Introduction
the PBU40 Bluetooth USB dongle provides wireless links between your omputer and
other Bluetooth devi es at speed up to 25 Mbps. The Panda Wireless BT 4.0 dongle is
ompatible with all Bluetooth ertified devi es.

For Windows Users: Panda BT 4.0 is a Plug and Play devi e for any ma hine running
Windows XP/Vista/7/8. You need to install the Wireless Software Sta k in order to
utilize the full apabilities of the Panda BT4.0 dongle.

For Ma and Linux Users: Panda BT4.0 dongle is a Plug and Play devi e for any
ma hine running Ma OS X and Linux. You need to run Ma OS X 10.6 or higher and
the latest Linux distributions (i.e. Ubuntu, Mint, Fedora…et .) in order to utilize the full
apabilities of the Panda BT4.0 dongle
Install Wireless Software Stack
Please see below for the instru tions to install the Wireless Software Sta k on Windows
XP/Vista/7/8.
Step 0: Please remove any previous version of the Wireless Software Sta k that exists in
your systems.
Step 1: Insert the installation CD into CD drive of your omputer. The auto-installation
program will guide you to omplete the installation. Just li k “Run setup.exe” to start
the installation.

Step 1: Cli k “Next” to ontinue.
Step 2 : Sele t “I a ept the terms in the li ense agreement” and li k “Next” to ontinue.

Step 5: Cli k “Install” to install the Wireless Software Sta k.
Step 6: Wait for the files to be automati ally installed on your omputer.
