Multi-Function Car FM Transmitter

Promate FM11 is a top-of-the-line FM transmier audio device which is designed
for safe driving while listening to high quality audio performance. This patented
design fits any car interior for safety and convenience. The unit is tuned to an open
channel on your car's stereo so you can play music from your MP3/MP4 player,
iPod, USB drives, SD/MMC (MP3 or WMA files). Its FM technology routes the
sound to the car stereo speaker for clean and clear sound. The large LCD screen
keeps you informed of music data and all funcons can be accessed from the
remote controller..

Installation
Insert the FM11 into the car lighter socket.
• Adjust the frequency of the FM11 to any open FM channel on your car
stereo, between 88.1 ~ 107.9MHz.
• It is recommended to use an open channel that is not in interference
with another similar frequency.
• Once synchronized with the car stereo, the FM11 can play music from
many sources, including USB flash drive, SD/MMC cards, or line-in
sources such as an MP3/MP4 player, CD player, or iPod.
An AUX cable can also be used to connect the FM11 directly to the
stereo’s input jack.
LCD Display
Time, playing mode and current frequency.
• Press and hold the PRV/NXT button on the FM11 or press the volume
(+/-) button on the remote to show the current VOLUME setting.
• Briefly press the PRV/NXT button on the main unit or remote to display
song number.
• Press the PLAY button on the remote to display current playing status.
Long press to select circulation mode (All, ONE,RND FOL)
• Press the EQ button on the remote to show EQ mode (E1: Normal, E2: Rock,
E3:Pop, E4:Classic, E5:Soft, E6:Jazz, E7:DBB, E8:SRS).
Operations on the Panel
• +/- button: Press briefly to adjust frequency in increments of 0.1MHz.
Press and hold to adjust frequency quickly.
• PREV/Vol-/NXT/Vol+ button: Press briefly to move between songs;
press and hold to adjust volume.
• PLAY button: Press briefly for playing/pausing current song

Precautions

hot, dusty or moistened areas or places, especially in the following conditions:
1. Moist or underwater conditions.
2. Conditions near the heater or high-temperature service.
3. Conditions with direct sunshine.
4. Conditions with apt falling.
5. Never dismantle this product without due permission, otherwise it may
nullify the warranty clauses.
6. Operation voltage for the device is 12V~24V. Too high or too low voltage
could damage the FM11.
7. For safety purposes, please insert the USB flash disk or memory card before
you plug the FM11 into the car socket.
8. Frequency of the car FM tuner should be the same as that of the FM11.
9. Do not pull out or insert a USB flash disk or memory card while the device is
being powered by the car cigarette lighter. If you want to, remove the FM11
from the socket first and insert or remove the disk or card before you
re-power the FM11.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect the headset with your phone:
• Ensure that the headset is charged, switched on, and paired with a Bluetooth®
mobile phone.
• Ensure that the Bluetooth® function is activated on your phone.
• Check that the headset is within 10 meters (30 feet) from your phone and that
there are no obstacles between the headset and the phone such as walls or
other electronic devices.

Safety Fuse Replacement
When FM11 cannot work properly, it may be due to the safety fuse failure.
Please replace the safety fuse following these steps if necessary:
• Remove the device from the cigarette lighter socket.
• Twist the tip of the cigar plug.
Remove the bad safety fuse and insert a new one.
The frequency display does not light up when
