Location of device
can’t be found
Move to a place with satellite coverage i.e.
outdoors with a clear line of sight. Make sure the
satellite symbol displays on the screen.
Can’t switch device
on
Press the Power button for at least 3 seconds
for the Pearl+ to switch on. Ensure the device is
charged.
Can’t charge device Check the charger is inserted the right way and
connected correctly.
Can’t connect to
mobile network
Move to a place with a better signal, switch the
device off and on. Contact your service provider if
the problem persists.
SIM card error
Remove SIM card then re-insert. Switch device
on. Contact your service provider if the problem
persists.
