RaceAmerica ID Recongure Kit
PACKAGE CONTENTS
This package contains five T-Link Reconfigure
Jumpers labeled for their specic position (A, B, C, D or
Z) as used on a race course.
RECONFIGURING T-LINKS
T-Link identier codes are preset at the factory for use
in specic locations on the race course. Using an external
Recong Jumper (06-58AX), a T-Link’s ID code can be
changed enabling a single backup unit to replace any unit
with the same optimizer code.
To temporarily change the ID code of a T-Link unit,
power the unit off. Select the Recong Jumper with the
desired ID code (A, B, C, D or Z) and install it into the
T-Port connector of the T-Link unit to be recongured.
Power on the T-Link unit. The LED will ash three short

to conrm the T-Link unit has been recongured
to the new ID code. Unplug the Recong Jumper and
connect any cables to the T-Link unit for normal use.
Do not power off the T-Link unit after a new ID code
has been assigned. The change of ID is temporary.
When the T-Link unit is powered off, the ID code will
revert back to the preset ID shown on the bottom of
the T-Link unit.
These jumpers will work with any optimizer
code, however, all T-Links in a network must have
the same Optimizer Code. The Optimizer code can
be found on the ID label on the bottom of the T-Link
next to the ID code.
