amplifiers
sTaX series
It’s tough to cram every desirable feature into one ampli-
fiers series. The STAX accomplished this. Heat-efficient
vertical cooling fins work better than horizontal fins
on this cast heatsink. All control are conveniently
located on one side making installations ultra clean.
The black acrylic top is reverseable so the wiring
can be in front or in back. To make these amps
even cooler, there are three 4 channels, three
2 channels and three monoblocks. There are
also 3 sizes of chassis, one of each size which
are all stackable! Any way you slice it, the
new STAX amps got it all…

You asked for the “Best bang for the buck” we delivered it, in the all new Crypt
line of amplifiers. This new chassis design incorporates new assembly tech-
niques and shear volume production without sacrificing power and sound
quality. We learned some new circuit tricks that will deliver bone shattering
power at even lower prices from our previous versions. The kids will love the
new “Dead Look” with skulls to match! Who doesn’t have tattoo’s these days
that are skull and crossbones. We have included all the most popular fea-
tures in this exciting new line-up including complimentary Class “D” amplifiers
to match. This new series will drive them crazy.
Everyone loves a little skull now and then!

When technology advances, products do as well. Does Lamborghini need to refine their cars
every 2 years? NO, they do because they can. After 6 years, it is time for a change. Say “See
Ya!” to the old MOFO, and please welcome the new MOFO-X subwoofers! The new motor is
refined and increases efficiency dramatically! MOFO-X subs use a composite sandwich cone
with a polypropylene surface for durability and Spruce pulp backing for smooth low bass.
Like the original MOFOs, the new models still use an aluminum dustcap that couples to the
voice coil former and extends over the cone. Why? The fins brace the cone and eliminate
cone flex during high excursion. And since they are aluminum and couple to the dust cap
and coil former, they act as a heat sink or heat extractor. Using the latest materials, the new
MOFO subs yield superior performance. Cast aluminum baskets? Of course! Increased bot-
tom octave output? You bet! Louder than the original design? Duh!

Many vehicles do not have tons of space available for a big, bulky enclosure. Some
vehicle, like some crew-cab trucks, have no space for a subwoofer. Until now… The
THIN-13 is now the shallowest woofer on the market! Coming in at a mere 2” of depth,
they will fit behind rear crew-cab truck seats, under many front seats, or even in a
friggin’ door with some custom fabrication! While other “shallow mount” subwoofers
are available, they typically require traditional airspace. The THIN-13 is 13.25” in diam-
eter and not only does it play well in 1 cubic foot (typical for most 8”-10” woofers),
but it reproduces lower frequency response than most 12” woofers in much larger
enclosures. No more whining about not having a subwoofer available that will fit in
virtually every vehicle! THIN-13 has you covered…

In past years, square, triangular, hexagonal and
pentagonal subwoofers have tried to change &
excite the marketplace. The very simple fact is
that if you have any given area, a square woofer
will yield the most cone area which means higher
SPL. Even so, most square woofers have been
poorly designed and do not meet the expecta-
tions. The PSQ subwoofers are engineered from
the ground up, and do yield higher SPL than any of
our other subwoofers!

Being the biggest brother in the new family
of drivers requires even better parts and the
ability to meet expectations. Adding Conex
spiders and larger Polyester-Imide enam-
eled copper voice coils wrapped on Kapton
formers are the requirements for higher
power handling, better heat dissipation, and
sonic quality. If you are the type of person
who likes their face smacked against the
dash due to insane amounts of bass, step
up to the big boys!

Taking performance to the next level, these new subs have some dras-
tic improvements. Being redesigned from the ground up gives us the
opportunity to tailor the final product to what you’ve been asking for.
You asked for more power handling – you got it! You wanted more
bottom-end low bass – you got it! More importantly, these new subs
are more durable and will last longer than previous models. All of this is
due to the Kapton formers with copper wound voice coils, butyl rubber
surrounds, polypropylene cones, and above all, proper design.
