Attention
This product is not recommended to be used with an anti-slip mattress. The anti-slip mattress will produce abnormal
noise when it contacts and rubs against the product.

When the user's bed frame has no backrest, in order to better fix the bed
frame, it is recommended to fix the bottom frame with straps. Otherwise, it
may cause relative displacement of the bottom frame as it rises and falls
during use.
When using this product, keep
away from children to prevent
pinching.
Place the product on the bed frame.
Secure the product to the bed frame with straps.

Mattress Installation
STEP1
According to the user's preference, choose
one side for wiring on the left and right sides.

Snap the clip into the slot.
Downwards affix the adhesive side of the cable tie.
Connect the input power cable (actuator) to the
adaptor and the remote control respectively.

The position of the strap buckle can be on the left or right
side of the bed frame (the right side is shown in the picture)
2 Place the mattress on the bed frame, and make sure the head of the mattress protrudes from the bed
frame. Then, wrap the straps from the other side of the mattress to the side of the buckle.
3Tighten the strap.

Troubleshooting
If the adjustable bed fails, please refer to the solution to the corresponding problem in the table below.
Problem Solution
No features or function of the adjustable bed activates.
The head is raised normally but cannot return to a flat
position.
The adjustable squeaks.
There is a setback during the adjustment.
1. Make sure all the power cords are properly connected.
2. Check whether the power cord is plugged into a working
power outlet. Unplug the power cord from the socket.
After 30 seconds, plug it back in again. Press any button
on the remote to test whether it works.
1. The adjustable bed may be obstructed, and its smooth
operation may be affected. Clear obstacles around and
under the bed.
2. Check whether the head section is too close to the wall.
1. Remove all pins, bolts or bushings.
2. Lubricate it by applying grease with a cotton swab.
Using a lithium or spray lubricant is recommended.
3. When placing the lubricated pin, bolt, or bushing back
onto the adjustable bed, make sure not over tighten
the bolt.
4. Additional solution: After completing these steps,
spray the pins, bolts, bushings, or the bed joints with a
lubricant.
1. Clean up any debris or obstacles under and around the
adjustable bed.
2. Make sure that the remote control is properly connected
to the lifting motor.
3. Press the raise button firmly.
