following precautions before using this product.
PRCTZ assumes no responsibility for personal injury or
property damage sustained by or thru the use of this product.
1. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of
this equipment are adequately informed of stated precautions.
2. Read all safety and assembly instructions carefully. Understand
the assembly and operation before using the equipment.
3. Use equipment on a flat level surface. It is recommended to
place a rubber mat beneath the equipment for added protection
of floors or carpets. It is also important that the surface be dry.
4. Always wear protective footwear while using this product.
Never place your fingers between the dumbbell and the tray.
5. Keep children & pets away from equipment at all times.
Teenagers under the age of 13 must always have parental
supervision and instruction on the use of this product.
6. This equipment is intended for indoor, home use only.
Do not use in a non-residential application or in an outdoor
environment. Use in commercial setting can lead to serious
injury and will void all related warranties & liabilities.
7. Properly warm-up and stretch before starting any strength
training or cardio exercise routine. The dumbbells are VERY
heavy when fully engaged. Do NOT attempt to lift more than
a moderate weight when starting a exercise routine.
8. If you feel pain or dizziness at any time while exercising,
stop immediately and consult your physician. We assume no
responsibility for personal injury or consequential damages
sustained by or through the use of this equipment.
9. Inspect product before each use. Do not use a dumbbell with
worn or damaged parts.

10. Confirm that the plates are installed correctly
(see Assembly Instructions, Step 3). If the plates are not
correctly installed, then proper engagement may not occur
and the plates may unintentionally drop.
11. Never attempt to disengage plates when the dumbbell has
been removed from the dumbbell tray.
12. Hold onto equipment with hand firmly gasping handle at
ALL times during operation.
13. Never allow the dumbbells to drop freely to the ground from
any height. Damage to the product and potential personal
injury may occur. This action will constitute abuse and will
not be covered under the warranty.
14. Never allow dumbbells to bump together during use. Damage
to the product and potential personal injury may occur.
15. Never attempt to disassemble your dumbbell handles.
This product is not designed to be user serviced.
16. Before beginning your workout, make certain that your
surroundings are free from potential interferences.

Step 1. Take special care to remove the dumbbell from the carton
and protective packaging because the product is heavy.
Inspect all parts for any signs of damage.
If product is damaged, then do not use and contact
customer service immediately.
Step 2. Please the dumbbell tray on a flat and level surface.
Step 3. Push down slightly on the handle to ensure the dumbbell
is completely docked with the tray.
Twist the handle with several full rotations to make sure
the adjusting system turns freely in both clockwise and
counter clockwise directions (see fig. 1).
Make sure there is a click at each weight increment.
The click will help you locate a given weight increment.

Step 4. To use the dumbbell, lift it straight upward off the tray
so that any unselected plates remain in the tray.
Step 5. When you finish using the dumbbell, turn it as shown
in fig. 3, and lower the dumbbell straight downward into
the tray.
There is a locking mechanism on the tray, which will only allow
the adjustment system to work when the dumbbell handle is fully
engaging the base tray.
The shape of each plate features grooves that allow weight plates
to join together in an up/down orientation. Plates must be facing
in the proper direction (see fig. 2).

• PRCTZ LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal use and
service conditions for ninety (90) days after the date of purchase.
• All warranty coverage extends only to the original purchaser of the
product and is not assignable or transferable. The original store or
online purchase receipt must be kept as proof of purchase in order
for the warranty to be valid. These documents must be presented
in the event of making a claim under warranty.
• During the warranty period, PRCTZ LLC will provide repair or
replacement of defective equipment or parts there of covered by
the warranty. Any handling, transportation, delivery and other

dumbbell or tray. These products are not designed to be serviced
by the customer and doing so will void the warranty.

incidental charges in respect of the servicing of the equipment shall
be borne by the Purchaser. If the product includes a number of
accessories, only the defective part or accessory will be replaced.
• The warranty will become void if any defects or damages are
associated with the use of unauthorized replacement parts.
All replacement parts must be obtained from PRCTZ authorized
agents.
• All decisions made by PRCTZ in respect of the servicing of the
equipment (including repairs, replacements or issues relating to
defects of workmanship or materials) shall be conclusive and the
Purchaser agrees to be bound by such decisions. Any defective
equipment or part thereof replaced shall become the property of
PRCTZ.
• In the event of a product or accessory being replaced during the
guarantee, the guarantee on the replacement will expire at the
original date, i.e. 90 days from the original purchase date.
• This warranty excludes defects caused by the product not being
used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, misuse
or being tampered with by unauthorized persons.
• The PRCTZ limited warranty does not cover:
a). Products used for commercial or rental purposes.
b). Loss or damage to product due to: (i) abuse, repairs and/or
tampering by any person other than the authorized personnel
of PRCTZ; (ii) negligence and/or misuse (including foreign
object, accident, improper storage, exposure to sun/moisture,
excessive temperature, sand, dust, dirt, other pollution or other
environmental conditions and failure to follow precautions or
proper operating instructions stated in the user’s manual such
as improper installations); (iii) fire, flood, lightning strike, wind
storm or other acts of god; (vi) freight or improper transport
damages, and (v) improper usage (including use by under-age,
over-weight or excessive number of users permitted as stated
in the user’s manual).

c). Defects, damages or accidents due to the malfunction,
connection to or use of non-PRCTZ or unauthorized parts.
In such event, PRCTZ reserves the right to cancel the limited
warranty coverage immediately.
• To the extent allowed by the applicable local law, the remedies
in the limited warranty are the purchaser’s sole and exclusive
remedies.
• PRCTZ is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the
use or performance of the product or other damages with respect
to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenue or profits,
loss of enjoyment or use, cost of removal, installation or other
consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly,
the above limitation may not apply to you.
• The warranty extended hereunder is in lieu of all other warranties
and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose is limited in its scope and duration to the terms
set forth herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts. Accordingly, the above limitation may
not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty is valid only in the united states.
