Installation and Use
I. Connect the Satellite Antenna (see Figure I)
Connect the satellite antenna to the antenna input of your PCTV DVB-S2 Stick.
II. Connect to a Power Source
Caution: for your own safety, use only the provided power supply unit.
Before the first use, insert the delivered power plug into the power supply unit body.
To do this, slide the top of the plug into the designated slot on the power supply unit body as shown
in Figure II.a. Now push the plug (see Figure II.b) until it clicks into place (see Figure II.c).
Use the provided power supply unit to connect the PCTV DVB-S2 Stick to a wall socket
(see Figure III).
Alternatively: If you have a satellite reception setup with multi-switch, that has a dedicated power
supply, it might be possible to operate the PCTV DVB-S2 Stick without the external power supply
unit. In this case, make sure the LED on the PCTV DVB-S2 Stick lits green. Otherwise, please
connect the power supply unit, as described above.
III. Connect to a Computer (see Figure IV)
Please connect the PCTV DVB-S2 Stick to a free USB 2.0 port on your computer.
Use the supplied USB extension cable if necessary or to avoid any mechanical damage.
IV. Install the Software
Should the “Add new software” dialog appear during installation, please close it again by clicking the
Cancel button.
Place the PCTV installation disc in the appropriate computer drive. The installation starts
automatically; please follow the instructions in the set-up program.
V. Use the Remote Control (see Figure V)
If you wish to operate the PCTV DVB-S2 Stick with the supplied remote control, please ensure that
the remote control is pointed directly at the PCTV DVB-S2 Stick housing.
VI. Additional Information
LED behavior of the PCTV DVB-S2 Stick:
Solid green – TV reception is active.
Solid red – not enough power. Connect the PCTV DVB-S2 Stick to a power source.
Blinking red – a short circuit was detected either in the cable or in the satellite receiving system.
Note: the detected short circuit does not affect the PCTV DVB-S2 Stick.
Change the plug of the power supply unit (see Figure VI)
If you need to change the plug for use in another region, proceed as follows:
To release the plug, pull the Open button downwards. The button is located on the power supply
unit, underneath the power plug. The plug pops out. Now insert the appropriate plug as described in
section II.

Installation und Verwendung
I. Satellitenantenne anschließen (siehe Abbildung I)
Schließen Sie die Satellitenantenne an den Antenneneingang Ihres PCTV DVB-S2 Stick an.
II. Netzteil anschließen
Sicherheitshinweis: zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit benutzen Sie nur das mitgelieferte Netzteil.
Vor der ersten Anwendung stecken Sie bitte den mitgelieferten Wechselstecker in das Netzteil ein.
Hierzu gehen Sie wie folgt vor: setzen Sie, wie in Abb. II.a gezeigt, den oberen Teil (TOP) des
Wechselsteckers in den dafür vorgesehenen Steckplatz am Netzteil ein. Schieben Sie nun den
Wechselstecker hinein (siehe Abb. II.b) bis er einrastet (siehe Abb. II.c).
Schließen Sie PCTV DVB-S2 Stick mit Hilfe des mitgelieferten Netzteils an das Stromnetz an
(siehe Abb. III).
Alternativ: Sollte Ihre Sat-Empfangsanlage über einen Multi-Switch mit einer eigenen
Stromversorgung verfügen, wäre es möglich den PCTV DVB-S2 Stick auch ohne das externe
Netzteil zu benutzen. In diesem Fall stellen Sie sicher, dass die LED des PCTV DVB-S2 Stick grün
aufleuchtet. Im Zweifelsfall das Netzteil, wie oben beschrieben, anschließen.
III. Computer anschließen (siehe Abbildung IV)
Bitte schließen Sie PCTV DVB-S2 Stick an einen freien USB 2.0-Port Ihres PCs an.
Wenn nötig oder um mechanische Schäden zu vermeiden benutzen Sie das mitgelieferte
USB-Verlängerungskabel.
IV. Software installieren
Sollte während der Installation das Dialogfenster für das “Hinzufügen neuer Hardware” auf dem
Bildschirm angezeigt werden, schließen Sie dieses indem Sie auf die Schaltfläche Abbrechen klicken.
Legen Sie die Installations-Disc in das entsprechende Laufwerk Ihres Computers ein. Die Installation
startet automatisch; bitte folgen Sie im weiteren Verlauf den Hinweisen des Setup-Programms.
V. Fernbedienung verwenden (siehe Abbildung V)
Wenn Sie PCTV DVB-S2 Stick über die mitgelieferte Fernbedienung steuern möchten, achten Sie
bitte darauf, dass die Fernbedienung möglichst direkt auf das PCTV DVB-S2 Stick-Gehäuse
gerichtet ist.
VI. Zusätzliche Informationen
Bedeutung der LED-Anzeige des PCTV DVB-S2 Stick:
Anhaltend grün – TV Empfang aktiv.
Anhaltend rot – mehr Leistung benötigt. PCTV DVB-S2 Stick per beiliegendem Netzteil mit Strom
versorgen.
Blinkend rot – Kurzschluss im Antennenkabel oder in der Sat-Empfangsanlage festgestellt.
Hinweis: der Kurzschluss beeinträchtigt den PCTV DVB-S2 Stick nicht.
Wechselstecker des Netzteils austauschen (siehe Abbildung VI)
Sollten Sie für die Benutzung in einer anderen geographischen Region den Wechselstecker
austauschen müssen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Um den Wechselstecker zu lösen, ziehen Sie den unterhalb des Wechselsteckers befindlichen
Open Knopf nach unten. Vorsicht, der Wechselstecker springt heraus. Stecken Sie nun den
passenden Wechselstecker, wie unter Punkt II beschrieben, ein.

Instalación y Uso
I. Conectar a la Antena del Satélite (véase la figura I)
Conecte la antena de satélite a la entrada de antena de su PCTV DVB-S2 Stick.
II. Conectar a una Fuente de Alimentación
Atención: para su propia seguridad, utilice siempre sólo la unidad de fuente de alimentación
suministrada.
Antes de la primera utilización, inserte el enchufe dentro de la unidad de fuente de alimentación.
Para ello deslice la parte superior del enchufe en la ranura designada en la fuente de alimentación
como se muestra en la Figura II.a. Ahora empuje el enchufe (véase la figura II.b) hasta que encaje
en su lugar (véase la figura II.c).
Utilice la fuente de alimentación suministrado para conectar la PCTV DVB-S2 Stick a una toma de
corriente (véase la figura III).
Alternativa: Si tiene una instalación de recepción vía satélite con multi-switch, con una fuente de
energía específica, podría ser posible hacer funcionar el PCTV DVB-S2 Stick sin la fuente de
alimentación externa. En este caso, asegúrese de que se ilumina el LED verde en el PCTV DVB-S2
Stick. De lo contrario, conecte la fuente de alimentación como se describió anteriormente.
III. Conectar a un Ordenador (véase la figura IV)
Por favor conecte el PCTV DVB-S2 Stick a un puerto libre USB 2.0 en su equipo.
Utilice el cable alargador USB si es necesario o para evitar daños mecánicos.
IV. Instalar el Software
Si durante la instalación en el cuadro de dialogo aparece el botón "Añadir nuevo software", ciérrelo de
nuevo haciendo clic en el botón Cancelar.
Coloque el disco de instalación de PCTV en la unidad de equipo adecuada. La instalación se inicia
automáticamente, siga las instrucciones de puesta a punto del programa.
V. Uso del Mando a Distancia (véase la figura V)
Si desea utilizar el PCTV DVB-S2 Stick con el mando a distancia suministrado, asegúrese de que el
mando a distancia apunta directamente a la caja del PCTV DVB-S2 Stick.
VI. Información adicional
Comportamiento del LED de la PCTV DVB-S2 Stick:
Verde continuo – la recepción de la TV está activa.
Rojo continuo – no tiene suficiente energía. Conecte el PCTV DVB-S2 Stick a una fuente de
alimentación.
Rojo intermitente – un cortocircuito fue detectado en el cable o en el sistema receptor por satélite.
Nota: el cortocircuito detectado no afecta a la PCTV DVB-S2 Stick.
Cambiar el enchufe de la fuente de alimentación (véase la figura VI)
Si necesita cambiar el enchufe para su uso en otra región, siga estos pasos:
Para liberar el enchufe, dele hacia abajo al botón Open. El botón se encuentra en la unidad de
alimentación, por debajo del enchufe de alimentación. El enchufe sale hacia fuera. Ahora inserte el
enchufe apropiado como se describe en la sección II.

Kurulum ve Kullanım
I. Uydu antenini bağlayınız (Resim I)
Uydu antenini PCTV DVB-S2 stick anten girişine bağlayınız.
II. Güç kaynağına bağlamak
Dikkat: Kendi güvenliğiniz için, sadece kutununuzdaki güç kaynağıcihaz fişini kullanınız.
Ilk kullanıştan önce paketinize eklenilmişfişi güç kaynağıcihazına takınız.
Bunu yapabilmek için fişin ucunu güç kaynağıcihazın üzerindeki olan uygun yuvasına sürünüz
(Resim II.a). Şimdi fişin ucunu itiniz (Resim II.b) yerine oturana kadar (Resim II.c).
EklenilmişPCTV DVB-S2 Stick´in güç kaynağıcihazın fişini prize takınız (Resim III).
Alternatif olarak: Eğer güç kaynaklımulti-switch ile uydu kurulumuna sahipseniz, PCTV DVB-S2
Stick´inizi güç kaynağıcihazıolmadan çalıştırabilirsiniz. Bu durumda, PCTV DVB-S2 Stick´in yeşil
sinyal lambasıyanmasılazım. Aksi takdirde, üstde tarif edildiği gibi güç kaynağınıbağlamak gerekir.
III. Bilgisayara Bağlamak (Resim IV)

IV. Yazılımıkurmak
Yazılımıkurarken “yeni yazılım ekleyin” alanıçıkarsa eğer, iptal butonuna tıklayarak iptal ediniz.
PCTV yazılım diskini bilgisayarızın CD-/DVD sürücüsüne yerleştiriniz. Yazılım kurulumu
otomatikmen başlar. Lütfen set-up programın yönergelerini takip ediniz.
V. Uzaktan Kumanda kullanımı(Resim V)
Eğer kutunun içindeki bulunan uzaktan kumanda ile, PCTV DVB-S2 Stick´inizi çalıştırmak isterseniz,
uzaktan kummandanızıkullanırken PCTV DVB-S2 Stick´inize yönlendiriniz.
VI. Ek bilgileri
PCTV Stick DVB-S2 LED davranışı:
Sürekli yeşil – TV alım aktiftir.
Sürekli kırmızı–Güç yetersiz. PCTV DVB-S2 Stick bir güç kaynağına bağlayınız.
Işıldayan kırmızı– Kısa devre, kablo veya uydu sistem alıcısında tespit edildi.
Lütfen dikkat: tespit edilen kısa devresi PCTV DVB-S2 Stick´inizi etkilemez.

Fişi gevşetmek için, Open düğmesini aşağıya doğru itiniz. Gevşetme düğmesi güç kaynağıcihazın
