INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing our “Platinum” Ice Maker. Each unit has been manufactured to ensure safety,
reliability, and easy of use. Before use, please read these instructions carefully and keep them for future
reference.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using your “Platinum” Ice Maker, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the
following:
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazard.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge concerning the use of this
product, unless they are supervised or have been given instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Always ensure that the voltage on the rating label corresponds to the voltage in your home.
Check the power cord and plug regularly for any damage. If the cord or the plug is damaged, it
must be replaced by manufacturer or a qualified person in order to avoid an electrical hazard.
This product is intended for household use only. Industrial or commercial use will void the
warranty, and the supplier can not be held responsible for injury or damage caused when using
the appliance for any other purpose than that intended.
Incorrect operation and improper use can damage the appliance and cause injury to the user.
The manufacturer does not accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by the
improper or incorrect use of the appliance, or by repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel.
Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or damaged in any way. In case of damage,
take the unit in for examination and/or repair by an authorized service agent.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse or expose the motor assembly, plug or cord
in water or any other liquid.
Never immerse the unit in water or any other liquid for cleaning purposes.
Remove the plug from the socket by gripping the plug. Do not pull on the cord to disconnect the
appliance. Always unplug the unit when not in use or before cleaning.
The use of accessory attachments that are not recommended or supplied by the manufacturer
may result in injuries, fire or electric shock.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter. Ensure that the cord is not in a
position where it can be pulled on inadvertently.
Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces and do not place on or near a hot gas or electric
burner or in a heated oven. Please keep it in a cool and dry place away from direct sunshine.
Use of an extension cord with this appliance is not recommended. However, if it is necessary to
use an extension lead, ensure that the lead is suited to the power consumption of the appliance
to avoid overheating of the extension cord, appliance or plug point. Do not place the extension
cord in a position where it can be pulled on by children or animals or tripped over.
This appliance is not suitable for outdoor use. Do not use this appliance for anything other than
its intended use.
Do not carry the appliance by the power cord.
Never use this unit near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.

Do not leave this appliance unattended during use. Always unplug the unit when not in use.
Allow it to cool before cleaning the appliance.
Switch off the appliance before touching any moving parts.
Always operate the appliance on a smooth, even and stable surface. Do not place the unit on a
hot surface.
In case of technical problems, switch off the machine and do not attempt to repair it yourself.
Return the appliance to an authorized service facility for examination, adjustment or repair.
Always insist on the use of original spare parts. Failure to comply with above mentioned
precautions and instructions, could affect the safe operation of this machine.
Do not touch the evaporator when using the ice maker or making ice to avoid being suffer from
frostbite.
Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality.
Do not clean your ice maker with any flammable fluids. The fumes may create a fire hazard or
explosion.
Do not overturn the ice maker. If the ice maker is overturned accidentally, make it stand steadily
for 2 hours before power it on again.
If the ice maker is brought in from outside in wintertime, do not use for a few hours, allowing the
unit to warm up to the room temperature before operating.
Never put flammable, explosive and corrosive articles into the ice maker.
Never use the ice maker when there is flammable gas leakage.
Never store or use gas and other flammable articles near the ice maker to avoid any fire.
Unplug the ice maker before moving it to avoid damaging the refrigerating system.
Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, modify or replace any part of your product.
Warning:
Please abandon the ice maker according to local regulators as it uses flammable
blowing gas and refrigerant.

USING YOUR ICE MAKER
You must read all instructions carefully before using this appliance.
Unpack the appliance, then check and make sure that all the accessories including ice basket and
ice scoop etc. are complete. Please contact with the client service department if some accessories
are missed.
Please ensure the ice maker is level and on a stable table or platform to avoid malfunction.
The incline angle of the ice maker cabinet should not exceed 45°during transportation or use.
**IMPORTANT** Do not turn the Ice Maker upside down.
Doing so could cause the compressor or refrigerating system to operate incorrectly. Please allow
time for the fluids in the compressor to settle after the ice maker is moved or transported. Before
using the ice maker for the first time, please wait for 2 hours after the unit has been leveled and
positioned in the proper place.
The appliance must be placed on a dry and level surface with enough ventilation, far from heat
sources such as ovens, heaters and corrosive gases. Leave an about 8-inch clearance on all sides
of the ice maker for proper ventilation.
Do not fill the water reservoir with hot water. This may damage the ice maker. It is best to fill the
water reservoir with water of room temperature or lower.
Do not use the appliance at a very cold environment (lower than 5℃).

TO USE YOUR ICE MAKER
1. Ensure that the drain plug at the bottom of water reservoir is closed well.
2. Plug the ice maker into the wall outlet, the “POWER” indicator blinks.
Note: Please make the ice maker be rested for 30 minutes before plug if it has been moved.
3. Open the top lid and remove the ice basket.
4. Fill the water reservoir with drinking water.
Note: Do not fill above the MAX water level mark.
5. Replace the ice basket and close the top lid.
6. Press the “ON/OFF” button and the “POWER” indicator lights solidly.
7. The ice-making cycle will last approximately 8-15 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature and
water temperature.
8. The ice-making cycle starts with water being pumped into the ice tray situated below the evaporator.
Over the next 8-15 minutes ice forms on the evaporator. Once this has completed, the ice tray will tilt
backwards and the remaining water in the ice tray is drained back into the water reservoir. The ice
cubes are then dropped from the evaporator and pushed forward into the ice basket by the ice shovel.
The ice tray will automatically move back into position under the evaporator and start the next cycle.
9. The “ICE FULL” indicator will light up when the ice basket is full, and the ice maker will stop the ice-
making cycle automatically. Gently remove the ice from the ice basket with the ice scoop. About 5
seconds later, the ice maker will restart its ice making function automatically.
10. The “ADD WATER” indicator will light up when the water reservoir is lack of water and the ice-
making cycle will stop automatically. At that time, remove the ice basket and add water to the water
reservoir, and then press “ON/OFF” button again to restart the ice-making cycle.
11. When you have got your desired amount of ice, stop the ice making cycle by press the “ON/OFF”
button and unplug the unit from the wall outlet.
12. Open the top lid and transfer the ice to a freezer.
13. Allow the ice maker to reach room temperature.
14. Suggest replacing the water every time on first start of Ice-making. Please empty the water reservoir if
the ice maker is not used for a long time.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To keep your ice tasting fresh and your ice maker looking great, we recommend cleaning your ice
maker once per week.
1. Stop the ice-making cycle by press the “ON/OFF” button, unplug the ice maker from the wall outlet
and allow it to cool down to room temperature.
2. If residual water is found in the ice tray, gently push the ice tray back so that all water drains into the
water reservoir.
3. Move the appliance forward to a position 75mm away from the working table and open the drain plug
to drain out excess water. (see Fig.1, Fig.2 and Fig.3)
4. Remove the ice basket.
5. Clean the ice maker interior with a soft cloth soaked with warm water and vinegar, then rinse with clean
water and then drain all the water.
6. Replace the drain plug well in position. Wash the ice basket and ice scoop in warm soapy water. Rinse
and dry.
7. Clean the exterior of the ice maker with a soft damp cloth. If necessary, use a mild dishwashing soap.
Note:
a) Do not use organic solvent, boiled water, detergent, strong acid and strong alkali etc. for cleaning.
b) Do not clean the evaporator.
8. Please empty the water reservoir and dry it for storage if the ice maker is not used for a long time.

1. The party selling the product (“the seller”) to the original purchaser of this product (“the
customer”) hereby warrants that this product will be of good quality and, in good working order
and, free of defects and suitable for its intended purpose under normal household use, for a
period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase (“warranty period”) of this product.
2. In the event that the warranty period has not lapsed, and the product is not of a good quality, or
in good working order or, is defective or is not suitable for its intended purpose under normal

2.1 Within the first 6 (six) months of the warranty: to receive a refund of the actual price paid

4. This warranty applies only to the product that has been purchased from the seller and not to any

USANDO SUA MÁQUINA DE GELO
Você deve ler cuidadosamente as instruções antes de usar este aparelho.
Desembale o aparelho, verifique e certifique-se de que todos os acessórios, incluindo o cesto de
gelo e a colher de gelo, estão completos. Entre em contato com o departamento de atendimento ao
cliente se alguns acessórios forem perdidos.
Certifique-se de que a máquina de gelo está nivelada e em uma mesa ou plataforma estável para
evitar mau funcionamento.
O ângulo de inclinação do gabinete da máquina de gelo não deve exceder 45 ° durante o
transporte ou uso.
**IMPORTANTE ** Não vire a Máquina de Gelo de cabeça para baixo.
Isso pode fazer com que o compressor ou o sistema de refrigeração funcione incorretamente. Por

PARA USAR SUA MÁQUINA DE GELO
1. Certifique-se de que o bujão de drenagem na parte inferior do reservatório de água esteja bem
fechado.
2. Conecte a máquina de gelo na tomada da parede, o indicador “ENERGIA” pisca.
Nota: Por favor, faça a máquina de gelo estar descansada por 30 minutos antes de ligar se ele foi
movido.
3. Abra a tampa superior e remova o cesto de gelo.
4. Encha o reservatório de água com água potável.
Nota: Não encha acima da marca de nível de água MAX.
5. Substitua o cesto de gelo e feche a tampa superior.
6. Pressione o botão “LIGAR / DESLIGAR” e o indicador “ENERGIA” acende-se firmemente.
7. O ciclo de produção de gelo durará aproximadamente 8 a 15 minutos, dependendo da temperatura
ambiente e da temperatura da água.
8. O ciclo de produção de gelo começa com a água sendo bombeada para a bandeja de gelo situada
abaixo do evaporador. Nos próximos 8 a 15 minutos, forma-se gelo no evaporador. Quando isso
estiver concluído, a bandeja de gelo será inclinada para trás e a água restante na bandeja de gelo
será drenada de volta para o reservatório de água. Os cubos de gelo são então retirados do
evaporador e empurrados para frente no cesto de gelo pela pá de gelo. A bandeja de gelo voltará
automaticamente para a posição abaixo do evaporador e iniciará o próximo ciclo.
9. O indicador “GELO CHEIO” acenderá quando o cesto de gelo estiver cheio e a máquina de gelo
interromperá automaticamente o ciclo de produção de gelo. Remova delicadamente o gelo do cesto
de gelo com a colher de gelo. Cerca de 5 segundos depois, a máquina de gelo reiniciará sua função
de produção de gelo automaticamente.
10. O indicador “ADICIONAR ÁGUA” acenderá quando o reservatório de água estiver com falta de água
e o ciclo de produção de gelo parará automaticamente. Nesse momento, remova o resto de gelo e
adicione água ao reservatório de água e, em seguida, pressione o botão “LIGAR / DESLIGAR”
novamente para reiniciar o ciclo de produção de gelo.
11. Quando você tiver obtido a quantidade desejada de gelo, pare o ciclo de produção de gelo
pressionando o botão “LIGAR / DESLIGAR” e desconecte a unidade da tomada da parede.
12. Abra a tampa superior e transfira o gelo para um freezer.
13. Deixe a máquina de gelo atingir a temperatura ambiente.
14. Sugira a substituição da água todas as vezes no primeiro início da produção de gelo. Por favor,
esvazie o reservatório de água se a máquina de gelo não for usada por um longo tempo.

LIMPEZA E MANUTENÇÃO
Para manter a sua degustação de gelo fresca e a sua máquina de gelo muito bem, recomendamos
que limpe a sua máquina de gelo uma vez por semana.
1. Pare o ciclo de produção de gelo pressionando o botão “LIGAR / DESLIGAR”, desconecte a máquina
de gelo da tomada e deixe-a esfriar até a temperatura ambiente.
2. Se houver água residual na bandeja de gelo, empurre a bandeja de gelo para trás com cuidado para
que toda a água seja drenada para o reservatório de água.
3. Mova o aparelho para a frente a uma distância de 75 mm da mesa de trabalho e abra o bujão de
drenagem para drenar o excesso de água. (veja Fig.1, Fig.2 e Fig.3)
4. Remova o cesto de gelo.
5. Limpe o interior da máquina de gelo com um pano macio embebido em água morna e vinagre, depois
enxágüe com água limpa e depois drenar toda a água.
6. Substitua o bujão de drenagem bem na posição. Lave o cesto de gelo e o colher de gelo com água
morna e sabão. Enxaguar e secar.
7. Limpe o exterior da máquina de gelo com um pano macio e úmido. Se necessário, use um sabão
suave para lavar louça.
Nota:
a) Não use solvente orgânico, água fervida, detergente, ácido forte e álcalis fortes, etc., para limpeza.
b) Não limpe o evaporador.
8. Por favor esvazie o reservatório de água e seque-o para armazenamento se a máquina de gelo não
for usada por um longo tempo.

et conservez-les pour référence ultérieure.
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ IMPORTANTES
Lors de l’utilisation de votre machine à glaçons "Platinum", il faut toujours respecter les précautions de
sécurité de base, y compris les suivantes:
Si le cordon d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le fabricant, son agent de
service ou une personne qualifiée afin d'éviter tout danger.
Cet appareil n'est pas destiné à être utilisé par des personnes (y compris les enfants) avec des
capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales, ou le manque d'expérience et de connaissances
concernant l'utilisation de ce produit, à moins qu'elles ne soient surveillées ou ont été instruction
donnée concernant l'utilisation de l'appareil par une personne responsable de leur sécurité.
Les enfants doivent être surveillés pour s'assurer qu'ils ne jouent pas avec l'appareil.
Assurez-vous toujours que la tension indiquée sur l'étiquette correspond à celle de votre
domicile.

Ne pas laisser le cordon pendre sur le bord d'une table ou d'un comptoir. Assurez-vous que le
cordon est pas dans une position où il peut être tiré par inadvertance.
Ne pas laisser le cordon toucher des surfaces chaudes et ne placez pas sur ou près d'un brûleur
à gaz ou électrique chaud ou dans un four chaud. Veuillez garder dans un endroit frais et sec à
l'abri du soleil direct.
Il est recommandé d’utiliser une rallonge avec cet appareil. Cependant, s'il est nécessaire
d'utiliser une rallonge, assurez-vous que le plomb est adapté à la consommation d'énergie de
l'appareil pour éviter la surchauffe de la rallonge, appareil ou d'un point prise. ne placez pas la
rallonge dans une position où il peut être tiré par des enfants ou des animaux ou trébucher.

Faites toujours fonctionner l'appareil sur une surface lisse, régulière et stable. Ne placez pas
l'appareil sur une surface chaude.
En cas de problèmes techniques, éteignez la machine et n'essayez pas de la réparer vous-
même. Remettez l'appareil dans un centre de réparation agréé pour qu'il soit examiné, ajusté ou
réparé. Les précautions et les instructions peuvent affecter le bon fonctionnement de cette
machine.
Ne pas toucher l'évaporateur lorsque vous utilisez la machine à glaçons ou faites de la glace
pour éviter les engelures.
Ne pas utiliser avec de l'eau microbiologiquement dangereuse ou de qualité inconnue.
Ne pas nettoyer votre machine à glaçons avec des liquides inflammables, ce qui peuvent créer
un risque d'incendie ou d'explosion.
Ne pas renverser la machine à glaçons. Si la machine à glaçons est renversée
accidentellement, faites-la reposer pendant 2 heures avant de la rallumer.
Si la machine à glaçons est amenée de l'extérieur en hiver, ne pas l'utiliser pendant quelques
heures, ce qui permet à l'unité de se réchauffer à la température ambiante avant de l'utiliser.
Ne jamais mettre d'articles inflammables, explosifs et corrosifs dans la machine à glaçons.
Ne jamais utiliser la machine à glaçons en cas de fuite de gaz inflammable.
Ne jamais entreposer ni utiliser de gaz ou d'autres articles inflammables à proximité de la
machine à glaçons pour éviter tout incendie.
Débranchez la machine à glaçons avant de la déplacer pour éviter d'endommager le système de
réfrigération.
Ne pas essayer de démonter, réparer, modifier ou remplacer une partie quelconque de votre
produit.
Avertissement:
Selon les régulateurs locaux, veuillez abandonner la machine à glaçons, car elle
