IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When operating this electric appliance, basic safety instructions should always be
followed. Refer to the following for these instructions.
1. READ ALL SAFETY & USAGE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING ICE MACHINE
PLUS.
2. EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION: AVOID ELECTRICAL SHOCK. DO NOT
immerse cord, plugs or the Ice Machine Plus in water or other liquid.
3. Do not overll the Water Reservoir with water. Overlling can result in damage
and risk of electrical shock.
4. Do not place any objects in the Water Reservoir or Ice Cube Basket, as it may
cause damage to the machine.
5. UNPLUG the Ice Machine Plus from outlet when not in use or before cleaning.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
6. Children should never use the Ice Machine Plus; close supervision is required
when appliance is used near children.
7. Operate the Ice Machine Plus on a level surface well away from any hot gas or
electrical burner, heat source, combustible spray cans or pressurized items. Do
not incline or move the Ice Machine Plus while operating. The Ice Machine Plus
must be level for optimal performance.
8. Do not operate the Ice Machine Plus outdoors.
9. Never operate the Ice Machine Plus with a damaged cord or plug or one
that has malfunctioned or been damaged in any way. Immediately contact
Customer Service for analysis.
10. DO NOT add unauthorized accessory attachments. Such use may result in
electric shock, injury or re.
11. Use only factory cord supplied; NEVER add extension cords. When done
using, switch control to OFF then pull plug from outlet.
12. ALWAYS ll the Water Reservoir and add the Ice Cube Basket before
connecting the Ice Machine Plus to the electrical outlet.
13. Do not use the Ice Machine Plus for any use other than intended.

FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
Electrical 3-conductor Cord Set: This Ice Machine
Plus is equipped with a 3-conductor cord set that
has a 3 prong grounding-type plug. It should be
properly connected to a grounding-type outlet. The
plug is designed to t ONLY a 3-grounding outlet
unit, and as such, the grounding prong should never
be removed. If needed, purchase a 2-prong adaptor
and ground it to the outlet. Consult a qualied
electrician if in doubt. Do not use an adaptor unless
you are condent it is grounded. Do not modify this plug. If the plug does not t the
outlet securely, call a qualied electrician for assistance.

A. Ice Machine Plus Housing: The stainless steel Ice Machine
Plus Housing holds the powerful internal compressor, air
circulation system, interior water reservoir and ice cube
basket. The EasyVue Transparent Lid is attached.
B. Air Circulation System: The air circulation system draws air in
through the Air Intake and releases it out through the vents.
This assists the Ice Machine Plus in cooling eciency.
C. Interior Water Reservoir: The Reservoir holds the water used
to make the ice cubes. The Minimum Fill and Maximum
Fill Lines are notched into the middle wall separating the
Reservoir from the internal workings of the Housing. Always
add more water than the Minimum Fill and less than the
Maximum Fill. The Ice Cube Basket sits just above the Interior
Water Reservoir.
D. EasyVue Transparent Lid: Because the Lid is transparent,
it is easy to observe the ice-making in progress without
continually opening the Lid. The Lid is attached to the
Housing and should not be removed.
E. Ice Cube Basket: The Ice Cube Basket holds the maximum
capacity of cubes; about 6 cups, and can be easily removed
when lled. The Basket sits just above the Interior Water
Reservoir.
F. Ice Cube Scoop: Use the plastic Scoop to protect the interior
of the Ice Cube Basket and to easily remove the freshly-made
ice cubes.
G. EasyTurn Water Drain: Drain the water from the Interior
Water Reservoir easily by pulling the Drain Plug and allowing
the water to release. Drain into the sink or a basin. Note:
An extra Drain Plug is included in the packed box for your
convenience.

Assemble the Ice Machine Plus as follows:
1. Place the Ice Machine Plus on a level surface at least 30 minutes prior to
making ice cubes. (g 1)
2. Fill the Interior Water Reservoir with tap water to just below the Maximum
Fill Line. Do not ll with ice water or any other liquid.
3. Place the Ice Cube Basket into the Ice Machine Plus Housing. (g 2).
4. Close the EasyVue Transparent Lid.
5. Press the Snowake button on the LCD Control Panel to Start.

LCD Control Panel Features
1 Snowake button on panel = Start
2 SET button on panel = Set the clock time, auto start time,
and auto o time.
3 ₳button on panel = Activate/Deactivate the auto on and
auto o features.
4 SELECT button on panel = Select ice cube size
5 Ц button on display = Ice cube obstruction/check box
6, 7, 8 Ice cube sizes on display = 6 Large, 7 Medium, 8 Small
9 MAX button on display = Maximum ice capacity
10 Timing icon on display = Indicates that real time clock is displayed.
11 Clock icons = On timer and O timer active/set.
12 88:88 on display = Real time clock display, and timer settings.
13 MIN button on display = Indicates water is below minimum
14 Snowake button on display = Ice making; Stand by
   

I. Easy Manual Mode: Ice Cubes Now!
1. Fill the Interior Water Reservoir with tap water to the Maximum Fill Line.
2. Place the Ice Cube Basket over the Interior Water Reservoir.
3. Plug in the Ice Machine Plus Housing plug to the outlet.
4. Press the Snowake button. The snowake icon on the LCD display should
start blinking, indicating that the unit is in Active mode.
II. Easy Automatic Mode: Pre-set Ice Cube Making
NOTE: The Ice Machine Plus runs on the“24 hour clock”or, as is commonly known,
“military time.” Hours after 12:00 pm increase to 13:00pm, 14:00pm, etc. up to 24:00pm.
At that time, the time begins again at 1:00am, 2:00am, etc.
1. Set the current hour. Press the SET button. The preset hour will ash. Press the ₳
button to set the current hour to start.
2. Set the current minutes. Press the SET button. The preset minutes will ash. Press
the ₳button to set the current minutes to start.
3. Set the Auto Start Time:
a. Press the SET button three (3) times. The hour will ash. Press the ₳button to set
the hour.
b. Press the SET button once. The minutes will ash. Press the ₳ button to set the
minutes.
4. Set the Auto Stop Time:
a. Press the SET button ve (5) times. The hour will ash. Press the ₳button to set the
hour.
b. Press the SET button once. The minutes will ash. Press the ₳button to set
the minutes.
5. Activate the timers for Easy Automatic Mode:
a. Press the A button once to activate the‘ON’timer (auto start). The‘ON’
clock icon will appear, indicating that the ‘ON’timer (auto start) is active.
Note: At this point, the‘o’ timer will not be active. Once turned on, the unit
will remain on until manually turned o.
b. Press the A button once again to activate the ‘OFF’ timer (auto stop). The
‘OFF’clock icon will appear, indicating that the ‘OFF’ timer (auto stop) is
active. Note: At this point, the‘on’ timer will not be active. Once turned o,
the unit will remain o until manually turned on.
c. Press the A button once again to activate both the‘ON’and the ‘OFF’ timer
(auto start and auto stop). Both the ‘ON’ and the ‘OFF’clock icons will appear,
indicating that the ‘ON’ and the ‘OFF’timers (auto start and auto stop) are
active.
III. Easy Self-Clean Mode
The Self-Clean Mode should be used before rst use or if there has been
a long period of time between uses. The three (3) ice cube size icons will
continuously display while the Self-Clean Mode is in use.
1. Add equal parts water and vinegar (1:1) to the Interior Water Reservoir.
Enough water and vinegar should be used to ll the reservoir at least
halfway.
2. Plug in the Ice Machine Plus. Press the Snowake icon on the panel for at
least 5 seconds to activate the Self-Clean mode. After the beep sound, the
mode will activate.
3. After the water is rinsed several times through the machine, the mode
will stop and the Ice Machine Plus will indicate Stand-by.
4. Drain the Interior Water Reservoir. Rell with water to the Maximum Fill
Line. Press the Snowake icon for at least 5 seconds to again activate
the Self-Clean mode. When done, press O and drain the reservoir
again. Dry before use.
Note: If the water falls below the Minimum Fill Line during cleaning, the Ц
button will light up. Hold the Snowake button for 5 seconds to stop the Auto-
Clean Mode.

Problem: Power indicator is not on.
Cause: Power cord is not connected or plugged in.
Internal components damaged.
Solution: Check the plug and re-connect.
Contact service for assistance.
Problem: Malfunction light ashes.
Cause: Possible obstruction in the ice-making housing.
Solution: Check for and remove obstruction.
Contact service for assistance.
Problem: Ice-making performance is poor
Cause: clogged ventilation outlets.
water temp is too high.
ambient temp is too high.
refrigerant leak.
Solution: clean cooling fan intake and vents.
ll reservoir with room temp water.
remove machine to cooler area.

Problem: Abnormal noise.
Cause: Fan or pump damaged.
Solution: Ensure machine is on a level surface.
Contact service for assistance.
Before rst use, use the Easy Self-Clean Mode to thoroughly clean and
prepare the Ice Machine Plus for usage. (See instructions above)
To clean the Ice Machine Plus after usage, drain the water from the
Interior Water Reservoir using the EasyTurn Water Drain and plug. Dry the
interior and exterior with a soft cloth. Do not use cleaning solvents, abrasives
or other harsh detergents or chemicals in or on the Ice Machine Plus. Do not
place any parts or accessories in the dishwasher.
