How do you know that the mouse and keyboard are fully charged?
When the batte is too low, the low voltage indicator/charging indicator of
the keyboard mouse will ash until the keyboard mouse turns o, please
recharge the keyboard mouse in time. The low voltage indicator/charging
indicator turns red when charging and turns green when fully charged.

04 Can you provide information about how the keyboard/mouse
communication is encpted/secured?
The EKM01 keyboard and mouse can not be encpted/secured
04 Can I use this mouse with a Mac that DOES NOT have a USB po?
You can connect this mouse with your Mac by Bluetooth connection way.
05 How to reset the keyboard?
The way to reset the keyboard:
1. Turn on the keyboard, long press ESC+3 (Use the number 3 on the
main keyboard, not on the numeric keypad) to reset
2. Resta the keyboard and t to connect it with your device

06 Steps to re-pair the mouse and reset bluetooth
1. Regarding the 2.4G mode
(please make sure that the mouse is on 2.4G mode):
--Press the middle scroll button and the left and right click button at the
same time, wait for 5 seconds till the 2.4G indicator (Channel Indicator 1) light
ashes.
--Inse the 2.4G USB receiver to your device, the mouse will connect with
your device then.
2. Regarding the Bluetooth mode:
--Turn o the mouse.
--And then press the middle scroll button and the right click button at the
same time, hold these 2 buttons and turn on the mouse, then the Bluetooth
channel 2 indicator light will ash quickly.
--Connect the mouse with your device by Bluetooth.

but do not work.

Please fully charge your product rst.
Regarding the 2.4G wireless connection way, please unplug and replug the
USB receiver into the USB po.
Regarding the Bluetooth connection way, please delete the keyboard Blue-
tooth from your computer Bluetooth connection histo, resta and re-pair.
Have you tried to connect the keyboard and mouse to other computers, will it
work properly?
