This will ensure that Porsche Classic Communication Management can be relied upon even in critical situations.Porsche Classic Communication Management is the central control unit for the radio,media functions,Phone,navigation,sound settingsand Car.The following points must be observed to ensurethat you do not endanger or harm yourself or others when using Porsche Classic Communication Management:WARNUNGRisk of accidentAny distraction may cause control of the vehicle to be lost.WARNUNGRisk of injuryWARNUNGRisk of accidentOnly operate Porsche Classic Communication Management when the vehicle is safely under control and the trac situation permits. If in doubt,stop the vehicle and operate Porsche Classic Communication whilst stationary.The navigation system only provides the driver withsupport and suggests a route.This does not release the driver from the full respon-sibility for correct driving style and behaviour in roadtrac in accordance with the rules of the German Road Trac Regulations (StVO) and other relevant regulations. The driver is responsible for assessing the trac situation. The driver retains sole responsibility for driving the vehicle safely.Remain aware of the trac situation.Do not use the telephone close to explosive substances (e.g. at a petrol station) or close to explosives.In certain hazardous areas, such as close to petrol stations, fuel depots, chemical plants and blasting operations, mobile phones must be switched o. Their use could interfere with technical equipment.Observe relevant instructions.Observe legal regulations and local restrictions when using the telephone.The following points should be noted:The screen is susceptible to scratches.The device must not be splashed with liquids. The ingress of liquids may destroy the device.Clean your Porsche Classic Communication Management carefully from time to time with a dry, clean and so cloth (microbre cloth) or a cleaning brush.Do not exert excessive pressure on the surface when cleaning.Never use solvents such as methylated spirits, thinners, petrol, acetone or alcohol (ethanol, methanol or isopropyl alcohol) or abrasives.Remove ngerprints with a damp cloth or mild detergent.Never spray detergents or other liquids directly onto the screen. Instead, moisten a cloth and gently wipe the screen.In the event of a malfunction never open the Porsche Classic Communication Management device yourself! Operating PCCM/PCCM PlusWhich menus are available?The HOME MenuThe functional range of Porsche Classic Communica-tion Management is divided into the following main menus via the HOME menu:--TUNER (button in the HOME menu or the button):Radio main menu,--MEDIA (button in the HOME menu or the button):Media main menu,--PHONE (button in the HOME menu or the button):Telephone, main menu--NAV (button in the HOME menu or the button):Navigation main menu,--Map (button in the HOME menu): map view--Sound (button in the HOME menu): Sound settings,--Car (button in the HOME menu): General device set-tings,--App (button in the HOME menu): Android-Auto® or AppleCarplay® mode.In many of these main menus various sub menus are combined to form a single topic.Menu types and operation optionsThe Porsche Classic Communication Managementscreen is a colour touch screen. All of the menufunctions, list entries and input menus, as well as thearrow symbols and scroll bars are operated by lightlytouching the respective part of the screen.Selecting the operating modeThe various Porsche Classic Communication Mana-gement modes are selected by pressing the HOME;TUNER; MEDIA; PHONE and NAV buttons.Basic functionsCommunication Management on and oSwitch on the ignition. Porsche Classic Comm-unication Management is active.Switching on/o via the ignitionSwitching on/o via the le-hand knobIf you do not wish the Porsche Classic Communi-cation Management to be permanently active, you can also switch it on/ using the le-hand knob.Press the le knob for at least one second.Adjusting the volumeTurn the le knob .
