bassinet is fully assembled and secure before use. ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:
When NOT to Use Your Bassinet
•FALL HAZARD - To help prevent falls, DO NOT use this product when the infant
begins to push up on hands and knees or is 5 months old or weighs 18 lbs. (8.1 kg),
whichever comes first.
• Accidents can happen quickly, so check your child frequently.
Preparing Your Bassinet
•AVOID SUFFOCATION HAZARDS: Use ONLY bassinet mattress and sheets
provided. If you choose to ignore this warning, you must use a sheet designed to
fit the dimensions of this bassinet mattress. Make sure the sheet securely tucks at
least 2” (5 cm.) under the bassinet pad on all sides to avoid entanglement.
• Infants can suffocate in gaps between an extra pad and side of bassinet & on
soft bedding.
• NEVER USE additional mattresses, pillows, comforters, padding or sheets.
•STRANGULATION HAZARDS: Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items
with a string around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not
suspend strings over a bassinet or attach strings to toys.
• DO NOT place more than one infant in bassinet.
Other Things to Avoid
• DO NOT carry or move bassinet with child in it.
• DO NOT use in a motor vehicle.
• NEVER use near stairs or steps.
•To reduce the risk of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), pediatricians
recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep unless otherwise
advised by a physician.
•DO NOT add additional strings or straps to attach to bassinet.

Assembly of Legs to Base
Preassembled lower support bar (Part 4).
Attach the Base to the wood legs (Part
7) as shown. Using 8 Phillips screws (A).
Make sure screw holes on Part 4 are
facing up.
Hint: Do not tighten until all 8 screws are
inserted in the threaded holes. Make
sure mattress screw holes are facing up.

Once done, check to make sure it is
secured and cannot come apart by
lightly tugging outward.

Unzip fabric and insert top rail into fabric
pocket (1).
Note: There are 4 openings on the sides of
the fabric. Insert the surface plate with two
screw holes through those openings.

Flip the 4 metal plates outward. Make
sure that the button snaps into the
holes.
Caution: Do not remove foam.

Assembly of Upper Frame
to Wood Legs
Turn unit over:
Attach top rail and fabric to the 4
wood legs using the 8 screws (Part A).

Turn bassinet upright, adjust fabric so
that it lays even all the way around the
bassinet to make sure zipper will line up.
Pull Fabric over Top Rail 10
Zipper
Zip the bottom of the fabric together.
DO NOT rush the zipping.

Screw in all 8 screws by hand first and
then can tighten after.
Hint: Make sure to lay unit on a blanket
or soft surface.

Before you insert the mattress board, find
and identify the two holes in the bottom
of the fabric. Then insert mattress board.
Assembly of Mattress
Board to Base
Insert 2 screws (Part B) in through the two
holes in the mattress board and fabric
into the two holes in the steel base Part
4. You may need to press down firmly on
the mattress board. This will help to keep
all of the fabric tight.

Insert mattress pad (2) and sheet (3). Make sure mattress pad is laying flat in
bassinet, and the sheet is securely tucked at least 2" (5 cm) under mattress pad
on all sides.

Lightly shake bassinet to make sure it is sturdy. Please threw away all packaging
materials. Fold instruction manual and store in pocket under bassinet for future
reference.
