur END CALL ou SPEAKER.
Deux appels en cours Appel à terminer est actif : appuyez sur END CALL. Appel à terminer
mis en attente : appuyez sur LINE rouge pour le reprendre, puis
appuyez sur END CALL.
Mettre les appels en attente
Mettre un appel en attente Appuyez sur LINE en vert pour mettre l’appel en attente.
Elle va s’allumer en rouge.
Faire un nouvel appel avec un appel en cours Appuyez sur LINE non allumée, l’appel en cours est automatiquement
mis en attente. Composez le nouveau numéro.
Alterner entre appels en attente Appuyez sur LINE
en rouge pour reprendre l’appel.
L’appel en cours est mis en attente.
Voir les détails des appels en cours Voyez sur l’écran le numéro de téléphone et durée d’appel pour
chaque appel actif ou appel mis en attente. Appel actif : afché
en noir. Appel en attente : afché en gris.
Conférence à trois
Un appel actif et un appel mis en attente Appuyez sur CONFERENCE pour démarrer la conférence.
Arrêter la conférence Raccrochez le combiné, ou appuyez sur SPEAKER (mode haut-parleur)
pour terminer tous le appels, ou appuyez sur CONFERENCE pour arrêter
la conférence : un appel actif et un appel mis en attente.
Transférer les appels
Transférer un appel Appuyez sur TRANSFER, l’appel courant est mis en attente. Composez
le numéro de poste destinataire.
Transfert vers messagerie Appuyez sur TRANSFER, puis composez **puis le numéro de poste.
Renvoi d’appels
Activer renvoi d’appels Décrochez le combiné, composez *72#. Suivez les instructions vocales.
Désactiver renvoi d’appels Décrochez le combiné, composez *73#. Attendez la conrmation vocale.
Accéder et mettre à jour la messagerie
Ecouter la messagerie Appuyez sur Voicemail.
Enregistrer/Mettre à jour message d’accueil Sélectionnez Option 5 du menu, puis Option 1.
Enregistrer/Mettre à jour votre nom Sélectionnez Option 5 du menu, puis Option 2.
Enregistrer/Mettre à jour votre NIP Sélectionnez Option 5 du menu, puis Option 3.
