Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a Pantheon Catering E uipment product. In this booklet
you will find instructions for safe operation so please read carefully and retain for
future reference.
Warnings and Precautions
The following warnings and precautions are important and must be observed:
A wet oven can be a source of electrical shock and the oven can become damaged,
thus ensure the oven is kept away from water sources.
The rubber feet must be installed on the e uipment firmly. Do not use the oven
without feet.
Be sure to install the oven on a flat and stable surface. Otherwise the unit may
topple over, causing injury or burns.
Be sure to provide clearance of at least 4 inches (10cm) between the unit and walls.
Insufficient clearance may cause generated heat to damage the other surrounding
items.
Remove all the adhesive film that covers the body surface before using.
Be sure to connect the power cord in compliance with industry standards.
Do not use flammable products or volatile matter near the oven; otherwise an
explosion or fire could be caused.
Do not put anything on the oven while using oven. The heat could cause
deformation, cracking, etc.
Be careful not to burn yourself during use or immediately after use.
The metal parts and glass window of the door become extremely hot during use;
be careful not to touch them when opening and closing the door, use insulated
gloves if necessary.
When hot, do not apply water to the glass window. It may cause the glass to break.
Do not touch any place except for the handle and switch during use; otherwise you
could suffer burns as the cooker will become extremely hot!
If the oven has been submerged due to a disaster or other problem, replace all
electric parts and wiring. Otherwise, electrical shock or fire can be caused.
Do not disassemble the oven; otherwise accidents can be caused.
When removing dirt from the oven, refrain from using strong chemicals; otherwise
accidents can be caused and food hygiene may be at risk.
Do not stack the oven, as there are vents present on either side, covering these will
cause the oven to function incorrectly.
Clean the inside of the cooked daily, to ensure no smells become apparent.

Installation
Feet assembl
The feet are placed inside the appliance and must be assembled. Do not use the
appliance without feet.
Screw the support feet to the bottom of the appliance.
Adjust the appliance height by screwing or unscrewing the feet themselves.
Positioning
Install the oven on a flat and solid surface.
Remove the protective film.
Remove the tray from the body and wash it.
Using a damp cloth, wipe the internal and external surfaces of the oven.
Then wipe with a dry cloth.
Operating Instructions
How to use the Timer
1. Set the timer by turning it clockwise to the desired cooking time.
2. The oven will turn off automatically at the end of the selected time and a bell will
ring.
3. The oven can be turned off manually during cooking by turning the timer
anti-clockwise to the “0” position.
Convection Cooking
1. Turn on the power to the oven.
2. Set the temperature control to the desired temperature (0-300°C).
3. Turn the timer to the desired cooking time (0-120min). The temperature light,
timer light, and the inside lamp will all illuminate.
4. The temperature light will switch off when the temperature rises to the desired
level. Then it will switch on when the temperature drops down. This process will
occur automatically to maintain a constant temperature.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Prior to cleaning, ensure the appliance is turned off and the power cord is disconnected
from the supply. Then open the door and leave it for at least 10 minutes for the
temperature in the oven to drop. Using a damp cloth it is then possible to wipe the
internal and external parts of the oven.

of its life.

At the end of the life of your new product please contact Pantheon Catering Equipment for information on collection
arrangements.
When buying this new product, your retailer will also inform you of the possibility to return, free of charge, another end
of life product of equivalent type that has fulfilled the same functions as the supplied equipment.
Where possible, please recycle your packaging.
With your help it is possible to reduce the amount of electrical and electronic waste ending up in landfill and to improve
quality of life by preventing the release of potentially hazardous substances into the environment.
