1.CONTENTS
Please check contents of this package immediately after opening. It should contain the following parts and assemblies:
A. Motor & Chuck Stand assembly (1 pc) - Includes 4 motors, switch bar with 4 switches and a power cord
B. Motor Stand Base (1 pc)
C. Chucks with fastening screws (4 pcs)
D. Rod Support Side Frames (2 pcs)
E. Rod Support Base with pins (2 pcs)
F. Rod Support Cross Bars (4 pcs) - 2 with 1 pin on each end and 2 with 2 pins on each end
G. Rod Support Rollers (4 pcs)
H. Wall hanging brackets (2 large pcs for the Motor & Chuck Stand and 4 small pcs for the Rod Supports) with screws

CAUTION:

2. Not to be used by the physically or mentally impaired unless supervised by a responsible party for their safety.
3. If the power cord is damaged do not attempt to repair by yourself. Please have repaired by a certified electrician.

2. ASSEMBLY AND SETUP OF “THE RODSMITH QUAD ROD DRYER”
A. Attach the 4 chucks onto the motor shafts by aligning the screws on the
chucks with the holes in the motor shafts and tighten the screws for a secure
fit.
B. Insert the Motor & Chuck Stand into the Motor Stand Base with the power
cord on the bottom and the power switches facing you. The stand should be
leaning away from you.
C. Insert the two metal pins through the Motor Stand Base and the Motor &
Chuck Stand to ensure they are joined securely.
D. Insert each Rod Support Side Frame into a Rod Support Base. When
placed side by side the Rod Support Side Frames should lean in the same
direction.
E. Insert the rod pins through all pieces to ensure they are joined together
securely.
F. Attach the Rod Support Cross Bars to the Rod Support Side Frames. Each
Cross Bar has 2 holes for mounting pins.
G. Please note there are two bottom holes for each Cross Bar. With the unit
facing away from you, use the rear hole if the dryer will be used as a table top
dryer. Use the front hole if the dryer will be mounted on the wall.
H. Tighten all screws to make certain all parts are tight.
I. Attach one Rod Support Roller to each Rod Support Cross Bar in the
desired location.
3. WALL MOUNT ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
J. If the unit is to be wall mounted, use the furnished screws to attach the
larger brackets to the Motor & Chuck Stand as shown in the illustration
indicated by the circles.
K. Use the furnished screws to attach the 4 smaller brackets to the rod
supports.
