
Operation
•Before using for the first time, clean the inner sides and grids with a soft cloth and
mild detergent solution. Dry the cabinet thoroughly afterwards
•Remove the wet well from the device and fill with clean fresh water
•Connect the cabinet to an exclusive mains power supply
•Set the required temperature to the appropriate level of the foodstuffs being stored.
The temperature range is +30 to 90°C
•The internal temperature is displayed on the readout at the front of the cabinet
•Place foods in appropriate containers before loading the cabinet and ensure the
sliding doors are closed to maintain the temperature level
•Some parts of the cabinet may become hot during use, so always use safety gloves
when loading and unloading foodstuffs from the unit
•To load and unload foodstuffs into the cabinet, the rear sliding doors must be used
•The inner light can be switched on using the switch on the device
•Disconnect the unit from the mains power supply when not in use
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•Before starting the routine cleaning ensure the unit is disconnected from the mains
power supply and has cooled down
•Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents and ensure there is no ingress
of water into the device
•To prevent electrocution, never immerse the unit, cables or plug in water or any
other liquids
•Do not use any kind of pressure washer or hoses to clean the unit
Cleaning
•The unit should be cleaned regularly
•Wipe down the unit with a soft damp cloth and a mild detergent solution inside and
outside
•Wipe down the grids and housing with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent solution
•Clean the wet well regularly, any calcification in the wet well can be removed with
common agents or liquids
•Only use a soft cloth, any scourers or abrasive pads will scratch the unit
•After cleaning, wipe down with a soft dry cloth to absorb any residue and polish the
surface
•Ensure the device has been cleaned properly before putting into storage for any
length of time
