Note: Do not spray any liquid directly on the thermostat. Spray liquids onto a cloth, then use the damp
cloth to clean the screen. Use water or household glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleansers.
On-Line Thermostat Control Access
Through the peaksaver® program you have the ability to program your thermostat online. Visit
the peaksaver section on the Veridian Connections website and click the Thermostat On-Line
Access button. You will need a user name and password to log on. Your User name will be the
serial number of your thermostat and your default password will be your last name (in lower case).
The serial number can be found on a sticker located on the bottom edge of the thermostat or on the
work order the technician left at the time of installation. You can personalize your user name and
password after your initial login.
Change Thermostat Settings On-Line
Through the peaksaver Control Centre, it’s easy!
On the left side, under thermostat, click on your serial number to see the drop-down menu.
If you have more than one thermostat installed, all of the serial numbers will be listed. Each
one can be programmed individually.
Click on Schedule in the drop-down menu.
Click on Weekday or Saturday or Sunday Schedules.
Choose Heating or Cooling button.
Then, simply adjust the slider bars to set the time and temperature.
When complete, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page and you will see your
thermostat accept the changes.
Note: The Web interface is a one-way communications feature and does not display current
settings or temperatures at the thermostat, only the settings last used through the interface.
Opting out of a Cycling Event
Participants are allowed to temporarily opt out of load control events, in advance, twice per year by
calling the peaksaver hotline at 1-866-323-0206 for a period not to exceed 48 hours. Participants
may not opt out during an event.
View Cycling History
You can view a schedule showing when your Veridian has cycled your air conditioner compressor
during the past week, month, or since installation of the thermostat. Under Program Services
select History. The main Control History screen displays that day’s cycling data, if any.
You can choose to view all or part of the cycling history, or view a summary. Select All to see all of
the cycling times since installation.
