INTRODUCTION
The PINK Triple Roll-on Heater Professional Edition is a professional heating appliance, ideal for heating all types of
non-coded 80 and 100 ml wax and sugar cartridges. We have paid particular attention to the safety of our appliance,
which complies with all relevant European standards. Caution: This appliance can be heated to very high
temperatures. In order to prevent injury, please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance for the first
time.

SAFETY GUIDELINES
Never leave the heater switched on when empty
Never leave the heater switched on overnight
When hot, do not touch the cartridge or the heating chamber (risk of burns!)
Keep out of reach of children
If the appliance malfunctions during the heating process, unplug immediately, and contact PINK Cosmetics
Never open the appliance yourself - risk of electric shocks. Only authorised technical personnel from PINK
Cosmetics may access the parts inside the appliance. For repairs or further information, you must contact PINK

Never use the heater if the plug or power cable are damaged, if you notice the appliance is not functioning
properly, if the appliance is dropped and/or damaged, or if the appliance comes into contact with water
Always allow the appliance to cool down completely before storing
INSTALLATION
Open the top of the box and remove the appliance. It is recommended that you keep the original packaging in case
you need to return the appliance in the future. The installation site should have a smooth, flat, solid surface. Direct
sunlight and exposure to a dusty environment must be avoided. The mains power supply must comply with legal
requirements, and be suitable for the appliance.
CAUTION: Do not use the appliance near water or in damp areas.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Insert cartridge into the heating chamber and close the lid
2. Switch on the appliance, and set the temperature gauge to the highest setting for approx. 15 - 20 minutes
(depending on the temperature in the room and the quantity/consistency of the depilatory product)
3. Adjust the temperature to the setting recommended for the cartridge (e.g. PINK Premium Roll-on Strip Wax:
setting 5)
4. For safe any easy use, clip the plastic clamp onto the cartridge
Please note: The settings and times given are approximate values which may vary depending on the room
temperature, the consistency of the depilatory product, and the fullness of the cartridge.

CLEANING
After use, clean the heating appliance with a special cleaner/wax remover e.g. PINK Wax Solvent. Wax residues are
easy to remove from the surface of the heater while the appliance is still warm. Make sure you have unplugged the
appliance before cleaning. PLEASE NOTE: Use only cleaning products designed to remove wax.

WARRANTY
The manufacturer’s warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
A dated sales receipt and contact details must be provided for any repair covered by the warranty.
Damage due to the following is not covered by the warranty:
oPlugging the appliance into the wrong electricity voltage or the wrong type of current
oDropping the appliance, negligence, disassembly, improper use (see also the section entitled “Safety
guidelines”)
oRepairs or alterations carried out by a non-certified electrical company
If the serial number is damaged, altered, or removed, all warranties are invalid
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
