Confirm permissions-check the Bluetooth address-shut down and restart-replace the
phone
1. Please check whether the mobile phone is authorized for the app. If it is not, please click
the Settings, the Application management, and ensure all permissions of the app are
allowed. Especially the Android phone should open the GPS permission.
2. Check whether the printer's Bluetooth can be found in the Bluetooth list in the phone
settings. If so, it means that the printer's Bluetooth can be used normally. If it appears
8888, XXXX, etc., it shows a Bluetooth problem.
3. Due to the lag of the Bluetooth signal, please refresh it several times when connecting
to the Bluetooth in the APP, or end the current APP operation and reopen it. (After
rebooting the phone)
4. Please change another mobile phone to try again.
