Following installation, we advise that the following settings a e checked
and adjusted to suit the equi ed configu ation.
Note: Following sc een display may alte slightly by fi mwa e ve sion.
Step 1.
Using the supplied emote cont ol,
p ess “MENU”.
Admin is the account used to change system settings.
The sc een to the left is displayed, using the di ectional
keys, move the cu so to “OK” and p ess “ENTER”.
Note: Passwo d will be automatically ente ed
Step 2.
P ess “MENU” again, now highlight “MENU”, and p ess
“ENTER”.
Step 3.
This is the Main Menu, f om he e you can
navigate to the diffe ent device settings.
You can etu n he e at any time, by epeatedly
p essing the “ etu n”
button on the emote.

Step 4. Vehicle Info.
Path: Menu - Basic - VehiInfo
He e you can set basic vehicle details.
When com lete, highlight “OK” and ress enter.
Step 5. Time / Date
Path: Basic - DateTime

synch onised f om satellite via G.P.S.
When com lete, highlight “OK” and ress enter.
Step 6. On/Off Settings
Path: Menu - Basic - On/Off - CTRL
He e, the pa amete s fo when the device will switch
on/off can be adjusted.
Igno e – Device will igno e vehicle ignition setting.
Delay – Time to emain on afte ignition off.
Timing – Timed on/off p og ams (24 h clock)
When com lete, highlight “OK” and ress enter.
Step 7. On/Off Settings
Path: Menu - Basic - On/Off - VOLT
The device will detect the vehicle voltage automatically, when the
battery voltage is lower than the Shut.Volt, the device will shut
down, to avoid draining the battery. When the voltage is higher than
the PowerVolt, the device will ower on, and begin recording.
Powe type – Please set this to AUTO
Shut Volt – Voltage when device will powe off.
Powe Volt – Voltage when device will powe on.
When com lete, highlight “OK” and ress enter.
Step 8. Camera Ty e
Path: Menu - Reco d - Mode
Select PAL o NTSC to suit came a type.
Each came a fitted must be ma ked valid/enable.

When com lete, highlight “OK” and ress enter.

Step 9. Record Quality
Path: Menu - Reco d - Mainst eam
Highlight the individual came a (AV) and p ess
“ENTER” to adjust the setting.
Step 10. Record Quality
The eco d settings can be alte ed individually fo each
came a.
Adjust the setting to suit the came a type fitted.
Note: Highe settings will affect the sto age capacity
eco d times.
When com lete, highlight “OK” and ress enter.
Step 11. Alarm Triggers
Path: Menu - Ala m - Input
The DVR has 4 inputs.
Inputs 2 & 4 a e positive type input.
1 & 3 a e optional Positive/Negative type input.
Step 12. Trigger selection
Navigate to the desi ed t igge input and p ess
“ENTER”
Sc een shows cu ent settings and state (on/off) fo each
t igge . This sc een can be used to test t igge inputs
(STATE) fo co ect detection.
Step 13. Trigger setting
Chn In ut - AV input device.
Ty e - T igge input positive o negative.
Enable - Tu n t igge on/off.
Reverse - Mi o /oppose t igge ope ation.
Buzzer - Sound buzze upon t igge activation.
Out ut - Activate output upon t igge activation
SwitchChn - Switch monito to full sc een AV channel
Delay- Remain t igge ed afte emoval of t igge
When com lete, highlight “OK” and ress enter.

Step 14. Mirror Setting
Path: Menu - Reco d - Mi o Set
This function can flip the desi ed AV image both
Ve tically and Ho izontally.
Step 15. View settings
Path: Menu - Basic - P eview
Preview
Delay - Delay between p eswitch change (set to 5 secs on 8 Channel
DVR to enable t igge image switch).
Mode - Monito AV image layout.
Preswitch - Monito image will cycle between AV channels.
When com lete, highlight “OK” and ress enter.
Step 16. Record On Screen Dis lay
Path: Menu - Basic - P eview
Reco d OSD
Sets info mation to be eco ded OSD with AV
channels.
When com lete, highlight “OK” and ress enter.
Step 17. Ex ort Config.
Path: Menu - Maintenance - Config
When installing nume ous vehicles, using the same
p oducts and set up, this can be used to save the complete
set up p og ammed on this device to a USB memo y stick.
IMPORT – Impo t saved configu ation file f om USB.
EXPORT - Expo t configu ation file to USB.
Step 18. Format HDD
Path: Menu - Maintenance - Diskmanage
P io to custome handove , and following completion of
installation, configu ation and testing, it is ecommended
that the HDD be fo matted to emove undesi ed test
footage and data.
Select HDD, Highlight FORMAT and p ess “ENTER”
