the instructions and precautions.
■ Do not remove the protruding pieces of the tank cartridges.
Do not remove the protruding pieces on the cap of the tank cartridge. If you remove them, it may create crack or holes in
the cartridge which will cause leaking.
■ Please refrain from removing components such as the tank cartridge unnecessary or frequently.
Removing the cartridge frequently may damage the cartridge and cause leaks.
■Small parts in tank cartridge
eGo-C tank cartridge contains small parts which can present a choking hazard under certain conditions. Please do not
bite or use intense pressure when vaping.
■Liquids on atomizer
Liquids may build up in atomizer chamber and on the surface of the tank cartridge. This happens as the vapor cools and
returns to liquid form. This is normal. Please wipe off liquids before using.
■Burning taste
If you encounter burning taste while using the eGo-C, try the following methods.
ⓐ If you encounter burning taste while using the eGo-C, try the following methods.
ⓑShake eGo-C back and forth 2 to 3 times quickly. This helps get liquids back into the chamber.
Then continue using as normal.
ⓒIf not resolved, then repeat the method again or replace the atomizer head.
■Ensure the tank is fully inserted into the atomizer chamber. If there is a space between the cartridge and the atomizer,
it may create abnormal air flow and could cause fluid leaks.
■Refill the Tank cartridge before it is fully empty. When the liquid level goes below 10%, the remaining liquid may flow out
and cause leaking. This phenomenon is the result of the unique structure of the tank cartridge.
■External shocks such as dropping an e-cigarette or repeated vigorous movements may cause leaking. Please keep
your e-cigarette in a stable place.
■Store the eGo-C battery at room temperature. The eGo-C battery is a lithium-ion battery and will need to be replaced
periodically. Read charging instructions before using.
■Nicotine use
Liquids used in e-cigarettes contain nicotine. Please be careful not to use excessively. If you’re using a high concentration
of nicotine and experience any of the symptoms below, please stop using it and consult a health care provider or try to
lower the concentration of nicotine you use.
Nicotine symptoms may include Vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, headache, difficulty breathing, sweating, palpitations, lisps,
stomachache or pain, seizures and weakness.
Using an electronic cigarette for the first time may require some adjustment time. Each individual needs some time to
adjust. If you encounter side effects, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Limited warranty is based on a 60 day Limited warranty. Atomizer kit (Atomizer head) is a consumable item and has a
limited warranty that covers the first 24 hours from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover accidental damages to
the product by the consumer, or damages resulting from improper use. It does not cover damages from normal wear and
tear such as paint peeling.
■Limited warranty covers product sixty days from the date of purchase.
■Excessive smoking is harmful to health. Please follow all local, State and Federal rules and regulations regarding
smoking in your community.
