IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be
followed including the following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Before using, checkthat the voltage of wall outlet corresponds to the one shown on the
rating plate.
3. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance tothe nearest
authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
4. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a authorized
service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before
cleaning.
6. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
7. Do not immerse the motorized base in liquid, or place in dishwasher. Damage to the
unit will occur if submerged in liquid or filling the liquid into the container. Only the
transparent top cover may be immersed.
8. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or
infirm persons.
9. Ensure fingers are kept well away from moving parts.
10. Do not remove cover until blade has completely stopped.
11. Do not attempt to operate without the cover being in place.
12. The use of accessory not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries to
persons.
13. Check grinding bowl for presence of foreign objects before using.
14. Do not operate the appliance for other than itsintended use.
15. Do not use outdoors.
16. Check hopper for presence of foreign objects before use.

NOTES ON THE CORD PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk
of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fullyinto the outlet, reverse the plug. Ifit still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Do not modify the plug in any way.

BEFORE THE FIRST TIME
Carefully unpack your coffee grinder and remove all packing materials. To remove any dust
that may have accumulated during packaging, wipe the grinding bowl, blades with a damp
lint-free cloth or sponge. Use extreme care as the blades are sharp. The transparent cover
can be immersedin water for cleaning, dry thoroughly.
Caution:Never immerse the motor base in water for cleaning and do not fill the grinding
bowl with water for cleaning.
USING YOUR COFFEE GRINDER
1. Place the coffee grinder on a flat surface.
2. Assemble the grinding bowl intothe motor base, then turn the bowl clockwise until a
click sound is heard. When disassembling, turn the bowl anti-clockwise to detachit.
3. Pour coffee beans into the grinding bowl, it must be noted the quantity of coffee beans
shall not exceed 60g.
4. Recover the transparent cover and plug into the power outlet.
5. Press and hold the power switch, the appliance will start operating, once release the
power switch, the appliance will stop operating.
NOTE: Do not operate this appliance continuously for more than 30 second, allow
appliance to cool down for 3 minute betweentwo continuous cycles.
6. View the consistency of coffee grounds from the transparent cover.
IMPORTANT: If you want to remove the cover to check the consistency of the coffee
grounds. It must be noted never remove the cover until blades come to a complete stop.
7. Once the desired grind has obtained, release power switch and unplug the power cord
from the outlet.
8. Remove the transparent cover, disassemble the grinding bowl and pour out the coffee
ground directly.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. CAUTION: Be sure to unplug this appliance before cleaning. To protect against electrical
shock, do not immerse cord, plug or motor base in water or liquid. After each use, always
make sure plug is first removed from wall outlet.
2. Wash cover with water and mild detergent. The cover is not dishwasher-safe. Rinse
thoroughly and dry. Never immerse motor base or filling water into the grinding bowl.
3. Wipe the grinding bowl, blades with a lint-free cloth. Extreme care should be exercised as
the blade issharp.
GRINDING TIPS
1. The COARSE grind is generally used for percolators and coffee urns. MEDIUM grind is
used for drip coffee makers and steam-type espresso machines. A FINE grind is used for
espresso machines with an electric pump.
2. Varythe grinding times to suit yourtaste and type of beans you grind.
3. For the freshest, most flavorful coffee, grind only enough for the pot you are making.
Coffee beans keep up to 2 months in the freezer in an airtight container and can be ground
while still frozen. Coffee grounds left in your grinder can become stale and affect the
flavor of freshly ground coffee. Be sure to clean grinding chamber, blades and cover after
each use.
4. This grinder can only grind dry, brittle foods. It will not grind anything moist, extremely
hard, or gummy such as whole ginger, chocolate, sesame seeds or oily spices such as
cinnamon, cloves or nutmeg. Do not grind peanuts or grains such as wheat, rice, barley,
or dried corn. Attempting to grind any of these foods may damage the unit. Never use it to
chop ice cubes.
5. Freshly ground peppercorns have a strong aroma and taste that may affect the flavor of
coffee beans ground afterward. You may want to purchase a separate grinder if you plan
to grind peppercorns.

Antes de usar el aparato eléctrico, siempre deben seguirse las siguientes precauciones

NOTAS EN PARA EL CABLE
CONOZCA SU MOLINO DE CAFÉ
Este aparato tiene un enchufe polarizado (una hoja es más ancha que la otra). Para reducir
el riesgo de choque eléctrico, este enchufe encajará en una toma polarizada de una sola
manera. Si el enchufe no entra completamente en la toma de corriente, invierta el enchufe.
Si todavía no encaja, póngase en contacto con un electricista cualificado. No modifique el
enchufe de ninguna manera.

Desembale cuidadosamente su molinillo de café y retire todos los materiales de embalaje.
Para quitar cualquier polvo que pueda haber acumulado durante el embalaje, limpie el
cuenco de molienda, las cuchillas con un paño o una esponja húmeda sin pelusa. Tenga
mucho cuidado con las cuchillas. La cubierta transparente se puede sumergir en agua para
limpiar, secar a fondo.
Precaución: Nunca sumerja la base del motor en agua para limpiarla y no llene el recipi-
ente de molienda con agua para limpiarla.
1. Coloque el molinillo de café sobre una superficie plana.
2. Monte el recipiente de molienda en la base del motor, luego gire el recipiente en el sentido
de las agujas del reloj hasta que escuche un sonido de clic. Al desmontar, gire el recipiente
en sentido antihorario para separarlo.
3. Vierta los granos de café en el recipiente de molienda, debe tenerse en cuenta la cantidad
de granos de café no debe exceder 60g.
4. Recupere la cubierta transparente y enchúfela a la toma de corriente.
5. Mantenga presionado el interruptor de encendido, el aparato comenzará a funcionar, una
vez que suelte el interruptor, el aparato dejará de funcionar.
NOTA: No opere este aparato continuamente por más de 30 segundos, permita que el
aparato se enfríe durante 3 minutos entre dos ciclos continuos.
6. Ver la consistencia de los granos de café de la cubierta transparente
IMPORTANTE: Si desea quitar la cubierta para comprobar la consistencia de los granos
de café. Debe tenerse en cuenta que nunca retire la cubierta hasta que las cuchillas se
detengan completamente.
7. Una vez que haya obtenido la molienda deseada, suelte el interruptor de alimentación y
desenchufe el cable de alimentación de la toma de corriente.
8. Retire la tapa transparente, desmonte el recipiente de molienda y vierta directamente el
café molido.

1. PRECAUCIÓN: Asegúrese de desenchufar el aparato antes de limpiarlo. Para protegerse
contra descargas eléctricas, no sumerja el cable, la clavija o la base del motor en agua o
líquido. Después de cada uso, siempre asegúrese de que el enchufe se retire primero de la
toma de corriente.
2. Lave la cubierta con agua y detergente suave. La cubierta no es apta para lavavajillas.
Enjuague bien y seque. Nunca sumerja la base del motor o el agua de llenado en el recipi-
ente de molienda.
3. Limpie el recipiente de molienda, las cuchillas con un paño que no deje pelusa. Se debe
tener extremo cuidado cuando la cuchilla esté afilada.
1. La molienda gruesa se utiliza generalmente para las percoladoras y las urnas de café.
MEDIUM grind se utiliza para las máquinas de café goteo y máquinas de café expreso de
vapor. Una molienda FINE se utiliza para las máquinas de café espresso con una bomba
eléctrica.
2. Varíe los tiempos de molienda para adaptarse a su gusto y tipo de frijoles que moler.
3. Para el café más fresco, más sabroso, moler sólo lo suficiente para la olla que está hacien-
do. Los granos de café se mantienen hasta 2 meses en el congelador en un recipiente
hermético y se pueden moler mientras están congelados. Los granos de café dejados en su
molinillo pueden volverse obsoletos y afectar el sabor del café recién molido. Asegúrese
de limpiar la cámara de molienda, las cuchillas y la cubierta después de cada uso.
4. Esta amoladora sólo puede moler los alimentos secos y quebradizos. No moler nada
húmedo, extremadamente duro, o gomoso como el jengibre entero, el chocolate, las semi-
llas de sésamo o las especias aceitosas tales como canela, clavo o nuez moscada. No
moler cacahuetes o granos como trigo, arroz, cebada o maíz seco. Intentar moler cualqui-
era de estos alimentos puede dañar la unidad. Nunca lo utilice para cortar cubitos de hielo.
5. Granos de pimienta recién molido tienen un fuerte aroma y sabor que puede afectar el
sabor de los granos de café molido después. Es posible que desee comprar un molinillo
independiente si piensa moler los granos de pimienta
