IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using this electrical appliance, please read the following basic precautions
and always follow them:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Make sure that your outlet voltage corresponds to the voltage stated on the rating
label of the vacuum cleaner.
3. Do not leave the vacuum cleaner plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use
and before servicing.
4. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
5. Do not allow the vacuum cleaner to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary
when used by or near children.
6. Use only as described in this manual. Use only attachments recommended by the
manufacturer.
7. Do not use with a damaged cord or plug. If the vacuum cleaner is not working as
it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, take
it to a service center for repairs before using it.
8. Do not pull or carry on the electrical cord, use it as a handle, close door on cord,
or pull it around sharp edges or corners. Do not run vacuum cleaner over the
cord. Keep it away from heated surfaces.
9. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
10. Do not handle the plug or vacuum cleaner with wet hands.
11. Do not put any object into the openings. Do not use with any opening blocked.
Keep free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may reduce airflow.
12. Turn off all controls before unplugging.
13. Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
14. Hold plug when rewinding onto cord reel. Do not allow plug to whip when
rewinding.
15. Unplug before connecting the hose.
16. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches,

or hot ashes.
17. Do not use without dust bag and/or filter in place.
18. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
19. Do not place an appliance on or near a hot stove or on a heated oven.
20. Make sure that ventilation openings of the appliance are not covered or
obstructed.
21. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of the body away from openings
and moving parts.
22. Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or in
areas where they may be present.
23. The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause
injuries to persons.
24. This appliance can be used by children 8 years or older and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or without experience and
knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use
of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance
25. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children under 8 years.
26. This appliance is intended to be used in a household and similar applications
such as:
– Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
– Farm houses;
– By customers in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
– Bed and breakfast type environments.
27. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.

1. Attach the plastic tube to the hose handle (Fig.1).

2. Fit the floor brush to the plastic tube (Fig.2).

NOTE: The Floor Brush is ideal for daily cleaning of carpets and hard floors
(Fig.3).

3. To fit the plastic hose, insert it into the air intake on top of the appliance. Press
until it clicks into position (Fig.4).
NOTE:
1) To remove the plastic hose, unplug from the power socket, and then release
the hose from the air intake.
2) Do not use the hose to absorb water or any other liquid.
3) Do not immerse the hose in water for cleaning.
4) The hose should be checked regularly and must not be used if damaged.

4. Before using the appliance, pull the cable from the appliance and insert the plug
into the power socket. A yellow mark on the power cable shows the ideal cable
length. Do not pull the cable beyond the red mark.
NOTE:
To rewind the power cable, press the rewind button beneath the body
handle with one hand and guide the cable with the other hand to ensure that
it does not whip causing damage.
5. Turn the power switch to start the appliance and control the dust suction.
6. Adjust the length of the plastic tube by sliding the sliding button to facilitate
cleaning.

ACCESSORIES
1. The flat suction spout can be used for radiators, crevices, corners, baseboards
and between cushions (Fig.5).

2. The rotating brush can be used for furniture, vents, blinds, books, lamp shades
and shelves (Fig.6).

HOW TO USE THE VACUUM CLEANER
Before using the appliance, pull the cable from the appliance and insert the plug
into the power socket. A yellow mark on the power cable shows the ideal cable
length. Do not pull the cable beyond the red mark.
1. Press the ON/OFF button to switch the appliance on.
2. To rewind the power cable, press the cord rewind button with one hand and
guide the cable with the other hand to ensure that it does not whip causing damage.
CAUTION
If the air inlet opening, the suction pipe or the telescopic wand stick on pipe are
blocked, you must switch off the vacuum cleaner at once. First clear the blocking
material before starting the vacuum cleaner again.

1. Do not operate the vacuum cleaner too close to heaters and radiators, cigarette
butts etc. (Fig.7).

2. Before you insert the plug into the wall outlet, make sure your hand is dry
(Fig.8).

3. Before you start using the vacuum cleaner, please remove large or sharp objects
from the floor in order to prevent damage to the paper filter (Fig.9).

4. To remove the plug from the wall outlet, please pull the plug itself and do not
pull the cable (Fig.10).

NOTE: If the plug or cable are damaged, both the plug and the cable must be
repaired by a qualified repairman or electrician.
CLEANINGAND MAINTENANCE
To change the dust bag
NOTE:
1) Always operate the cleaner with a dust bag installed.
2) If you forget to attach the dust bag or attach it in a wrong manner, the front
cover may not close completely.
Detailed instructions are as follow (Fig.11):
1) After removing the plastic tube assembly, open the front cover by pushing the
lock block upward.
2) Remove the dust bag from the bag support.
3) Replace the dust bag when it is full of dirt.
4) Place a new dust bag into the unit.
5) Close the cover by pushing down until it is locked.

To clean filter
NOTE:
1) Filter should be cleaned at least twice a year or when it becomes visibly solid.
2) Always operate the cleaner with filter installed.
3) Otherwise, reduced suction or motor damage may result.
4) Disconnect from electrical outlet before cleaning filter.
5) Do not use a washing machine to clean the filter.
6) Do not use hair dryer to dry it.
Detailed instructions are as follow (Fig.12):
1) Pull dust bag upward.
2) Remove filter.
3) Rinse filter in lukewarm water and dry it completely.

4) Put the filter back.

Detailed instructions are as follow (Fig.13):
1) Open the Air-Outlet Cover.
2) Take the filter out and replace with a clean one.
3) Close the Air-Outlet Cover.

MEDIDAS IMPORTANTES DE SEGURIDAD
Antes de usar este aparato eléctrico, por favor lea y siga las siguientes precauciones
básicas de seguridad:
1. Lea todas las instrucciones.
2. Asegúrese de que el voltaje del enchufe se corresponde con el voltaje indicado
en la etiqueta de clasificación de la aspiradora.
3. No deje la aspiradora enchufada. Desenchufe del tomacorriente cuando no esté
en uso y antes de darle servicio.

7. No utilice con un cable o enchufe dañado. Si la aspiradora no funciona como
debe, se ha caído, dañado, dejado a la intemperie o se ha caído al agua, llévela
a un centro de servicio para su reparación antes de usarla.
8. No hale o arrastre sobre el cable eléctrico, no hale por el cable, no cierre la
puerta sobre el cable, ni tire de él si hay bordes o esquinas afiladas. No pase la
aspiradora sobre el cable. Manténgalo alejado de superficies calientes.
9. No desconecte el aparato halando del cable. Para desenchufar, hale el enchufe,
no hale el cable.
10. No manipule el enchufe o la aspiradora con las manos mojadas.
11. No coloque ningún objeto en las aberturas. No use con ninguna abertura
bloqueada. Mantenga libre de polvo, pelusa, pelo y cualquier cosa que pueda
reducir el flujo de aire.
12. Apague todos los controles antes de desenchufar.
13. Tenga cuidado al limpiar escaleras.
14. Sostenga el enchufe cuando enrolle en la bobina del cable. No permita que el

enchufe se golpee cuando rebobine.
15. Desenchufe antes de conectar la manguera.
16. No aspire nada que esté ardiendo o humeando, como cigarrillos, fósforos o
cenizas calientes.
17. No utilice sin la bolsa y / o filtro de polvo en su lugar.
18. Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser reemplazado por el fabricante
o su agente de servicio o una persona igualmente calificada a fin de evitar
peligro.
19. No coloque el aparato sobre o cerca de una estufa caliente o en un horno
caliente.
20. Asegúrese de que las aberturas de ventilación del aparato no están cubiertas u
obstruidas.
21. Mantenga el cabello, la ropa suelta, los dedos y todas las partes del cuerpo
lejos de las aberturas y piezas móviles.
22. No utilice para aspirar líquidos inflamables o combustibles tales como gasolina,
o en áreas donde puedan estar presentes.

USANDO SU ASPIRADORA
Remueva siempre el enchufe de la toma de corriente antes de montar o desmontar
los accesorios! aspiración
1. Fije el tubo de plástico a la manija de la manguera (Fig.1).

NOTA: El cepillo para el piso es ideal para limpiar alfombras y pisos duros
(Fig.3).

3. Para ajustar la manguera de plástico, insértela en la toma de aire en la parte
superior del aparato. Presione hasta que encaje en su posición (Fig. 4).
NOTA:
1) Para remover la manguera de plástico, desenchufe de la toma de corriente y a
continuación retire la manguera de la toma de aire.
2) No utilice la manguera para absorber agua ni ningún otro líquido.
3) No sumerja la manguera en agua para su limpieza.
4) La manguera debe ser revisada periódicamente y no se debe utilizar en caso de
presentar deterioro.

4. Antes de utilizar el aparato, hale el cable del aparato y conecte el enchufe a la
toma de corriente. Una marca amarilla en el cable de alimentación muestra la
longitud de cable ideal. No hale el cable más allá de la marca roja.
NOTA:
Para rebobinar el cable de alimentación, presione el botón de rebobinado debajo
de la manija del cuerpo con una mano y guie el cable con la otra mano para
asegurarse de que no da latigazos y evitar daños.
5. Gire el interruptor de encendido para encender el aparato y controlar la succión
de polvo.
6. Ajuste de la longitud del tubo de plástico deslizando el botón deslizante para
facilitar la limpieza.
ACCESORIOS
1. El tubo plano de aspiración se puede utilizar para radiadores, grietas, esquinas,
zócalos y entre cojines (Fig.5).
