FirstDesk & Arabica Table Assembly Instrucons

Use two hands for seven parts:
(sorry, you’ll have to put down your iPhone)
1 top
2 leg stretchers
4 legs
(with the aid of one tension helper)
Note: the Arabica Table is idencal except in size
The following instrucons apply to both the Plydea FirstDesk and the Arabica
Table. The parts for each of these products assemble in the same manner.

Grab a leg stretcher. Appraise and choose which
side you wish inside / outside. Remember to
consider this for all parts…

starng at the top slot of the leg stretcher [best
side facing the camera] insert the corresponding
top slot in a leg in the orientaon shown. Now
guide the mid and lower tabs into their slots …

…while bending the leg stretcher against the
floor as shown. Exercise caution as these
parts are becoming tensioned. They can
recoil and hurt you. Now press down to fully
engage

that the bottoms of the legs and the leg
stretchers should be flush.
Now repeat this process with the remaining
leg stretcher and legs...

insert the helper.

Make sure the projecons on the helper engage
in the round holes as indicated!

Slowly li up the helper gently all the way… this
will tension the leg assembly such that it will be
received by the table top. Parts under tension,
use care and aenon, they could recoil hurng
you or lowering your self-esteem. Keep your n-
gers clear as these will snap in with some force.
To ensure the helper is engaged fully -- pull up on
the circular tabs at the arrows at each end of the
helper.

choose the side you wish to use as the top, if
we’ve made the wrong choice for you, the plydea

liing one end of the table onto your knee or a
book – whatever that is – and in the orientaon
shown, guide the projecons on the leg assembly
fully into their slots on the underside of the table.

Slowly and with care release the helper while
making sure the end tab engages the table at ar-
row.

guide the leg stretcher’s tab into the top slot…

since the legs are not fully locked into the top
yet, gingerly turn the table onto its feet and push
down at each corner near the locks so as to fully
engage…
