6.USE THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR THE JOB. There are certain applications for which this item
was designed. Do not modify it and do not use it for a purpose for which it was not intended.
7.CHECK FOR DAMAGED PARTS. Before using any product, any part that appears damaged
should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended
function. Check for any broken or damaged parts and any other conditions that may affect its
operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.
8.WHEN SERVICING use only identical replacement parts and accessories. Using any other parts
will void the warranty.
9.DO NOT operate the tool if you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication that
may affect your ability to properly use the tool.
10.USE EYE PROTECTION. Always wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles.
11.DO NOT EXCEED THE PRODUCTS MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY. Always keep weight evenly
distributed.
12.ONLY USE ON A FLAT SURFACE capable of supporting the item with its maximum capacity
load. It is easy to lose control if attempting to pull a load on a sloping or uneven surface.
13.DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY ON, stand upon or climb on this item. It is not intended
for carrying people or animals.
14.ALWAYS CHECK HARDWARE and assembled parts after assembling. All connections should be
tight.
15.Industrial or commercial application must follow OSHA requirements.

ASSEMBLY
Step 1
Locate the second base plate(7) and turn it
upside down. Set the second base plate(7)
onto the beams(6). See Figure A.
Step 2
Turn the cart upside down. Attach two casters(13) with the swivel caster brackets(11) using a
nut(12) and axle(14), if necessary. Thread a carriage bolt(8) through the base plate(7) and into
the casters(13). Attach one washer and one nut for each hole. See Figure B.
Step 4
Locate the two beams(6). Place one on the platform(4) corner nearest the handle(1), and place
one on the diagonal corner located on the outside of the platform(4). Make certain that the end
with the screw holes is facing upward. Using a rubber mallet(not provided), tap the beams(6)
down into the platform(4). Repeat step 4 for the other side. See Figure C.
Note: Position the beams so that the flange in each matches the space in the platform.
Inserts screws down through each beam and into the platform.
Step 3
Attach another two casters(13) to the
fixed caster brackets(15) using a
nut(12) and axle(14), if necessary.
Thread a carriage bolt(8) through the
base plate(7) and into the casters(13).
Attach one washer(9) and one nut(10)
for each hole. See Figure B.

Step 5
Place the two swivel caster brackets on the
same side of the platform(4) as the handle(1).
Place the two fixed caster brackets on the
other side of the platform. See Figure C.
Step 6
Place one platform(4) upside down on the
work surface. Locate the handle(1). Attach
the handle with platform using screw(2&3).
Make certain that both trays are facing the
same way. See Figure D.
Step 7
Turn the cart upright. Make certain that all
hardware is tight. Make certain that the fixed
casters and swivel casters roll properly.
Inspect the unit before/after every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
