Cautions
The Users who will use our FRS should be recommended to read below first, and
observe following guidelines :
-To maintain compliance with the FCC’s RF exposure guidelines, hold the transmitter and
antenna at least 2 inches (5 cm) away from your face, and speak in a normal voice.
Point the antenna up and away from your face.
-If you worn the handset on your body while using the headset accessory, use only
the supplied belt clip for this product and when transmitting, take it out of the belt to
ensure that the antenna is at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) from the body.
-Use only the supplied antenna. Unauthorized antennas, modifications, or
attachments could damage the transmitter and may violate FCC regulations.

Your New RADIO(ORB-R15F)
ORBICLE's ORB-R15F operate on Family Radio Service(FRS) designated
frequencies. This license-free, short range, two-way radio service was
established specifically for family and group recreational use.
Use of this radio outside the country where it was intended to be distributed
is subject to government regulations and may be prohibited.
Batteries
ORB-R15F radios operate with 4 AAA alkaline batteries providing
approximately 35hours of use. That is almost 5 hours of talk and over 30
hours of standby time.
To Install
1. Above all, Power off with radio.
2. Remove belt clip on back cover and cover pull down.
3. Insert 4 AAA batteries as well-fitting polarity.
4. Shut a cover and Power on.
To Communicate
ORB-R15F two-way radios have 14 channels. To communicate with others, all
radios in your group must be set to the same channel.
Turn The Radio On :
1. A Long press the POWER Button. Radio will beep and LED Indicator Light will flash to
confirm. The display will show current channel and code.
2. To turn radio off, long press the POWER Button, Again. You can hear a beep and
display disappears.
Monitor Button
The Monitor[mon] button lets you hear the radio's volume level when you are not
receiving so you can adjust the volume. It is also used to check activity on current before
transmitting.



Adjust The Volume
Press Volume button
knob, you reach a comfortable listening level. Press the Button Up
to increase and Down to decrease volume.
Set The Channel
1. With radio on, press the Function Button, Current Channel (88) will begin to flash.
2. Press Up/Down Button to change channel while flashing.
3. Press PTT button or Function button after set new channel.
Set The Tone Code
1. With radio on, press the Function Button, Current Channel (88-small size
) will
begin to flash.
2. Press Up/Down Button to change code while flashing.
3. Press PTT button or Function button after setting new code.
Function The PTT(Transmission)
1. Transmit the signal and turn on the red color LED while press the PTT Button.
2. Change the stand-by mode if set free the PTT Button.
Call Tone
The Call Tone gets other's attention before you start talking. Press PTT Button two times
continuous and users on your channel will hear your Call Beep. PASSION has 5 Call beep.
Set The Call Tone
1. With the radio on, press Function Button. Current Call Beep will begin to flash [C 01].
2. Use Up/Down Button to change and hear Call Beep while flashing.
3. Press Function Button to set new Call Beep.
Function The Monitor
1. Press Monitor(MON) Button and hear all signal of receiving in set channels while
turn on the green color LED.
2. Keep Monitor Mode without press button while press 5 second continuously.
3. Set free after press MON Button one time.
Lock Button
Just turn on the menu lock by pressing the Scan Button for three seconds. Now you'll see
a lock on the display. You can turn off the menu lock by pressing the Scan Button for
three seconds again.

Lamp Button
Press MON Button one time, turn on the LCD back-light for three seconds. If press Button
of up/down, Function, scan, etc and turn on the LCD back-light too.
Battery Meter
The Battery Meter, located on the front display, is divided into three bars.
As power is used, the bars will disappear.
1. Flash empty battery icon, you must change batteries.
2. The meter will not work accurately with rechargeable batteries.
※
Note : Remove batteries before storing your radio for extended periods.
Batteries corrode over time and may cause permanent damage to your radio.
External Speaker / Mic
ORB-R15F has a External Ear / Mic jack. (option)
How to Special Function
Scan
1. Just change scan mode as press Scan Button one time, will see [scan] icon on the
front
display. You can release scan mode as press Scan Button one time again.
2
. Stop scanning in use channel if importing signal during scan channel. disappear
signal in channel, stay for three seconds and scanning channel again.
VOX
You can transmit without press PTT Button and can use with external mic.
Power on pressing PTT
Button, turn on VOX mode and you'll see VOX icon on display.
1. Set the Sensitivity of VOX : Display [Vo Lo] or [Vo
Hi] in VOX Sensitivity
mode, set press channel up/down button to [Lo / Hi]. In High sensitivity state, work
more closely in even weak sound. You can store sensitivity setting by PTT Button one
time shortly at that state.
2. For releasing VOX mode, Power on without pressing any button again.
