The ANT-S300CPE is a 2.4GHz wireless outdoor CPE for long distance point-to-point
wireless transmission up to 1km or 3281 feet. Supporting speeds up to 150Mbps,
the wireless CPE uses an industrial Qualcomm chipset that delivers a more stable
and ecient wireless communication.
Built-in high gain 8dBi dual polarized directional antennas provide greater wireless
coverage.
The use of solid capacitors provides a longer life for the wireless CPE. Designed for
outdoor use, the enclosure also comes with 8KV lightning protection for protection
against voltage peaks from lightning strikes.

For initial setup, plug a RJ45 Cat5e / 6 cable from one of the LAN ports on the CPE
to a computer or laptop. Plug another Cat5e / 6 cable from the other LAN port to
the PoE port on the supplied 24V 1A power adapter. Alternatively, you can also
plug the Cat5e / 6 cable from the LAN port on the power adapter to the computer
or laptop.

Go into the network adapter properties of your computer / laptop and change the
IP address to the following:
IP Address: 192.168.248.251
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: [Leave Empty]
Preferred DNS: [Leave Empty]
Go into your preferred web browser, and type the following into the web address.
The default username and password is “admin” (Once logged in, we recommend
that you change the password to a more secure one.

The last segment can be
changed to any number
up to 254, but cannot be
1 since this is already
assigned to the CPE

In a point-to-point setup, the master CPE is plugged
into the internet while the slave CPE is connected to a
computer, camera, or any other device. The maximum
transmission distance is up to 1km (3281 feet).

Point-to-point mode is mainly used for long distance wireless bridging of two
bridges and is also the most commonly used networking mode. The bridges in the
same box are bridged by default when shipped from the factory. The following
gure shows an example of the how to manually congure the bridge.
