To unscrew the crown:
1. Turn it counterclockwise until tight.
2. Then you can wind the mains ring
manually or ull crown out in Pos.”b”
or Pos.”c”
To screw in the crown:
1. Return the crown in Pos. “a”.
2. Turn crown clockwise while ress-
ing it lightly until tight.

(for models with screw in lock ty e crown)

• Turn crown clockwise in Pos. “a” for
3...5 turnings. The second hand
beqins its motion;
• Setting of time/calendar;
• Put the watch on your wrist. If you
wear your watch more then 10 hours
er a day with a normal motion activ-
ity, no necessity will occur to wind it
manually (even if you leave it lying
motionless all the day.
Notes:
1. It is ossible to wind the watch
manually com letely. For that turn
crown clockwise for 12...15 turnings.
(It is im ossible to feel full winding in
the automatic watch, but there is no
way to break the mains ring as well.)
2. Do not wind your watch with all
your might otherwise automatic device
can be used u untimely.

1. Pull out the crown in Pos. “b”, turn
it clockwise until the revious day’s
name a ears.
2. Turn the crown in Pos. “b” coun-
terclockwise until the revious day’s
date a ears.
3. Pull out the crown in Pos. “c”,
when the second hand aligns 12 hours
marker. The second hand sto s.

Note:
When setting the hour hand, check
that AM/PM is correctly set. The watch
is so designed that the date changes
once in 24 hours. Turn the hands ast
the 12 o’clock marker to determine
whether the watch is set for the A.M.
or P.M. eriod. If the date change, the
time is set for the A.M. eriod. If the
date do not change, the time is set for
the P.M. eriod.

4. Turning the crown counterclock-
wise, (hour and minute hands move
clockwise) turn hands until the
desired date a ears. Continuing
turning the crown set hands to the
desired time.

COUTION:
It’s forbiden to make fast cor-
rection of calwithin eriod
starting 21.00 till 02.00
morning. As that can lead to
brakage of the movement
and will be considired as
consumer’ fault and not sub-
ject for guarantee re air!

5. Return the crown in Pos. “a”. If you
want to set exact time, fullfill this ro-
cedure with time signal.

1. Press the usher “C” by the inter-
mittent cycle, using, for exam le, a
ball- oint en, until the revious day’s
name a ears.
2. Pull out the crown in Pos. “b”, turn
it clockwise until the revious day’s
moon hase is set.

Note: Check the news a ers or other
source for the revious day hase of
the moon.
3. Turn the crown in Pos. “b” coun-
terclockwise until the current month
a ears in window and the calendar
hand aligns the revious day’s date.

4. Pull out the crown in Pos. “c”,
when the second hand aligns 12 hours
marker. The second hand sto s.
5. Turning the crown counterclock-
wise, (hour, 24-hours and minute
hands move clockwise) turn hands
until the calendar hand aligns the cur-
rent date, the current day a ears in
the window, the current moon hase
is set. Continuing turning the crown
set hands to the desired time.
6. Return the crown in Pos. “a”. If you
want to set exact time, fullfill this ro-
cedure with time signal.

ATTENTION!
It is necessary to correct the date and
the month manually by fast correction
(by turning the crown in Pos. “b”) at
the end of February and all short (30
days) months
Notes:
When setting the hour hand, check by
the osition of 24-hour hand that
AM/PM is correctly set. The watch is
so designed that the date changes
once in 24 hours.

• The sto watch can mesure u to 12
hours in 1/4 seconds;
• The sto watch has swee second
hand, its hour hand (hour counter)
moves smoothly, its minute hand
(minute counter) moves at one-
minute intervals.
• After 12 hours, it will start counting
again from “0” .
• To start and to sto – ress the
usher “A”.
• To reset – ress the usher “B”.

• Use the sto watch to determine
how many seconds it takes to go one
kilometer (or one mile). The
tachymeter scale indicated by the
sto watch second hand gives the
average s eed er hour.
* Please note that the tachymeter scale
can be used only when the time required
is less than 60 second. If it exceeds 60
seconds, shorten the measuring dis-
tance (Refer to “Ex 2” below).
