IMPORTANT
As the colours in the mains lead of this
appliance may not correspond with the
coloured markings identifying the terminals in
your plug, please proceed as follows:
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in
accordance with the following code:
Blue neutral [N] Brown live [L]
Plug Fitting Details (Where Applicable).
The wire coloured blue is the neutral and must
be connected to the terminal marked [N] or
coloured black.
The wire coloured brown is the live wire and
must be connected to the terminal marked [L]
or coloured red.
On no account must either the brown or
the blue wire be connected to the [EARTH]
terminal .
Always ensure that the cord grip is fastened
correctly.
The plug must be fitted with a fuse of the
same rating already fitted and conforming to
BS 1362 and be ASTA approved.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician who
will be pleased to do this for you.
Non-Rewireable Mains Plug
If your appliance is supplied with a non-
rewireable plug fitted to the mains lead and
should the fuse need replacing, you must use
an ASTA approved one (conforming to BS
1362 of the same rating).
If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician who
will be pleased to do this for you.
If you need to remove the plug – disconnect
it from the mains – and then cut it off of the
mains lead and immediately dispose of it in a
safe manner. Never attempt to reuse the plug

or alcohol. Use neutral
detergents only.
• Please put the air cooler in
flat and dry places. Keep the
air cooler 50cm away from
the surrounding objects.
• The air cooler should be
placed away from gasoline,
cooking stoves or other
combustibles and heat
sources.
• Use the appliance in a well-
ventilated area.
• Caution: DO NOT operate
the appliance with wet hands.
• When the water tank is full,
take extra care when moving
the air cooler, as water may
overflow from inside.
• In the unlikely event the
appliance develops a fault,
stop using it immediately
and seek advice from the
Customer Support Team.

Before First Use:
1. Remove the parts from the packaging.
2. Assemble as instructed.
3. Your appliance is now ready for normal
use.
4. Dispose of the packaging in a responsible
manner.
Installing The Batteries:
1. To begin using your fan, start by installing
the battery into the remote control..
2. To install the battery, first detach the
battery cover from the remote. To do
this, place a thumb or small object on
the grooved area on the underside of the
battery cover and push it gently to the
side, while simultaneously pulling the
compartment away from the body of the
remote.
3. Insert 1 x CR2032 battery into the
battery compartment, taking care to
ensure the positive polarity is facing
upwards.
4. Once the batteries are in place, slide the
battery cover back into the remote. It will
automatically lock into place and secure
the battery inside.

Turning the Unit On or Off:
1. To turn the unit on, begin by plugging
it into the mains. There will be a double
sound prompt to indicate the unit has
been powered up.
2. Once the unit has been plugged into the
mains, press the On/Off button on the
remote control or the unit’s control panel
to turn the unit on. The Low Speed and
Natural Mode indicators on the unit’s
display panel will come on and air will
begin emitting from the louvers to show
the unit has been turned on.
3. Press this button again while the fan is
in operation to put it into standby mode.
The unit’s display screen and indicators
will go out to show the unit is in Standby
mode.
Speed Selection:
There is a choice of 3 wind speeds: Low,
Medium and High .
1. Press the speed selection button on
the remote control or the unit’s control
panel to cycle through the available wind
speeds. The corresponding indicator will
light up to show each speed has been
selected.
Mode Selection:
There is a choice of 3 cooling modes: Normal,
Natural and Sleep.
1. In Normal mode, the unit will cool
continuously at the desired speed.
2. In Natural mode, the unit will
automatically cycle through different
wind speeds to simulate a natural breeze.
3. In Sleep mode, the unit will run on the
High speed setting for 30 minutes,
decrease the wind speed to Medium for
a further 30 minutes, and finally decrease
the wind speed to Low. The unit will then
continue to operate on the Low speed
setting until it is turned off or until the
pre-set cooling cycle ends.
The Humidifying Function:
This unit is equipped with a humidifying
function, ideal for lowering room temperature
or refreshing the air inside a room.
1. Press the ‘Humidifying’ button on the
remote control or the unit’s control panel
to activate the cooling function. The
corresponding indicator will light up to
show the humidifying function has been
activated.
2. Press this button again while the
humidifying function is in operation to
turn this function off. The corresponding
indicator will go out to show the function
has been turned off.
NOTE: Always ensure the water tank is filled
before attempting to use the humidifying
function; otherwise, this function will not
operate correctly. Refer to the ‘Using the
Water Tank’ section below for instructions on
how to fill the water tank.
The Drying Function:
1. This unit is equipped with a drying
function, which helps ensure the unit is
fully dry after use or before storing.
2. Long-press the ‘Speed’ button to activate
the drying function. The corresponding
indicator will light up and the unit will
automatically operate in Drying mode for
a period of 20 minutes.
3. After the 20-minute period has elapsed,
the unit will automatically stop working
and go into Standby mode.
NOTE: When the unit is in Drying mode, all of
the functions and buttons with the exception
of the On/Off button will be inactive.

Using the Water Tank:
This unit is equipped with a humidifying
function. To use the humidifying function, start
by filling the water tank, located at the back
of the unit. Be careful not to overfill the water
tank, to prevent spillages.
1. Once the water tank is full, use the safety
locking mechanism to lock the water
tank into place. Turn the locking knob
clockwise at a 90 degree angle to activate
the mechanism and lock the water tank
into place, or turn this knob counter-
clockwise at a 90 degree angle to de-
activate it and release the water tank
2. Use the provided drain plug to drain away
any old or unused water. To use the drain
plug, start by removing the drain cap.
Once the cap has been removed, drain
out all the excess water, then put the
drain cap back into place. Ensure the cap
is correctly installed and tightly secured
before attempting to use the unit again.
NOTE: We recommend the unit be drained of
excess or unused water approximately every
3 days.
Safety Locking
Mechanism
Ice Pack
Using the Ice Pack:
This unit comes complete with an ice pack, for
added cooling functionality.
1. To make use of the included ice pack, put
it in the freezer and leave it to chill for a
few hours or overnight.
2. When the ice pack has frozen through,
take it out of the freezer and insert it into
the previously filled water tank. This will
help chill the water in the tank, for more
effective cooling.
NOTE: NEVER attempt to open or refill the
ice pack.
NOTE: DO NOT swallow the contents of the
ice pack.
Oscillation:
This fan is equipped with an oscillation
function in its inner louvers.
1. Press the Oscillation button to turn
the oscillation function on and off. The
fan’s inner louvers will automatically
begin to swing from side to side. The
corresponding indicator will light up
on the unit’s control panel to show the
oscillation function has been turned on.
2. Press this button again while the unit is
oscillating to turn this function off. The
louvers will stop swinging and become
locked at their latest angle, and the
corresponding indicator will go out on
the unit’s control panel to show the
oscillation function has been turned on.
NOTE: The inner louvers cannot be manually
adjusted. To change the cooling angle of the
inner louvers, turn the oscillation function on,
as described above, wait until the louvers are
at the required cooling angle, then turn the
function off.

Controlling the Air Flow:
This unit allows for manual control of the
air flow through the positioning of the outer
louvers at the front of the unit.
1. To position the louvers, gently hold them
by the lip and push them upwards or
downwards as required to control the air
flow.
The Timer Function:
The unit is complete with a built-in digital
timer, allowing for pre-set cooling cycles of 1,
2, 4 or 8 hours.
1. Press the ‘Timer’ button on the remote
control or the unit’s control panel to
activate the timer function. The ‘1H’
indicator will show on the unit’s display
panel to indicate the timer function has
been activated.
2. Once the timer function is activated,
repeatedly press the ‘Timer’ button on
the remote control or the unit’s control
panel to cycle through the available
timers. The corresponding indicator will
light up on the unit’s display panel to
indicate each timer has been selected.
NOTE: The timer function operates in
ascending order only. To decrease the length
of the cooling cycle, repeatedly press the
‘Timer’ button on the remote control or the
unit’s control panel until a full cycle has been
completed and no indicators are lit up on the
unit’s display panel; then, repeatedly press this
button again until the corresponding length
of time has been selected. For example, to go
down from a 4 hour cooling cycle to a 2 hour
cooling cycle, press the ‘Timer’ button until the
timer has gone past the ‘8h’ setting and all the
indicators on the unit’s display panel are off,
then press it twice more until the ‘2h’ indicator
lights up.
Cleaning and Care:
Cleaning the Unit:
• Before cleaning always switch off the
appliance and remove the plug from the
electrical socket.
• To clean the outside of the fan, wipe
the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and
white soap. Use a dry cloth to polish it if
desired.
• Never use any abrasive cleaning materials
to clean the fan.
• When not in use, store the fan (preferably
in its original box) in a cool, clean and dry
location.
Warning! DO NOT allow water or steam to
enter any part of the appliance, as this could
cause it to malfunction.
Cleaning the Filter:
This unit is fitted with a removable filter, for
easy cleaning.
• To remove the filter from the unit, begin
by disconnecting the unit from the mains.
Once the unit has been unplugged, pull
the filter mesh out from its slot at the
back of the unit, as shown in the image
below.

• Once the filter has been removed from
the unit, soak it in mild detergent for a
few minutes, then rinse it under cold
water and dry it with a soft cloth or
towel. Ensure the filter is thoroughly dry
before attempting to re-fit it into the unit.
• When the filter is fully clean, re-insert it
into its slot at the back of the unit.
Cleaning the Water Tank:
1. Before cleaning the water tank, remove it
from the unit as detailed in the ‘Using the
Water Tank’ section above.
2. Once the water tank has been detached
from the unit, clean it with a damp towel
and some mild detergent, to remove
limescale, then wash it with clean water.
3. When the tank is clean, pour the dirty
water out and leave it to dry. Ensure the
water tank is thoroughly dry before re-
fitting it into the unit.
4. When the water tank is fully dry, place it
back into its slot on the main body of the
unit and turn the locking knob counter-
clockwise 90 degrees to secure it into
place.
Storing the Appliance:
1. When not using the vacuum for extended
periods of time, store the unit in a cool,
dry place, preferably inside its original
packaging, and out of the reach of
children.
Note:
Always unplug the unit from the mains
before cleaning.
Clean the unit regularly to ensure optimal
performance.
Note:
To prevent the unit from running on dry,
the water pump will automatically stop
working after 10 hours of continuous
operation.
WARNING!
Do not allow water or any other liquid
into the motor housing or any of the inner
components, as this could cause damage
to the unit.
Note:
When filling up the tank, take care to
ensure the water level is between the
MIN and MAX lines. You can gauge the
water level at any time using the water
window at the front of the appliance.
Take care to ensure the water tank
is filled when attempting to use the
humidifying function. Refer to the ‘Using
the Water Tank’ section of this manual for
instructions on how to fill the water tank.
Once the water tank has been filled and
securely slotted back into place, press the
Humidifying button again to activate the
humidifying function.

Troubleshoong:

power cord.
Change the time setting.
Empty the water tray.
Consult the manufacturer or a qualified
service person for repair.
The unit is not
cooling sufficiently.
Are the air inlet or outlet
blocked?
Are there any heating
sources available in the
room?
Are the filters dirty?
Is the temperature setting
appropriate?
Is the fan speed set to
LOW?
Remove any blockage from the air vent.
Remove any heat sources from the vicinity.
Clean the filters.
Change the temperature.
Select the appropriate speed.
Minimal or limited
operation.
Is the unit exposed to
direct sunshine? Are there
too many windows or
doors open?
Are there too many
people in the room?
Is there a heat source in
the room?
Draw the blinds or curtains.
Close some of the windows or doors around
the unit.
Move the unit to a less crowded location or
vacate its current location.
Switch off or cover any heat sources in
the surrounding area.
The air cooler shakes
and there is a noise
coming from it.
Is the appliance’s body
inclined? Is the ground
uneven?
Put the air cooler on a flat, stable surface.
