ASSEMBLY GUIDE
Assembly is easiest using a portable drill.
Please do NOT use a hammer as the screws will break.
It is useful to refer to the photographs in the brochure when assembling your furniture.

A. 2 x Spine Pieces
B. 3 x Spine Brace Pieces –
17mm x 67mm x 550mm
C. 34 x Seat Slats
2 x Wedges – to x lounger from rocking
80 x Screws, Torque head bit
2. Aach the second spine to the wide slats.
Note: For double t third spine, ensure spine
screws face inwards.
1. Lay out a spine section with the screw heads
facing upwards and t the three wide slats into
the notches on the spine. Once in place x with
torx head screws.
3. Aach the slats to the spines in-between the
spacing bumps.
DON’T FORGET TO PAINT ON THE FURNITURE PROTECTOR AS SOON AS THE
PRODUCT IS ASSEMBLED, UNLESS ANOTHER FINISH IS TO BE APPLIED.

It is useful to refer to the photographs in the brochure when assembling your furniture.
In the unlikely event that you nd during assembly that a bolt does not pass through the timber please
check for any obstruction. If you nd one of the short nails has passed through the hole then this can be
cleared using a metal drill bit to drill through the nail.
2. Repeat the process for the other end. Flip the
piece over and repeat the process for the other
side.
1. Lay the centre bench and back section on
their side. Ensure the angle adjustment piece
is seated on the bar.
3. The nished product.
MOST IMPORTANT
Please always ensure that the bar that
engages into the two position timber support
is fully engaged at both ends before anyone
sits on the bench.
CAUTION
In the reclined position please do not over
balance the bench at one end if used by one
person only.

2. Ret into the notch in the spine of the sunbed.
(The metal axle bar may have been ed, if so
unscrew and aach the wheels as instructed
above then ret).
1. Screw the legs to the inside of the front
of the sunbed where marked. Unscrew the
metal axle bar and t the wheels on the axle
with the nail heads of the wheels facing to the
inside.
MOST IMPORTANT
Please ensure when removing or ing the screws into the metal axle bar that you do not screw
too fast or with too much force as this will cause the screw head to shear o.
