TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Energization
1,The machine’s power supply is
abnormal.
2,The PCB assembly may fail.
1, Check the power supply status and
check if the related wiring connection is
loosed.
2,Replace the PCB assembly.
The humidity
does not
increase
1,Is the room ventilated,or has laid the
carpet onto the floor.
1,If the floor is carpeted,the humidity may
be difficult to increase sometimes,
depending on the specific ventilation,
floor and wall material.
The motor does
not operate or
speed is lower
than normal
levels
1,The motor assembly may fail.
2,The component on the PCB is
abnormal.
1,Replace the motor assembly.
2,Replace the PCB assembly.
Polluted air is
difficult to be
removed
1,Is the C.Filter assembly dirty. 1,Clean it.If the symptoms persist,replace
the filter a new one.
Even if there is
waterinthe
tank,the water
fill indicator is
still blinking or
lit up.
1,Is the tray fit into the interior of the
product.
2,Is the product tilted.
1, Fixing the tray into the interior of the

2,Please install the product onto the level

Check if the motor lead wire terminals disconnect
with the power circuit assembly
Reconnect the motor lead wire terminal
