REMOVING THE CARTRIDGE
To remove the cartridge from the Polaris, push
the mouthpiece away from the power button
to tilt the cartridge and release the magnetic
retention, then push the cartridge upwards
and out of its compartment.
PRIMING THE ATOMIZER HEAD
It is important to prime an atomizer head
before use to prevent it from prematurely
burning. To do this, remove the cartridge
from the battery and remove the atomizer
head by pulling, drip a few drops of e-liquid
on the visible cotton inlets on the sides of
the atomizer head and push back into the
cartridge. Push the cartridge back into the
battery.
ATOMIZER HEAD LIFESPAN
Atomizer heads do not last forever and
need to be replaced periodically. Lifespan is
generally from a few days to several weeks,
depending on power used, vaping style,
avour and type of e-liquid. A slight burnt
taste, general loss of vapour production,
or a reduction in avour intensity can all be
indicators that the atomizer head requires
replacement.
FILLING THE CARTRIDGE
Open the lling ap on the cartridge, insert
your e-liquid bottle nozzle into the inlet and
ll. Leave a minimum air gap of around 2mm.
Close the lling ap.
Note: Please wait 5 minutes after lling the
cartridge before vaping to allow the atomizer
head to fully saturate with e-liquid.
POWER ON/OFF
To turn the Polaris on or o, press the power
button 5 times in quick succession.
VAPING
Press the power button and inhale on the
Polaris mouthpiece, the device will begin to
produce vapour.
ADJUSTING AIRFLOW
Remove the cartridge and locate the airow
adjuster below the ller ap. Slide the adjuster
up to decrease airow or down to increase.
ADJUSTING THE WATTAGE
The power on the Totally Wicked Polaris is
adjustable, to do this press the up and down
buttons below the display to adjust up and
down respectively.

LOCKING/UNLOCKING
The Totally Wicked Polaris wattage
adjustment can be locked to prevent the
wattage from accidentally being altered during
use. While the Polaris is powered on, press the
power button 3 times. The screen will display
“LOCK”. Repeating this process will return the
device to normal operation, and the screen
will display “UNLOCK”.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
To charge the battery, connect the charge
port on the battery to a suitable wall adaptor
or USB port with the USB-C cable supplied;
the battery life indicator symbol will display the
state of battery charge. The Totally Wicked
Polaris can be used whilst charging.
The Totally Wicked Polaris has some
advanced features that can be accessed
in the settings interface of the device by
pressing the wattage up and wattage down
buttons simultaneously for 1 second.
Move from feature to feature using the
wattage adjustment buttons, and select by
pressing the power button. The Polaris will
automatically close the settings interface
after 5 seconds if no buttons are pressed.
SMART MODE
Smart mode allows the Polaris to remember
your preferred power setting for each
resistance of atomizer head you use. This can
be enabled/disabled in the menu. Once Smart
mode is selected, choose yes or no with the
wattage adjustment buttons and select using
the power button.

PUFF COUNTER
The pu counter on the device can be reset
by entering the main menu of the device and
using the wattage buttons to navigate to
“pu” this will display your pu count across
7 days. Use the wattage button to select and
view individual days. Select reset and press the
power button to reset the pu counter.
COLOUR
The colour of the display of the Polaris can
be changed. Use the wattage adjustment to
navigate to preferred colour and select by
pressing the power button.
DEFAULT
The device can be completely reset to original
factory settings by selecting the “default”
feature in the settings interface.
ID CHECK
Selecting ID check will bring up a unique
product batch identier code.
EXIT
Select exit to leave the settings interface and
return to the main menu.
BATTERY LIFE INDICATION
As the Polaris battery life depletes, the battery
indicator on the display will deplete.
LOW VOLTAGE PROTECTION
When the Polaris battery is out of usable
charge, the screen will display “Battery low”.
Simply charge the device to continue using.
NO ATOMIZER
If the Totally Wicked Polaris atomizer head
is missing, not properly tted, or no longer
functioning, the screen will display “No
Atomizer”. To x this issue, ret or replace the
atomizer head.
ATOMIZER LOW
If the atomizer head in the Totally Wicked
Polaris causes a short or partial short circuit,
the screen will display “Atomizer Low”. To x
this issue, ret or replace the atomizer head.

The Totally Wicked Polaris battery can be
cleaned using a soft dry cloth or tissue; care
should be taken to avoid any water from
coming into contact with the battery. It is
helpful to regularly wipe away any e-liquid
residue that is left on the battery connector
and inside the cartridge compartment. The
Polaris cartridge can be cleaned by removing
from the battery, emptying, removing
atomizer head, and rinsing in warm water.
Wipe o and allow to dry thoroughly before
tting a new atomizer head and relling after
cleaning.

• Store the Totally Wicked Polaris and its
accessories away from children when not
in use.
• Please only use the charging cable provided.
• Please dispose of dead batteries in
accordance with your country’s appropriate
legislation.
• Do not carry batteries in a pocket or bag with
other metallic objects.
• Do not charge the batteries in a damp
environment.
• Do not use the device when temperatures
are outside the range -10 - 60°C.
• Do not charge the battery in temperatures
under 0°C or above 45°C.
• Do not attempt to repair a faulty Totally
Wicked Polaris battery as these are sealed
units with no serviceable parts. Attempted
repairs will void the warranty.
WARNING This product contains magnets.
If you have an ICD or pacemaker, avoid close
or prolonged contact with cartridges that
are not tted into the battery, and keep the
assembled device at least 15 cm from where
your device is implanted.
The Totally Wicked Polaris kit has a 6-month
parts warranty, with the exception of atomizer
heads, which are consumable items and
covered by “dead on arrival” warranty only. The
USB cable has a 12-month warranty. If any
parts are found to be faulty within this time
please contact our customer service team,
whose details are on the back page of this
booklet and we will arrange for a replacement.
We may require the goods to be returned for
further investigation.
