STEP 1
Remove (16) retaining cap and
(17) split gasket from inside of
(18) tank. Insert sump pump
electrical plug through (16)
retaining cap and place (17)
split gasket around the electrical
cord. Pull electrical cord through
opening. Hand-tighten to snug
(16) retaining cap with (17)
gasket to side of (18) tank.
NOTE: Leave some slack in cord
between (16) retaining cap and
(1) sump pump.
STEP 2
Attach end of (8) 10 foot
vacuum hose to intake port
on side of the (18) tank.
STEP 3
Attach remaining end of (8)
10 foot vacuum hose to non-lid
end of (9) filter canister.
Attach end of (11) 25 foot
vacuum hose to lid end of
(9) filter canister.

STEP 4
Attach remaining end of
(11) 25 foot vacuum hose
to large opening on
(12) 45 degree elbow.
Push small end of
(12) 45 degree elbow
inside (13) vacuum intake
disk.
STEP 5
Place (6) top vacuum
housing on (18) tank and
rotate until all 3 latches align
with their corresponding
cut-out on the (6) top
vacuum housing and latch.
NOTE: The latches will only
align in one position.
STEP 6
Attach garden hose to
(14) hose fitting.
Run garden hose to
containment vessel or drain.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Sump pump circuit requirements:
120 VAC 15 Amp. (min) Ground fault protected.
• Vacuum circuit requirements:
120 VAC 15 Amp. Ground fault protected.
WARNING:
• Do not use with flammable vapors or liquids,
caustic or hazardous liquids and materials.
• Do not use in an explosive atmosphere.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
• A 10’ water boom is provided to help pool and
contain water. Additional water booms may be
purchased to contain larger areas.
• Vacuum intake disc should be placed at lowest
point where water accumulates.
• Sump pump will engage when water level in the
vacuum tank reaches 9” of depth and disengage
when water level reaches 4” of depth.
• Sump pump will pump approx.
5 gallons a minute through a ¾” hose.
• A drain plug is provided for manual draining.
• 3 molded in ½” UNC female inserts for stationary
mounting when using vacuum as part of
Mobile Wash down/Recovery System.
• If mobility is required, use:
DLY301-01 Dolly Caster System.

TROUBLE SOLUTION
Check filter bag for clogging; Empty and clean if clogged
Verify that seal between top and bottom of canister is intact
Pump is not pumping Water level has not reached height of 9”; allow canister to fill up.
Discharge hoses are plugged or kinked
Intake on the bottom of pump is clogged;
disconnect power and clear obstructions
Vacuum fails to pick up liquids Make sure its plugged in and has power
Check vacuum disc for obstructed holes
