SET-UP
STEP 1
Place your Littlefoot re table on a at, level
surface. Place propane tank in the EZGO tank
stabilizer (g.1) at least 36” from table on a level
surface and ensure the propane hose does not
create a tripping hazard. Maintain the following
clearances to combustable materials:
All sides: 24 inches
Top: 80 inches measured from top of table.
Never place this appliance in a building,
garage, or enclosed area such as a tent or shed.
Keep clear of trees and shrubs. Keep the area
surrounding your re table free from any amma-
ble liquids or combustable
STEP 2
Remove and uncoil gas line from retaining peg
inside the table. Connect the black propane hose
to tank. Hand tighten the nut clockwise . DO NOT
use a wrench to tighten.
STEP 3
Leak Test (g. 2)
Perfom a leak test at least once a year or
whenever the table is moved around. Perfom
leak test outdoors in a well ventilated environ-
ment. DO NOT use a lighted ame such as a
match to test for leaks. Use soapy water in a
spay bottle. Make sure the control knob is in
the off position. Connect the propane tank and
pressurize the system. Open windscreens and
spray soapy water on joints of the gas delivery
system and at tank connection. Blowing bub-
bles incidcates a leak is present. Stop leak by
tightening the loose joint.
Do not use re table until the leak
is corrected.

Lighting Instructions
1. With the knob in the off position verify the propane tank
is full and then pressurize the system by SLOWLY turning
the propane tank knob counter clockwise until fully open.
Verify the appliance is sparking by pressing the lighting
bolt(Igniter) button below the control knob. Spark should
be visable between the igniter electrode and burner tube
in the repan.
2. While pressing the igniter push the re table control
knob IN and to the left to the lighting bolt symbol. You
should hear gas owing. After ignition, wait 10 seconds
and release the knob and the table should stay lit.
3. Rotate the knob counter clockwise for maximum ame
height.
4. When nished, turn gas off at propane tank and then
at table control knob. Allow the table to fully cool before
using any cover or moving the appliance.
Trouble Shooting
No Spark or weak Spark
Verify the wire between the igniter base and igniter elec-
trode is connected.
Remove any obstructions between igniter electrode and
burner tube.
Replace AAA battery in igniter base by unscrewing the
face of the igniter button.
Fire goes out when knob is released
As a safety feature, the thermocouple next to the igniter
electrode in the re pan needs to heat up before it will
allow gas to ow freely in the valve. This happens when
you are holding the knob in. Cold weather or an obstruc-
tion between the themocouple and burner tubes can
cause a longer time to heat up the thermocouple. Adjust
restone to ensure ame is getting to the thermocouple
and hold control knob in until the gas ows freely when
released.
BIGFOOT FIRESTONES™
Bigfoot Firestones have been hand cast
with a special refractory cement designed
to handle extreme heat.
Never put natural stone in your repan
as it can explode.
Place the restones in the repan with the
rounded side up for a natural appearance.
Continue until the burner is covered but
not blocking burner ports. It is normal for
stones to lighten and change color over
time due to the extreme heat. Soot ac-
cumaltion is normal and caused by poor
quality fuel or bad air circulation between
the stones and can be washed off.
THERE’S AN UP AND DOWN SIDE FOR
EVERY STONE
NOPE, WRONG SIDE UP
YEP, CURVED SIDE UP

CLEANING, STORAGE, MAINTAINENCE
CLEANING
Periodically inspect your table to
ensure debris does not accumulate in the
re pan and block burner ports or drainage
holes. Check for any blockage in the air
mixer directly under the repan. Spider-
webs could affect proper gas ow with the
airmixer (g. 3). It is imperative that the
control compartment, airmixer, burners, are
kept clean.
STONE CARE
Often soot will develop on the re stones
as a result of poor combustion of gas. This
is normal and can be from gas quality or
poor air circulation between re stones.
To clean, simply hose off the table making
sure that water doesn’t accumulate inside
burner tubes.
WOOD CARE
Your cedar re table and cedar cover have
been burned and treated with clear Penon
sealing coat. To clean siimply hose down
the wood or wipe with a damp cloth. You
can reapply a Penon clear coat if the wood
begins to loose it’s luster or
water repellancy.
CAUTION, SOME MARKING CAN
OCCUR ON NEW LITTLEFEET
Intitially, the charred wood may soil your
hands while assembling Littlefoot. Do not
sit on your Littlefoot in a white Velour jump-
suit until the table has weathered and is no
longer marking. You can test this by wiping
it with a light colored cloth.
EZGo Propane Stabilizer
Your Littlefoot comes with a EZGO Propane Stabilizer.
Aside from Littlefoot, this is the greatest thing you never
knew you needed. Not only does it stabilze the propane
tank and make re table operation safer, this lightweight
durable plastic device protects your oor from the tank and
makes trips to the hardware store for ll ups a breeze.
