WARNING
1. Do not store or use gas oline or other flammable liquids or vapor in the vicinity of this or any other appliance
2. An LP cylinder not connected for use shall not be stored in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
3. Do not fill the gas cylinder beyond maximum fill-line.
4. Never allow oil or grease to get hotter than 400 or 200 . If the temperature exceeds 4000F
(200 ) or if oil begins to smoke, Immediately turn the burner or gas supply off.

If you smell gas:
1. Shut off gas to the appliance.
2. Extinguish any open flame.
3. Open lid.
4. If odor continues, keep away from the appliance and immediately call your gas supplier or your fire
department.

1. Never operate this appliance unattended.
2. Never operate this appliance within 10 ft (3 m) of any structure, combustible material or other gas
cylinder.
3. Never operate this appliance within 25 ft (7.5 m) of any flammable liquid.
4. If a fire should occur, keep away from the appliance an immediately call your fire department. Do not
attempt to extinguish an oil or grease fire with water.
5. Heated liquids remain at scalding temperature long after the cooking process. Never touch cooking
appliance until liquids have cooled to 115 (45 )orless.

Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts
are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is fully
assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are
secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver provided if necessary.
Estimated assembly time: 30 minutes.
Step 1 (Cart side panel assembly)
Note: Before beginning assembly, make certain the two swivel casters on the cart
base (P) are locked.
a) Loosen the six pre-installed bolts on the cart base (P) and allow 1/4 bolt’s
length to extend from the cart base (P).
b) Align the holes upon the left side of cart base (P) with the holes on the cart left
side panel (K) and tighten the pre-installed bolts by hand.
c) Repeat the procedure with the cart right side panel (R) on the upper right side
of cart base (P).
d) Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver provided.

Step 2 (Cart back panel assembly)
a) Loosen the four pre-installed bolts on the
cart back panel (N) and allow 1/4 bolt’s
length to extend from the cart back panel
(N).
b) Align the holes on cart left side panel (K)
with the holes on the cart back panel
(N).
c) Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA), spring
washer (BB) and flash washer (CC) into
each pre-drilled holes and tighten the
bolt s by hand.
d) Repeat the procedure with cart right side
panel (R) and cart back panel (N).
e) Go back and tighten all bolts using the
screwdriver provided.
Step 3 (Storage basket and storage basket suppor
t
assembly)
a) Align the holes on the slide tracks with the
holes on the left of cart base (P)
b) Screw the M6x15 bolts (AA), spring
washers (BB) and flat washers (CC) into the
pre-drilled holes of slide tracks, and then
tighten the bolts by hand.
c) Align the holes on the storage basket
support (S) with the holes on the slide
tracks.
d) Screw the M6x15 bolts (AA)),spring
washers (BB) flat washers (CC) into the pre-
drilled holes of storage basket support (S),
then tighten all the bolts by hand
e) Place the storage basket (O) on the storage
basket support (S)
f) Go back and tighten all the bolts using
screwdriver the provided.

Step 4 (Front beam assembly)
a) Align the holes on cart left side panel
(K) with the holes on front beam (M).
b) Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA), one
spring washer (BB) and one flat
washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole,
then tighten the bolt by hand.
c) Repeat the procedure with hole cart
right side panel (R) and front beam
(M)
d) Go back and tighten all bolts using the
screwdriver provided.
Step 5 (Latch magnet assembly)
a) Align the holes in the middle
edge of cart base with the holes
on the latch magnet (T)
b) Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA),
one spring washer (BB) and one
flat washer (CC) into the each
pre-drilled hole.
c) Tighten all the bolts using the
screwdriver provided.

Step 6 (Install doors )
a) Insert the pin on the bottom of left door (L)
into the pre-drilled hole on the left side of
cart base (P).
b) Push down the pin on the top of left door
and insert it into the pre-drilled hole on left
front side of front beam (M)
c) Repeat the procedure with the right door
(Q) and front beam (M).
d) Close the two doors.
Step 7 (Install the body assembly with car
t
assembly)
a) Put the body assembly (A) onto the cart
assembly.
b) Align the holes on the body assembly
with the holes on the cart assembly
c) Insert the M6 x 15 bolt (AA), spring
washer (BB) and flat washer (CC) into
pre-drilled holes, and then tighten the
bolts by hand.
d) Go back and tighten all the bolts using
the screwdriver provided.

Step 8 (Side shelves assembly)
a) Loosen the eight pre-installed bolts
on both side shelves and allow 1/4
bolt’s length extend out of side
shelves.
b) Align the holes on the right side shelf
(C) with the holes on the body
assembly, and then tighten the bolts
by hand.
c) Repeat the same procedure with the
left side shelf (B) and body
assembly.
d) Go back and tighten all the bolts
Step 9 (Install the valve with side knob and
knob support)
a) Align the holes on the side knob
support (U) with the hole on the front
of the right side shelf and side burner
valve. Insert one M4 x 12 bolt (HH)
into the pre-drilled holes.
b) Tighten all the bolts using the
screwdriver provided
c) Press the knob (V) onto the side knob
support (U)
using screwdriver provided
