Ventilation- Theapplianceshouldbesituatedsothatitslocationor
positiondoesnotinterferewithItsgroperventilation.Forexample,
theapplianceshouldnothesituatedona bed,sofa,rug,orsimilar
surfacethatmayblocktheventilationopenings;or,placedin a
built-ininstallation,suchasa bookcaseorcabinetthatmayimpede
theflowofairthroughtheventilationopenings.
9. Heat- Theapplianceshouldbesituatedawayfromheatsources
suchas radiators,heatregisters, stoves,or otherappliances
(includingamplifiers)thatproduceheat.
10. PowerSources- Theapplianceshouldheconnectedto a power
supplyonlyofthetypedescribedintheoperatinginstructionsoras
markedontheappliance.
11. Power-cardProtection-Powersupplycordsshouldberoutedso
thattheyarenotlikelytobewalkedonor pinchedbyitemsplaced
uponoragainstthem,payingparticularattentionto cordsand

12. Cleaning- Theapplianceshouldbecleanedonlyasrecommended

15. Non-usePeriods- Thepowercordofthe applianceshouldbe
unpluggedfromthe outletwhenleftunusedfor a longperiodof
time.
16. ObjectandLiquidEntry- Careshouldhetakensothatobjectsdo
not falland liquidsare notspilledintotheenclosurethrough
openings.
17. DamageRequiringSendco- Theapplianceshouldbeservicedby
qualifiedservicepersonnelwhen:
A. Thepowersupplycordortheplughasbeendamaged;or
B. Objectshavefallen, or liquidhasbeen spilledintothe
appliance;or
C. Theappliancehasbeenexposedtorain;or
D. Theappliancedoesnotappeartooperatenormallyor exhibits
