1. MONTAGE DES KUPPLUNGSGEHÄUSES (GEWINDEHÜLSE)
Vor der Montage der PL-Stecker muss beim Einsatz der Kupplungsdose 9782 oder des Kupplungssteckers 9783 die zum
Kabeldurchmesser passende PG-Verschraubung mit Gewindehülse über das Kabel gestreift werden.
2. MONTAGE DER PL-STECKER
Den PL-Stecker am Innenleiterstift halten und die Hülse durch Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn entfernen. Hülse so über das
Koax-Kabel streifen dass das Gewinde zum Kabelende zeigt. Das Kabel nach folgendem Schema abmanteln:
Kabel in Stecker einführen und Innenleiter vorne Reduzierhülse über das abgemantelte Kabel bis zum

3. MONTAGE DER RUNDSTECKVERBINDER
9782 – Kupplungsdose
Koax – Verbinder mit der längeren Seite in den
Buchseneinsatz einschrauben. Buchseneinsatz in
Gewindering einrasten und PL-Stecker mit Kabel
hinten aufschrauben.
Anschließend Gewindehülse in Gewindering
einschrauben und hinten PG-Verschraubung
festdrehen.
9783 – Kupplungsstecker
Gewindering in Gewindehülse einschrauben.
PG-Verschraubung wird erst bei dem Verbinden
mit der Flansch- oder Kupplungsdose festge-
dreht.
9784 – Flanschdose
Koax – Verbinder mit der längeren Seite in den
Buchseneinsatz einschrauben. Buchseneinsatz in
Gehäuse einrasten und PL-Stecker mit Kabel
hinten aufschrauben.
4. VERBINDUNG VON STECKER UND DOSE
PL-Stecker in Kupplungs- oder Flanschdose einschrauben. Anschließend Kupplungsgehäuse überziehen und mit
Gewindering an Kupplungs- oder Flanschdose festdrehen. PG-Verschraubung am Kupplungsstecker-Gehäuse festziehen.

1. ASSEMBLING OF THE COUPLING PLUG HOUSING (SCREW COLLAR)
Coupling socket 9782 and coupling plug 9783: first you have to slip the high-strength cable gland which matches the cable diameter
and the screw collar over the cable.
2. ASSEMBLING OF THE COAXIAL CABLE PLUG
Hold the coaxial cable plug at the inner pen and unscrew the collar by turning counter clockwise. Slip the collar over the cable so that

3. ASSEMBLING OF THE WATERTIGHT CONNECTORS
9782 – Coupling socket
Screw the longer side of the coax – connector

into the female insert. Snap the female insert into
the coupling ring and screw in the PL-plug incl.

4. CONNECTION OF PLUG AND SOCKET
Screw in the PL-plug of the coupling socket or flange socket. Then slip the coupling shell over and tighten the coupling ring to the
coupling socket or flange socket. At last seize the high-strength cable gland at the coupling plug shell.
