Make sure that the racking platforms
are secure before applying any
weight to the product.
This product can be used both
indoors and outdoors.
Leaving the product outside exposed
to weather, especially direct sun, rain
and salt air, will speed the
weathering process. This can be
slowed by removing the product
from these conditions, or covering it
with a suitable cover.
Do not carry out alterations or
modifications to this product.
Clean only with a damp cloth. Do not
use strong industrial cleaning
substances or abrasive materials as
these will damage the product.
Do not discard any of the packaging
until you have checked that you have
all the parts and fittings required.
When adjusting the height of the
shelves, be sure that the shelving is
securely held in place after adjusting
the height to avoid it falling due to
weight.
Never exceed the maximum load
capacity of 100kg per shelf or it may
result in product failure or personal
injury.
Only use this product on stable, level
and dry ground.
This product contains sharp parts and
edges. Please ensure appropriate PPE
is worn during assembly and use to
avoid personal injury.

Take two corner support bars
and place plastic feet on the
bottom of both. After this, lay
both corner support bars side
to side and slide an end
adjustment bar into place.
Make sure the metal folds on
the end adjustment bar go
underneath the metal holds
on the outside of the corner
support bar.

Once the end has been
finished, slide a side
adjustment bar into place on
either side of the created
frame. Make sure the metal
folds are on the outside.
Repeat this on the opposite
side. After both sides are
secured into place, repeat
step one and then attach that
to the opposite end of the
side adjustment bars.
Place a wooden shelf onto the first of the racking
platforms. Slide a side adjustment bar higher up either side
of the frame and an end adjustment bar to either end of
the frame. Once this is done, place a wooden shelf on top
to create the second layer of racking.
Push a corner extender into
each of the exposed corner
support bar tops. Once done,
slide a corner support bar
onto the outside of the
corner extender. Make sure
this is held securely as this
area will be holding the
weight of the racking above.
Repeat this with the
remaining corner support
bars.

Repeat the previous steps for
constructing the racking
supports. Once you’ve built
the centre racking platform,
continue building upwards.
Maintain a fair amount of
space between each racking
platform, this will allow for
better storage. Once you
have completed the 500kg
racking, go over all the
secured metal folds to make
sure that the racking is
secure.
